Building a Business That Actually Fits Your Life | 071

What happens when you bring faith and your business together instead of trying to keep them separate?

In this episode, Sharon Galluzzo sits down with Dale Young, coach, speaker, and author of The Power of Aligning Your Faith in Business, to explore how entrepreneurs can create greater clarity, fulfillment, and peace by aligning who they are with how they lead their businesses. Dale shares why authenticity and purpose matter more than ever in entrepreneurship and why hiding important parts of yourself can create disconnection in both business and life.

This conversation dives into the growing shift toward businesses that openly reflect their values, beliefs, and mission. Dale explains how faith and business alignment impacts everything from leadership and sales to confidence, pricing, and decision-making.

You’ll also hear powerful insights about gratitude, self-talk, worth, and the importance of understanding your unique gifts and strengths.

This episode is a reminder that sustainable success is not just about strategy or revenue. It’s about building a business that reflects who you truly are and creating success that feels aligned in every area of life.

Key Takeaways:

  • Alignment creates clarity: Entrepreneurs experience greater direction and peace when their business reflects their beliefs and values.
  • Authenticity builds stronger businesses: People connect more deeply with businesses that openly reflect their mission and purpose.
  • Faith and business are interconnected: Business struggles and faith struggles often influence each other more than entrepreneurs realize.
  • Words shape mindset and reality: Positive language and intentional self-talk can change the way entrepreneurs think and operate.
  • Worth impacts pricing and sales: Many entrepreneurs undercharge because they struggle with feelings of worthiness.
  • Gratitude creates joy and peace: Focusing on gratitude helps shift perspective from frustration to fulfillment.
  • Everyone has unique gifts and strengths: Understanding your gifts allows you to build a business aligned with who you truly are.
  • You cannot separate yourself from your business: Personal beliefs, values, and identity naturally influence entrepreneurship and leadership.

Sharon Galluzzo:

A profit doesn't happen by chance, it

Sharon Galluzzo:

happens by design. Let's dig in. I have a very interesting guest

Sharon Galluzzo:

today, and we are going to be talking about lots of stuff

Sharon Galluzzo:

about alignment and how things in one part of your life can

Sharon Galluzzo:

also fit the other part of your life. We compartmentalize a lot,

Sharon Galluzzo:

but today we're going to talk about how to bring it all

Sharon Galluzzo:

together with our guest, Dale Young. Welcome, Dale.

Dale Young:

Well, thank you so much. I'm honored to be here.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Oh, thanks. Um, let me tell you a little bit

Sharon Galluzzo:

about Dale Young. He is a coach who has spent decades as a

Sharon Galluzzo:

business and tech executive before discovering what faithful

Sharon Galluzzo:

entrepreneurs truly need, alignment between faith and

Sharon Galluzzo:

business. A six-time number one best-selling author, certified

Sharon Galluzzo:

Gallup strengths coach, and work working genius facilitator, Dale

Sharon Galluzzo:

now guides entrepreneurs to clear direction, fulfilling

Sharon Galluzzo:

results, and joyful peace. His new book, The Power of Aligning

Sharon Galluzzo:

Your Faith in Business, delivers the proven keys. His calling

Sharon Galluzzo:

proven keys, his calling is simple to inspire your calling.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Welcome, Dale.

Dale Young:

Yeah, it's so, so good to be here.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Well, I love your the topic that we're

