5 Revenue Secrets of Successful Women

What are the 5 revenue secrets successful women entrepreneurs know that most business owners never learn? Laura pulls back the curtain on the hidden patterns keeping women stuck in overwork, inconsistent income, and burnout while revealing the foundational shifts that create sustainable, profitable growth.

Drawing from more than 30 years of entrepreneurship and the growth of nine businesses, Laura shares the systems, mindset shifts, and daily practices that help women increase revenue without sacrificing their health, family, or purpose. Through personal stories and powerful examples from the Limitless Women community, she explores how clarity in messaging, aligned systems, sales with ease, and financial awareness create momentum and freedom. This episode is a grounded reminder that successful women don’t build businesses through hustle alone. They build them with intention, focus, and systems that support the life they truly want to live.

What You’ll Hear:

  • Why so many women entrepreneurs stay stuck in overwhelm even while working nonstop, and how hidden blind spots quietly limit growth and profitability.
  • Reframing business success around freedom, alignment, and impact rather than hustle, pressure, or endless scaling.
  • How clarity in systems and messaging can radically shift momentum without requiring more hours or burnout.
  • The emotional shift that happens when women stop comparing themselves and begin owning their unique brilliance and life experience.
  • How consistent invitations, financial awareness, and intentional focus create sustainable revenue and deeper fulfillment.

[00:00:02] Welcome to the Limitless Women Podcast. Our mission is to help women business owners like you grow profitable businesses and actualize your opportunities to serve and give to yourself and others. Here's your host, the founder of Limitless Women, Laura Gisborne.

[00:00:28] You're in the right place today if you are a woman who's a business owner or an entrepreneur and you're looking for secrets and kind of the things that have been hiding your blind spot, keeping you from actually getting to where you want to go in your business. So what I want to share with you is that after 30 plus years of entrepreneurship and nine of my own companies, there's some systems that we can share with you to make the journey easier.

[00:00:54] And I'm excited to support you with actually generating more revenue in your business and working less hours. All right, so does this sound familiar for you? If you're a woman who knows that you want to grow, but you just don't know what to do, you're in the right place today.

[00:01:12] If you're a woman who's been in business for a while and you would love to be supported, if you feel like you're wearing all the hats in your business and you really desire to grow and you know you need some help, but you're just not sure how to pay for that, today's going to be really helpful for you. And if you're a woman who's been working and feeling like you're doing all the things, but you're just treading water and not making progress, you're not getting to the other side of the pool, you're going to love what I share with you now.

[00:01:39] And you know, this is a one that's a little more tender and it's a place that's been a soft place in my own heart as a mama and as a wife and as an entrepreneur for so many years is that I remember the years when my family was just getting my leftovers, when my family was just getting me in a very tired state and I would run and sneak back into the office to work after dinner. I want to tell you that that's not the way you have to build your business and you want to be really present and enjoy the love and the time you have with the people that are important to you in your life.

[00:02:09] It's going to be a vehicle for that to happen for you today. Now, you may fall into one of these three categories. Go ahead and put in the chat a one, a two or a three and let us know where you are in your journey and know that there's no right or wrong because even if you're a three, which means you've been in business for a while and you're already creating consistent recurring revenue over a hundred thousand, you still had to start at zero. We all did at every business. We started zero.

[00:02:35] So if you're feeling like you're a starter, you're just getting started or here's another thing that happens. You might've been in business for a while, but you're just not making the money you want to make. You know, you're good at what you do. I'm going to share some great systems with you today to make that journey a lot easier. If you're in a number two, you could be grinding. You could be in that place where you just feel like you just no matter how hard you work, you just don't get ahead. You're working hard, but your profit is low. Put yourself as a number two in the chat.

[00:03:04] And if you're a veteran and you've been in business for a while, but for some reason you're still working really hard, you feel like you've got the revenue there, but it's dependent on you instead of having a business and a team around you that can support you, I want you to put a number three in the chat. Remember, there's no right or wrong. And for the next 45 minutes, what I want to tell you is that what you can count on in today's class is that we've really worked at looking at what are the things you need to have in place?

[00:03:31] What are the systems that have helped not only my business grow, but other women in the Limitless Women community? How have they done it? I'm going to share with you a few of their stories and I'm going to ask for you to not do what most women do, which is compare yourself. Don't put yourself in comparison with anyone else because there's no one like you. So I appreciate you taking the time to listen to this for yourself. I want you to listen in and I want you to tune in and ask yourself, do I want to keep doing things without doing them?

