She is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Practitioner through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and a certified trainer and Master Trainer candidate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)—one of the youngest in the world.
In addition to her coaching and speaking work, Isabella has led marketing, sales, and brand strategy initiatives in the home services industry, bringing a unique blend of behavioral psychology and real-world business execution.
She also serves as President Elect of the National Speakers Association Arizona Chapter, where she is committed to developing the next generation of influential leaders and speakers.