Sharon Galluzzo:

talking about today, because whenever I grew up and started

Sharon Galluzzo:

working in business, it was there were taboo subjects you

Sharon Galluzzo:

couldn't talk about religion, you couldn't talk about

Sharon Galluzzo:

politics, you couldn't talk about sports, any of those three

Sharon Galluzzo:

things could get you in trouble, and whenever I started

Sharon Galluzzo:

networking and getting out to know people, I noticed that the

Sharon Galluzzo:

line between spiritual and business started to blur a lot,

Sharon Galluzzo:

and I found that very interesting, because when I

Sharon Galluzzo:

worked in a business environment, in a nonprofit

Sharon Galluzzo:

office environment, you, there were certain things that you

Sharon Galluzzo:

just didn't talk about, and as entrepreneurs we have a little

Sharon Galluzzo:

bit more freedom. In fact, we have all the freedom, because

Sharon Galluzzo:

the businesses that we're building are our businesses, and

Sharon Galluzzo:

they should reflect who we are and what we believe in. And that

Sharon Galluzzo:

is a trend that is to me new. It's been going on for for a

Sharon Galluzzo:

while, but that is a change in direction, and honestly, the

Sharon Galluzzo:

younger people don't even care. They talk about everything that

Sharon Galluzzo:

they want to talk about, and old people like me, I'm like, "Oh,

Sharon Galluzzo:

can we talk about that now?

Dale Young:

Well, absolutely, it's been getting - I call that

Dale Young:

lack of filters for the younger generation, they just don't have

Dale Young:

the same filters that us older folks do, you know. So, yeah, I

Dale Young:

think I think it is, and I think it's actually a welcome change.

Dale Young:

There's really no reason why we can't talk about these things in

Dale Young:

business, and there's actually really good reasons why we

Dale Young:

should talk about.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Yeah, I agree, and I think that it's important

Sharon Galluzzo:

for all business owners, especially one people who have

Sharon Galluzzo:

not, who are older, and we still have those lanes that we think

Sharon Galluzzo:

we have to stay out of, and, and some people do choose to stay

Sharon Galluzzo:

out of them, but a lot of times, and the way that the economies

Sharon Galluzzo:

are growing is that people are aligning themselves with

Sharon Galluzzo:

businesses that align with their beliefs, that align with their

Sharon Galluzzo:

morals and values. So, if you are quiet about those things,

Sharon Galluzzo:

then your people who are looking for alignment can't find you.

Dale Young:

Absolutely, and I mean, it goes back to Simon

Dale Young:

Sinek with the whole start with why you have to have your why

Dale Young:

out there. Why are you even in business? And so, if you know

Dale Young:

why you're in business, and in my case, it's my business is to

Dale Young:

honor and glorify God. And so, if that's why I'm in business, I

Dale Young:

have to talk about Him.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Yeah, absolutely. And I love, I love

Sharon Galluzzo:

this, that new conversations are happening around faith, around

Sharon Galluzzo:

spirituality, and and business, and they've always talked about

Sharon Galluzzo:

sports, and in business, they're not sports teams. I'm telling,

Sharon Galluzzo:

I'm one of those people, and occasionally I'll use a sports

Sharon Galluzzo:

analogy to explain something. However, I'm one of those

Sharon Galluzzo:

people. If the entire presentation is about sports, I

Sharon Galluzzo:

disconnect, because I'm just like, I'm just not that into

Sharon Galluzzo:

sports, but if you are, that's where you need to be, like be

Sharon Galluzzo:

who you are, be authentic in that.

Dale Young:

Absolutely, be who you are, because everybody else

Dale Young:

is taken.

Sharon Galluzzo:

That's right. Um, so Dale, talk to us a little

Sharon Galluzzo:

bit about.. well, but let's first start with your book. You

Sharon Galluzzo:

have a book coming out, and I'd love to dive into that, because

Sharon Galluzzo:

I want to make sure we have time for that.

Dale Young:

Okay. Well, the title is The Power of Aligning

Dale Young:

Your Faith in Business, and the subtitle is The Proven Way to

Dale Young:

Clear Direction, Fulfilling Results, and Joyful Peace, and

Dale Young:

that's really what I'm promising is. That you're going to have a

Dale Young:

set of steps that will get you to that clear direction.