[00:04:01] Or do I want something different in my life? If you want something different in your life, go ahead and type the word different in the chat. Let me know that that's what you're looking for. And I will tell you that, you know, I'm 60 years old this year. When I'm learning something new, it's not easy, any easier now at 60. I probably have a little kinder to myself than I used to be. But, you know, it's still different. So you're going to hear some things today that might be like, hey, I already knew that. But you might hear something that's different than what you've been doing. And I'm hoping that for you.

[00:04:29] I'm hoping over the next 45 minutes, we can share with you exactly the systems that help our business grow and that help other that you can get there too. All right. So what's important about this is that when you take out 90% of the effort and you get way more clear, you can 10x your impact. Now, this is the difference between how women do business and how men do business. And how men do business, we've all seen it's kind of this bro marketing. It's all these big numbers. And this person is a million and that person hit a million.

[00:04:59] God bless the men. We wouldn't be here without them. What I'm here to say to you is this. Whether you need to have for your own family sufficiency $10,000 a month, $20,000 a month, $30,000 a month. We cap out in our community at $10 million. We have a few outliers that are way up there. For most of us, that couple hundred thousand dollars of consistent recurring revenue can really change your life.

[00:05:24] And what I'm going to share with you today is how to get there and how to get there quickly if you'll join me on the journey. All right. All right. So if you're new to our world, let me just tell you a little bit about the Limitless Women community. Our goal is to give our way to millions. And how we do that is we help women build businesses that are profitable and purposeful. There's not one woman that I know in my world who is not a giver. We're all givers. And it's how we're made, right? We're made to give.

[00:05:54] We're made to take care of. What we know is that when we help a woman get through her struggle financially and help her business start to thrive, she not only takes care of herself, she takes care of her family, her community, and betters the world at large. And the United Nations, just FYI, this is kind of a little brain fart here, but the United Nations started tracking all their initiatives in the 1970s.

[00:06:16] And these are initiatives around eradicating hunger, eradicating poverty through entrepreneurship, providing medical care, providing resources for people who don't have access to resources. The number one initiative that has created the greatest impact is the empowerment of women. So you're in the right place today if you're a woman who joins us in really knowing that you have a calling on your life, that God has given you an opportunity.

[00:06:42] I just personally believe that it wouldn't be in your heart and it wouldn't be in your mind if it wasn't possible. So I want to see you get there and I want to have you celebrate with us. This is a picture of us at our Limitless Women Live Conference and we host each year in April. So the important question I want you to think about is why are you here? Not why are you here today on the webinar. Like, why are you here? What is different about you that nobody else has? What's different about how you operate?

[00:07:11] What's different about your wisdom? And when I say this piece around you not comparing yourself to others, the importance of that is that there's no one like you. Nobody has your fingerprint. Nobody has your DNA. Nobody has your iris, right? Nobody has what you have and nobody has your life experience. And I believe that that is because we're all called to come together to create healing for the planet. And it's more important now than ever.

[00:07:39] So chances are you're here because you're a woman who wants to help people. You're a woman who wants to make good money. And you know that when you put those two things together, your ability to heal others, your ability to serve others, you know that you can have a profitable business. And you don't want to do it at the sacrifice of your life. You want to be able to have a good thriving business and still be able to be healthy and be with people you love and be able to spend time doing the things you love.

[00:08:08] So I want to talk to you a little bit about the difference between building your house on the sand or building your house on the rock. And before I do that, I want to say that at the end of this conversation, I'm going to have some exercises for you that you can take right now and use to start increasing your revenue. So make sure you stay on so you don't miss that part. And know that, you know, we'll make an invitation to you to join us in a program.

[00:08:34] The most important thing for you to do today, rather than, again, looking at my story or anybody else's story, is to know that you can do this. You've done this before. If you're a person who's over the age of probably 15 or 16, you've accomplished something and you have the capacity to do this. Now, I'm going to give you this little story about myself from perspective because I'm going to tell myself a little bit if you're okay with that.

[00:09:00] And quite simply, you know, when I married into a family business when I was 23 and it was a restaurant and we wore all the hats. Sometimes I was the waitress. Sometimes I was the dishwasher. Sometimes I was the cashier. Some of you have that going on in your businesses today. You understand how that feels, right? If you feel like you understand what that feels, that you're wearing all the hats, write hats in the chat for me. Let me know that you understand how that feels, okay?