Dale Young:

Everybody wants clarity, right? Everybody wants direction. Which

Dale Young:

way do I go? How do I get there, all that sort of stuff. Clear

Dale Young:

direction, fulfilling results. It's not just about the results

Dale Young:

that you're getting. Maybe you're getting a million

Dale Young:

dollars, but you're burnt out because of it, or your marriage

Dale Young:

is about to dissolve, or something like that. You want

Dale Young:

fulfilling results, you want results that satisfy in all

Dale Young:

areas. And then you want joyful peace, because Jesus didn't come

Dale Young:

here, you know, when He was leaving the disciples, He says,

Dale Young:

"My peace I live, leave with you, and I believe joy is one of

Dale Young:

the greatest ways to get to peace,

Sharon Galluzzo:

and by

Dale Young:

the way, gratitude is the best way to get to joy.

Dale Young:

So, as long as you do your gratefulness journal every day,

Dale Young:

you're going to get you the joy, and that's going to get you to

Dale Young:

the peace.

Sharon Galluzzo:

I love that. I love that journey in being

Sharon Galluzzo:

grateful, because when you spend all your time complaining and

Sharon Galluzzo:

everything's frustrating. I have started working on eliminating

Sharon Galluzzo:

certain words in my vocabulary, my self-talk. One of them is

Sharon Galluzzo:

hate. I hate this TV show, or I hate this flavor of potato

Sharon Galluzzo:

chips, or like.. and I just have gotten into a habit of using

Sharon Galluzzo:

that word as, you know, anything that annoys me, and I don't

Sharon Galluzzo:

really hate those things, they just annoy me. So, elevating

Sharon Galluzzo:

that kind of thing, how you're talking to yourself and the

Sharon Galluzzo:

kinds of words that you're using, and you know, looking at

Sharon Galluzzo:

your life in gratitude as opposed to in complaint is so,

Sharon Galluzzo:

so, so powerful.

Dale Young:

Absolutely, language is so powerful, and that's what

Dale Young:

I've learned. I've been working with a branding coach, and he's

Dale Young:

helped me put this book together, and language is so

Dale Young:

important to him, you know. He'll, he'll use all these

Dale Young:

things, but it's been one of those things that I was not

Dale Young:

aware, I was not aware of how often I use not, okay, and the

Dale Young:

brain actually has problems processing that, not okay, so

Dale Young:

any negatives or whatever, the brain just doesn't comprehend it

Dale Young:

right off the bat, and so I've made an intention in the book to

Dale Young:

write, try and rewrite all the sentences from using not to

Dale Young:

getting rid of it, putting in the positive form.

Sharon Galluzzo:

I love that. Yeah, I, we don't have time

Sharon Galluzzo:

today to go into all the words that I'm working on eliminating.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Try is one of them, in case you hear me say working on that's my

Sharon Galluzzo:

new placeholder for try. Yeah, it's really powerful. I firmly

Sharon Galluzzo:

believe that words create our reality, and I think that's

Sharon Galluzzo:

backed up in, in the Bible, right? In the beginning was the

Sharon Galluzzo:

Word, and the Word was God, you know, right there in the very,

Sharon Galluzzo:

very beginning. So we need to, we need to be careful about what

Sharon Galluzzo:

we say.

Unknown:

I was

Sharon Galluzzo:

ready to go on three more rabbit trails. That's

Sharon Galluzzo:

why I hesitate.

Dale Young:

Well, I was going to say one of the big things about

Dale Young:

the book, and it really gets in chapter one. What's the problem?

Dale Young:

And the problem is what I call separate worlds. Okay, lot of

Dale Young:

people have faith and business in separate worlds. Okay, and we

Dale Young:

can all look to the example of the entrepreneur that goes to

Dale Young:

church on Sunday, but then doesn't think about God the rest

Dale Young:

of the week, that's a separate world problem, right? But I call

Dale Young:

that one, I call that the left end of the bell curve, okay?

Dale Young:

That those are those are the tail, the long tail, so to

Dale Young:

speak. Okay, and then there's the people in the middle that do

Dale Young:

a pretty good job of bringing faith and work together. I think

Dale Young:

anybody can do it better. None of us are ever going to be

Dale Young:

perfect with that, but you know, even you know, even me writing a

Dale Young:

book, and now I've found so many ways that I need to line my

Dale Young:

faith in business even better all the time. But then there's

Dale Young:

the other end, there's the right end of the bell curve, and these

Dale Young:

are the people that are so spiritual that they never

Dale Young:

actually focus on the business side, they're the people that,

Dale Young:

oh, well, I gotta give that away because I can't charge for that,

Dale Young:

you know, God gave me that gift, I can give it on, you know, type

Dale Young:

of thing, well, maybe He gave you that gift so that you can

Dale Young:

build a business, so that you can give that gift out to a

Dale Young:

whole bunch of other people.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Yeah, and there is a, there is a, a truth about,

Sharon Galluzzo:

you know, your gift, when you give it to someone, you're,

Sharon Galluzzo:

you're giving away a piece of you, even if it's easy for you.

Sharon Galluzzo:

It is an energetic exchange, and you can't have an exchange

Sharon Galluzzo:

unless you accept something back, so giving all of the time

Sharon Galluzzo:

is also pouring out of your cup, and it's got to be filled back

Sharon Galluzzo:

up with something else as well.

Dale Young:

Absolutely, you can't pour from an empty cup.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Absolutely. So, tell us a little bit more. When,

Sharon Galluzzo:

before we got on. You said you were sort of at the intersection

Sharon Galluzzo:

of two places. Talk to us about that.

Dale Young:

Well, there's a lot of business coaches that, if you

Dale Young:

come to them with a faith problem, they'll deal with it,

Dale Young:

right? And there's a lot of spiritual coaches that if you

Dale Young:

come to them with a business problem, they'll deal with it.

Dale Young:

Okay, I don't believe that you can deal with them separate,

Dale Young:

okay? And so I want to be setting in that intersection

Dale Young:

between faith and business all the time, and so I treat

Dale Young:

business problems as a faith problem, and I treat faith

Dale Young:

problems as a business problem.

Sharon Galluzzo:

I love that. I've not heard that before.

Sharon Galluzzo:

That's amazing. So, tell us a little bit about, like, how

Sharon Galluzzo:

would, if I, if I came to you and I said, "Oh, well, I'm

Sharon Galluzzo:

struggling with sales in my business.

Dale Young:

Okay,

Sharon Galluzzo:

how would you just roughly talk around that?

Dale Young:

Well, first, I want to get to know you, because

Dale Young:

first of all, I can't deal with somebody just from a, just from

Dale Young:

a first statement, right? I need to know about you, and I believe

Dale Young:

that you need to know about you even more than what I need to

Dale Young:

know about you. Okay, so one of the first things I do is, I, you

Dale Young:

know, see how your faith is grounded. You know, one of my

Dale Young:

favorite verses is Romans 1129 for the gifts and talents of the

Dale Young:

Lord are irrevocable. Okay, so he's given you gifts, he's given

Dale Young:

you talents. Okay, he's not going to take them away, they're

Dale Young:

irrevocable. Doesn't mean you're going to find them just

Dale Young:

naturally,

Sharon Galluzzo:

okay?

Dale Young:

Sometimes you have to look for them, sometimes you

Dale Young:

have to dig for them, sometimes you have to mine for them. You

Dale Young:

know, it's.. it's sometimes, and it's a voyage of self-discovery.

Dale Young:

Lots of times, and so you come to me, I'm going to find out

Dale Young:

where you are in that process. If you've already done a lot of

Dale Young:

that mining, you already know your gifts and talents. We move

Dale Young:

on to the next step, right? Okay, but maybe the sales

Dale Young:

problem is because your marketing is non-existent. Okay,

Dale Young:

I'll help you fix the marketing at that point. Maybe your sales

Dale Young:

are non-existent because you don't ask for the value of the

Dale Young:

of what you're trying to deliver. That's a worth problem,

Dale Young:

you know. Am I worthy to ask for that kind of price? That's a

Dale Young:

much deeper kind of issue.