[00:09:25] So when I started being asked to speak and lead, this is a picture of me leading a retreat in Colorado right before COVID, as a matter of fact. I had never done it before. I had built restaurants. I had built retail. I had done really well with building a winery. We had, you know, a designer clothing store. We had some really cool businesses over the years. But when it came time for me to share my brilliance or my wisdom personally, I didn't know what I was doing. And so I did what a lot of you do.

[00:09:54] I started grabbing different pieces. I was like, let me grab this $197 thing here. Let me get this $4,000 thing over here. Let me get this, you know, a little bit here. And I also didn't want to, you know, I didn't want to put my family in debt. I didn't want to do something that was going to make me or my husband, you know, not be able to retire, right? So I was kind of hustling and trying to figure this out on the side. And what ended up happening is I was really building my house on the sand. And I just use that as a biblical reference.

[00:10:22] Most of us, whatever path of tradition we follow can kind of get the idea. When you build your house on the sand, as soon as the storm comes, your house washes away. When you build your house on strong foundation, it can withstand the storm, right? So I was here building my house on the sand. I was traveling around. I was having, you know, opportunities to speak to people. It was like me on a plane going to the next place, going to the next place, going to the next place. And I would meet one woman in the room and I'd be like, thank you, Lord.

[00:10:52] This is such a great opportunity. And that would be one client. And then I would get on a plane and I would go to the next place. Well, guess what happened? March 2020, you know what happened because it happened in your life too. I was in California with my daughter. I went to the airport in Los Angeles to fly back home. And this is not the picture of the airport in that moment, by the way, but this is pretty much what it looked like. LAX was empty. And it was very, very strange. It was not, I didn't know what was going on.

[00:11:22] This was about March 9th or 10th, I think at the time. So I called my daughter and I said, something funky is going on. We had heard these rumors. We started hearing the rumors, right? November, December, we had heard some things. But by March, the wheels started turning and we started being aware that something big was happening. It was a wake-up call for me, but it was a wake-up call for the entire world, right? This just happens to be when I recognized that my business was not sustainable.

[00:11:50] If I couldn't get on a plane, if I couldn't get out, if I couldn't talk to people, I had no way to bring in new revenue, right? And so it forced us to take a look. It forced us to say, okay, what is going on? This is a picture of my office, all my stickies. I've got stickies in here today to help me remember to tell you things. I mean, like trying to organize things and say, okay, what's working? What's not working?

[00:12:12] I knew I was put into a place where I had to decide to stop traveling and running and putting out fires and instead to go back to what I knew from my early days of entrepreneurship, which was when we had one restaurant, the family members could all wear a different hat each day, right? But we went to two locations, three locations. All of a sudden, we had to have systems and said, okay, this is not a new thing. This is what I was saying to you in the beginning of the call.

[00:12:40] You guys have done other things like this. You just haven't bridged the gap of what it looks like for yourself in business. So I decided to get serious and I went back. I went back to the beginning and I started with my foundations again. And what I'll tell you is that, you know, it's always enticing for us. And this is why I say it's different for us as women. It's really enticing and inviting to go, what's the next? What's the next? What's the next, right? We're highly creative people. We love that.

[00:13:07] The challenge is that when we're hustling and we're doing the next thing and the next thing and the next thing, we don't have a lot of revenue. We've got a lot of time, but we're not getting traction. As soon as you start putting systems in place, which takes a little bit of slowing down and getting focused. So if I tell you exactly where you need the systems today, all of a sudden your revenue starts going up and then you have a little less time to spend on things that are not important, right?

[00:13:35] You want your time to be freed to do the things that are important to you. And somebody just wrote to me this week and said it was really important for them to hear this. I'll say it again. Again, you want to build your business around your life, not your life around your business. This is not who you be. This just happens to be your current expression. So I want you to think about today, if you actually were building a business instead of having a job for yourself, what would that look like? Okay.

[00:14:06] What it looks like in our world by getting these things healed, and this is kind of my what's possible, what's happened for us, is that not only have I been able to share the goodness financially. It's my son here and his fiance getting engaged. This is he and I and my daughter in Ecuador working with the indigenous people in the Amazon rainforest. That's me holding up a reusable sanitary pad, which I learned how to sew at a girls' leadership camp this year in Uganda.