Sharon Galluzzo:

I love that. I'm sorry, my brain is just

Sharon Galluzzo:

racing right now with the.. that we.. we do talk about things,

Sharon Galluzzo:

you know, that that people have money mindset issues and that

Sharon Galluzzo:

kind of thing, but that you know that it is a worth and spiritual

Sharon Galluzzo:

kind of element is not something that I've heard very often.

Dale Young:

Well, absolutely, because if, if you don't feel

Dale Young:

worthy, you're not going to charge what you're worth, right?

Dale Young:

And guess what, if you're, if you're a Christian, you're a

Dale Young:

child of the true King of the universe, what is that worth?

Dale Young:

You know, if you're a Christian, Jesus died for you. What is that

Dale Young:

worth? That's worth a lot, just by itself. So, just by you

Dale Young:

existing and breathing, you're worth a lot. And hey, even if

Dale Young:

you're not a Christian, God still created you. That's worth

Dale Young:

a lot, right there. So, you know, you gotta get over this

Dale Young:

worth problem one way or the other, you know. And I'm not a

Dale Young:

mindset coach in that sense. I'll help you think through it

Dale Young:

yourself, but I've got a plenty of mindset coaches that can get

Dale Young:

you through that pretty quickly. Okay. So, and that's something

Dale Young:

else. I know my lane, my lane is to help business and to help

Dale Young:

faith, right? Yeah, and if, if you all you want is help with a

Dale Young:

business problem, I'm probably not, you're not the right

Dale Young:

person, but if you've gone to other business coaches and they

Dale Young:

haven't helped you, maybe I am.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Yeah, and I think that it's really

Sharon Galluzzo:

interesting working with people, I've recently was working with

Sharon Galluzzo:

one of my clients, and every effort to sort of dig into

Sharon Galluzzo:

things a little bit deeper beyond the business side, like

Sharon Galluzzo:

what's causing this, was, oh no, no, I'm fine, oh no, no, I'm

Sharon Galluzzo:

fine, and it was really interesting that that was not

Sharon Galluzzo:

something she was willing to sort of lean into, and we still

Sharon Galluzzo:

got her through. We did the project we were working on,

Sharon Galluzzo:

however, it was just interesting to observe how much it was like

Sharon Galluzzo:

no deflection of that's not that's not part of the problem,

Sharon Galluzzo:

and I think business owners need to understand that it's all

Sharon Galluzzo:

everything. We are not like I can't cut off part of my body,

Sharon Galluzzo:

and that's the business part of my body. It's all one body, and

Sharon Galluzzo:

it's all interwoven.

Dale Young:

Absolutely, yeah. And you can't, you can't put on

Dale Young:

a. Ask you know, be yourself. Everybody else is taken, right?

Dale Young:

If,

Sharon Galluzzo:

if

Dale Young:

you're trying to be like somebody else, well, that's

Dale Young:

not a role that you're meant to fulfill. That's not why the way

Dale Young:

you were designed. It's not the way that God created you. I say

Dale Young:

it's not the way you're wired, you know. If you're wired to do

Dale Young:

these kinds of things, trying to do those kinds of things isn't

Dale Young:

going to work very well,

Sharon Galluzzo:

right?

Dale Young:

Okay, and so, yeah, I mean, you know, but, but if

Dale Young:

they're convinced that they need to go do those kinds of things,

Dale Young:

it's going to be hard to unconvince them without them

Dale Young:

taking a good hard look at themselves.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Yeah, absolutely. I love this. This

Sharon Galluzzo:

conversation is so great, and I want to make sure that we get

Sharon Galluzzo:

your gift in, because you do have a gift for our listeners,

Dale Young:

right? My gift is a free spiritual gifts assessment,

Dale Young:

probably there's tons and hundreds, and probably every

Dale Young:

church out there has them. This one is a little bit more

Dale Young:

extensive than most of the ones I've seen, and I've seen a lot

Dale Young:

of assessments. I'm, I actually, in 2020 wrote a book about

Dale Young:

assessments, so I can say I wrote the book on it,

Sharon Galluzzo:

but,

Dale Young:

but, yeah, so this is a spiritual gifts assessment.