[00:14:35] We took a group of our legacy leaders together and went to Africa to work with 300 young girls on the ground, ages 11 to 14. Talk about the next generation of leaders. And then here's my beloved Scott. And you can see my husband and I traveling and having some great adventures as well. The work funds that. That's what I want you to say. Whatever your dream is, I don't want you to hold that in the background, is someday you're going to get there. Right?

[00:14:59] Anybody, again, who's been around for a little while, you've had a wake-up call, you understand we may not get there if we think it's going to happen someday. We've got to get here now. So these are some other pictures of women traveling with us. This is, again, us in Uganda. This is us in Kenya on a different trip. This is a different trip to South America. This is a great picture, I'm going to just say, with Dr. Esther Graham, who is one of our legacy leader clients who went to Africa with us.

[00:15:27] She sent all the materials and provided the education and the mentorship for Monica Nereka Wapua, our charity partner in Uganda, to build her first early childhood development center. When you can take your talents and put those into action, when you can take your time and spend it empowering the next generation of leaders, that comes as a result of your business thriving and running for you instead of running you. Right?

[00:15:55] If you're interested in that, put in the chat, I'm interested. Let me know that you'd like to have a business that runs for you, not runs you. So, and this is a cute picture of my good friend, Betsy Clark. You might see her again in the slides a little bit. When Betsy came to me, we'd been friends for a while. We met through eWomen Network. And she said to me, I'm about to be a grandma. I've been waiting my whole life to be a grandma. I'm about to be a grandma. I don't want to work so hard. I need some help.

[00:16:23] And I said, okay, get you the stuff that you need. So, in six weeks of working together, and I'm going to tell you these things that are happening for women are happening because they stop doing the wrong activities and they start doing the right activities in the right order. It's not that I have a magic wand. It's that they get focused in as little as 20 minutes a day. They're focused on the right activities and their revenue starts to grow.

[00:16:49] So, Betsy shared with us after six weeks of working together that she made one and a half times what she made the previous year. Now, the important thing to hear about this that I don't have on the slide, I probably should have, is that she worked 20 hours a week. She was working 40 hours a week and not making a lot of money. She kicked back and said, okay, I'm going to follow the systems. I'm going to do the short hurt. I'm going to do the work and get into a system where I can really get structured in about 90 days. It takes a little bit of time.

[00:17:17] And she was able to go one and a half of what she made the year before, which is really cool. This is another person that I want you to meet. Her name is Paula Muhammad. She's a dear friend who lives in Canada. She lives in Vancouver. Paula has been in business for six years. She is a very good friend. She's a college roommate of another one of our clients who's not on the slides here, Sharon Spender. Paula reached out to me and said, hey, I need some help. And I said, great, how's your revenue? She's like, I've got all these leads.

[00:17:45] I've got this business, but I'm not monetizing. I was like, okay, let's get clear. So this is a picture of her and I doing our strategic planning day together. And she started working with me in November of last year. This literally just happened. She started working with me in November of last year. In just six weeks, she went from, so we had November to about June. I think it was November 4th is when she started about January 12th.

[00:18:12] She reached out to me and said, hey, I'm over 12 people in my program. And it was just, again, getting clarity, getting focused, getting the right activities in order as a daily practice for her. And then, so now she's probably over 15 or 20 at this point. I'm not exactly sure. I haven't asked her this week. But as we're moving along, what I'm saying to you is then your business starts to have momentum. For most of you, you need a handful of clients.

[00:18:38] You just need a little bit of clarity and a little bit of momentum, and then it goes fast. All right? So here's another dear friend, Amanda Slade. Amanda has got a beautiful business, and what she shared with me, she does some really superpower stuff. I can't really give you the language here of her dream work, but I'll tell you that she is a very smart, savvy woman. She has amazing systems of her own. However, she wasn't focused on the right activities.

[00:19:07] And so with Amanda, when she and I started working together, it was, again, so much more about letting go the things that were not working for her so that she could give her time and energy to the things that she needed to do to bring up her revenue. So she's been in business for a long time. She has multiple streams of income. In just a short period of time, she had one revenue stream that in 2025, she's already done her numbers for the last year. In 2025, this one revenue stream brought in $12,000. She has multiple revenue streams.

[00:19:36] That same revenue stream when we were talking in January of this year had already generated $27,000 in sales. She's got a profitable business this year now because we've been working together. You'll meet her if you come to our live events. She's an amazing lady. And she's her little baby Harley. What I want to tell you is that it's just getting focused, right? It's not your fault if it's not working, but you can change it if you decide you want to. So this is what's possible for you.

[00:20:03] Only it doesn't work if you won't join me in letting go of the things that are not working for you and really be open-minded and open-hearted. So if you know that you're ready to hear what these things are and you want to know the details, please type in the chat for me. I'm open. Okay. Let me see who's open. Let me see who's on the call today who's open to having a change, getting to a new place in their life, in their business. Type in the chat for me. I'm open. Okay. Okay.

[00:20:31] So I believe, again, as I said earlier, there's no one like you and the world needs you. The world needs us more than ever to share our gifts, to share experience, and be the leaders that we're here to be. So let's get into the five keys to help you do that and have more profits while working fewer hours. Are you ready? Okay.

[00:20:52] So these five keys are actually kind of like a 30,000-foot view, and they overarch what goes underneath, which is our seven pillars of business success. So after 35 years of entrepreneurship myself and having mentored and partnered with thousands of women globally, I can tell you that in every business, in every industry, there are certain things that are the same. There's a lot that's different because there's nobody like you, but there are certain things that have to be in place.

[00:21:21] Now, what's different in Limitless Women is we believe that one size does not fit all. We know you have to have marketing. We know you have to have sales. We know you need to track your numbers and understand your finance. But there's a way for you to do it in your own business that I believe only comes as a result of partnership, right? Having somebody stand beside you so you can put your own spin on the wheel is an important part of what you want to do.

[00:21:46] So in your business, the first thing I want you to understand is that when you don't have this model, you can't tell people what you do. So they can't raise their hand and say, yes, you're my person, right? And through the beauty of having AI these days and having new teams and new systems that we've been able to develop, I think we've brought in a little over 200 new people into our systems just probably in the last two weeks, which is amazing, right?

[00:22:16] But it's having this very fundamental first piece, which is who is your ideal client? What are they struggling with? And what's the unique solution that you offer? Not the whole story. I know when I meet a woman, she's not ready. If she can't tell me who she works with or what she does, or she says I can help all the people, I know we got a problem, okay? And it needs to be very simple. We offer to train you in this in a one, two, three.

[00:22:45] This I'm going to tell you right now is who is your person? Ours is we only work with spiritually connected women business owners who really feel a calling on their lives to create impact and service. They want to join us in having a profitable business. What they're struggling with is they're working way too many hours and there's never enough money. There's never enough hours in the day. There's never enough money. What lives underneath that is a lack of systems.

[00:23:11] And it's often driven internally by a poverty consciousness. Now, that's a big word and it means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. But somewhere somebody told you you weren't enough. Or you might have heard what I heard. You're too much. Right? Which is the flip side of that coin. I want to say to you, you have a calling for a reason. There are people who need what you have.

[00:23:34] And often when we get our clarity of messaging figured out, what happens then is that when we put our message out, it becomes the answer to someone's prayer. Right? I think that that's a beautiful echo that's out there. Someone is looking for what you do and looking for what you offer. But if you don't have clarity, it's hard for them to find you. Right?

[00:23:55] So we help you at Limitless Women if you're a spiritually connected woman and you know that you have a bigger mission and you're struggling with profitability and struggling with time challenges. We're here to help. We're here to craft personalized, unique systems for you and your business in a way that is safe and congruent and unlike any place else in the marketplace. So, and your messaging comes as a result of having clarity in your model.

[00:24:24] Now, what do I mean by that? You may be doing social media. You may be in the grind. If you're one of the, like a number two, you're grinding, you're grinding, you're doing the thing. You're eking out a business, but you're not being profitable. Okay? Or you might be stuck in number one and feeling like, hey, I know I'm supposed to do this, but I don't know what to do or how to do. When we get you clear in our systems on your business model, your messaging becomes magnetic. You have messaging that matters.

[00:24:52] And then people just like you, as you heard some message to come and visit me or listen to this recording, you heard, hey, I know I need that. Right? So your messaging becomes magnetic and it needs to be clear. When it's not clear, you're throwing spaghetti at the wall and it doesn't work. Right? You don't get the thing. The next piece is owning your unique system. I think I've said this about three times now, but I'll say it again because I can't. I can't remind you enough. There's no one like you. There's no one that has your experience.