Dale Young:

It's got 17 different types of gifts, and I think something

Dale Young:

like eight questions for each one, so it does take a while to

Dale Young:

get through, but the good part about it is once you take the

Dale Young:

assessment, I will personally look at it, and I'll record a

Dale Young:

video with what I see about it, along with anything else I find

Dale Young:

about you out on the internet, so if you're an entrepreneur and

Dale Young:

I see something in LinkedIn about you, or I see something,

Dale Young:

you know, somewhere else, YouTube or something, I'll look

Dale Young:

at all that, and I'll give you my expert thing about, well,

Dale Young:

this looks like it may be out of place, or it looks like maybe

Dale Young:

you're not really using this gift in your business, or

Dale Young:

whatever. And so I call it the first step to aligning your

Dale Young:

faith in business, because it's kind of one of the very first

Dale Young:

things you need to know. Who are you? It's a big part of who you

Dale Young:

are, gifts, right? Talents then gets into I do a lot of

Dale Young:

CliftonStrengths work, and that's a very deep dive into

Dale Young:

actual talents. They actually call each of them a talent, and

Dale Young:

so that's that's a more expensive, more involved type

Dale Young:

thing. Working genius is a great intermediate between the two of

Dale Young:

them, because it tells you how you approach work. I love this

Dale Young:

analogy, your disc or your Myers Briggs, that that's the, that's

Dale Young:

the noun part of the sentence. Your working genius is the verb

Dale Young:

part.

Sharon Galluzzo:

I like that. Yeah, that's really cool. That's

Sharon Galluzzo:

actually a very generous gift. Thank you, Dale. It's not just

Sharon Galluzzo:

the tool, but you're also throwing in a video that you are

Sharon Galluzzo:

doing some research on everybody who takes this assessment, and

Sharon Galluzzo:

that's like a step further in. That's really impressive. Thank

Sharon Galluzzo:

you so much for that generous gift. And if you would like to

Sharon Galluzzo:

get that gift, here's what you need to do. You need to go to

Sharon Galluzzo:

Profit Connectors dot c l u b, that's our portal, that's our

Sharon Galluzzo:

club for our everyone who is a listener of the Profit

Sharon Galluzzo:

Connections podcast. So it's Profit Connectors dot c l u b is

Sharon Galluzzo:

the URL, just go in, it's free to join, and inside you can get

Sharon Galluzzo:

Dale's gift, all the contact information, all his

Sharon Galluzzo:

Sharon Galluzzo:

the podcasts that we've done, and all the gifts from those

Sharon Galluzzo:

speakers as well. So check that out at Profit Connectors dot

Sharon Galluzzo:

club. Now I have a question for you, Dale. What is the most

Sharon Galluzzo:

unexpected experience that made you adjust your approach to your

Sharon Galluzzo:

business?

Dale Young:

I could talk about several things in the past, but

Dale Young:

let's talk about the one that was most recent, and the most

Dale Young:

recent was I talked about the left side of the of the bar of

Dale Young:

the bell curve with the more secular people and I talked

Dale Young:

about the right side when I first was writing the book I had

Dale Young:

not considered the right side of the bell curve, okay, and

Dale Young:

somebody was saying something about it, and I said that is a

Dale Young:

really good point. This, what I've come up with in the book,

Dale Young:

of the way to bring all this together, and the, the, the

Dale Young:

destination. I named the destination the complete and

Dale Young:

aligned success, and I explained why I named that at that in the

Dale Young:

book, and that, whatever. But the, the destination is here, it

Dale Young:

works for both of them, okay. It works for both sides of the bell

Dale Young:

curve, and but I was really inspired to add another

Dale Young:

appendix, and the title of the appendix is Jesus History's Most

Dale Young:

Successful Entrepreneur,

Sharon Galluzzo:

I. I love that,

Dale Young:

and that just kind of put a capstone on the book

Dale Young:

for me. It just kind of like, okay, this is this has got a lot

Dale Young:

more broad reach. Everybody kind of hears that title, they laugh

Dale Young:

at it, and they kind of get it, but do they really get it? You

Dale Young:

know, Jesus ran a funded ministry, and Jesus had a

Dale Young:

treasure.

Sharon Galluzzo:

He did, he did indeed.

Dale Young:

You know, so I mean, you think about that kind of

Dale Young:

stuff. He had enough funds that somebody had to do, had to take

Dale Young:

care of the funds part time or a full time or something. Yeah,

Unknown:

so,

Dale Young:

so it's a, it's, it's something to consider,

Dale Young:

especially for those people on the right end of the bell curve?

Sharon Galluzzo:

Yeah, and I love how that, you know, you've

Sharon Galluzzo:

brought both those concepts together, because I don't think

Sharon Galluzzo:

I've ever thought of Jesus as an entrepreneur. I'll be honest,

Sharon Galluzzo:

so, and that is exactly your, your branding, your model, that

Sharon Galluzzo:

is perfectly in alignment with who you are and what you're

Sharon Galluzzo:

doing and what you're putting out into the world, that was

Sharon Galluzzo:

beautifully done. I love that.

Dale Young:

Well, thank you. I've not considered it was the

Dale Young:

most surprising, but it has actually worked out really nice,

Dale Young:

because that gave me seven appendices, I had seven chapters

Dale Young:

already, and now I'm launching the book on the seventh.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Oh, I love that fantastic. Well, I, we wish you

Sharon Galluzzo:

all the best luck with the book. And when that is, do you know

Sharon Galluzzo:

when it's coming out?

Dale Young:

April 7, 2026

Sharon Galluzzo:

Okay, I'm not sure when this podcast will be

Sharon Galluzzo:

released, but if it's after April 27 or April 7, April 27

Dale Young:

seventh

Sharon Galluzzo:

seventh, april 7, it will be available on

Sharon Galluzzo:

Amazon. Yes,

Dale Young:

yes,

Sharon Galluzzo:

alright, good. Um, it'll be available on

Sharon Galluzzo:

Amazon, and we will endeavor to go back into the portal and add

Sharon Galluzzo:

a link to that book as well. We've had several authors whose

Sharon Galluzzo:

books are coming out recently, so I'd love to add that to our

Sharon Galluzzo:

portal, so that you can find their books there as well. Thank

Sharon Galluzzo:

you so much for joining us today, Dale. This was an amazing

Sharon Galluzzo:

conversation. I really do admire where you're putting yourself in

Sharon Galluzzo:

the entrepreneur's path, and I think that it's going to

Sharon Galluzzo:

resonate with a lot of our listeners.

Dale Young:

I certainly hope so, because God put it on my heart

Dale Young:

to get this out, and you know, and it's like, you gotta get out

Dale Young:

now, it's, it's, it's, it's out, it needs to be out now, type of

Dale Young:

thing, and I'm going, okay, I don't know why, but okay, I'm,

Dale Young:

I'm interested to see what happens after I get it out.

Sharon Galluzzo:

Well, good job on following that leading and

Sharon Galluzzo:

doing what God's called you to do. Thank you so much, Dale. And

Sharon Galluzzo:

remember, out there, entrepreneurs build with

Sharon Galluzzo:

clarity, lead with purpose. Thank you so much for joining

Sharon Galluzzo:

us. And I'll see you next time.

Unknown:

Bye.