[00:25:21] There's no one that has the gifts that God has imbued in you, in your life. And what I see that's different with women in business than men is that men, you know, have the courage to get out and act much more than we do. We end up being stuck in our businesses because often we don't value ourselves. We don't value our unique brilliance that we bring to the world.

[00:25:48] And so knowing your unique system allows you to share that with others. I will say that at Limitless Women, I'm a little bit at the tip of the iceberg, right? We just did our numbers and we have just close to 30,000 followers online. That's fabulous. What I can tell you is that I will stand loud and proud that there's no one who's had my life experience who can help them the way that we can.

[00:26:12] There's no one who can do the systems because that's my unique brilliance, right? That's what God has imbued in me. I was able to scale and have one business and two business and three businesses and four businesses and five businesses, six, seven, eight, nine businesses because I knew the power of building a team, building operations and building systems. And when you take that and put it into your own business, you'll be able to see the sky's the limit, right? Right? So sales are these.

[00:26:42] Sales is something that happens when someone is ready to heal. When someone is ready to heal their challenge, whether it is a business challenge, whether it is a personal challenge, whether it is a physical healing, whether it is an emotional healing, you get the idea. And I'm just telling you that because we have women in our community from many, many different industries and many, many different walks of life. But here's the deal.

[00:27:07] Until they learn to have a clear business model with clear messaging and they learn how to invite people to come into their program, it's not going to happen. And lives are not changed. Lives are changed when you say yes to yourself. And, you know, tell me if you've ever invested in something that was really low cost or you got it for free and didn't use it. Put, tell on yourself in the chat. Say, yes, I've done that, Laura. Okay? I know I have.

[00:27:35] I know I've purchased lots of things that were low cost. Oh, I'm going to get there. And I don't know about you, but my life is full. So I'm like, the things that are important are the things I want to be focused on. And when I invest in something that is really going to be transformative, it often requires me to slow down. Sales with Ease is our unique signature system that we teach women. It's a seven-step process. It's very gentle.

[00:28:00] And what we know is that when your other things are in place, you have your other keys in place, sales becomes very natural. It becomes very effortless for you. All right. Now, what sales leads to for most of us is our revenue. Right? And we have to know our numbers and we have to embrace our numbers. It's interesting. I have a friend I just talked to who built a very successful business and then life got messy. Right? And raise your hand or if you can understand what I'm saying to you.

[00:28:29] That life was started life-ing. You know, and there was a divorce in the mix and there was a family death in the mix. There were things happening and she took her eye off her numbers and guess what happened? Her numbers started to dwindle. Your numbers, I use this picture here of a plant because your numbers are a bit like a plant. They need you to pay attention to them. They need you to nurture them. They need you to water them. Right? They need you to be there to actually be engaging with them in order for them to grow.

[00:28:56] And when we don't pay attention and we think, okay, someday I'm going to get there, I want to remind you, you don't have a Messiah coming to rescue you. Jesus already came. Don't want to offend anybody, especially the Christians. But I want to say, honestly, this is the piece. You are your savior. You are the person who's going to do the activities to get the results that you want. And one of those things is to learn how to track your numbers. Now, the great thing about Limitless Women's Programs is we've created the systems for you

[00:29:24] so that this is no longer scary. It's only scary when it feels overwhelming and there's too much to do and you can't figure it out. When it's simple and it's direct and you can fill in the blank, it becomes much easier. All right. So here's one of our clients, Donna, who owns a company called Blue Zenith. And what was really exciting when she and I started working together is that she had been in business for 11 years. Now, I want to tell you something. There's a lot of women in our community that have been in business for a long time.

[00:29:53] And what they're doing is sliding, right? They're kind of in quicksand. They don't have their foundations in place. And so even though it looks good on the outside, Donna owns a marketing company, the beautiful website, they've got beautiful email marketing, but the revenue wasn't consistent. What happened when we got her shored up is that she experienced herself and her team the highest revenue she'd had in 11 years. I'm telling you, it doesn't have to take long. It just has to take some focus.

[00:30:23] So you need clarity in your business model. You need clarity in your messaging. You need to uniquely own that there is no one like you. Just understand, stop apologizing. Stop comparing. If you want to compare about anything, if you want to compare yourself in some way, compare backwards. Compare backwards to the young woman you were that didn't know how to do whatever, didn't know how to drive, didn't know how to cook. You've come so much farther than you give yourself credit for.

[00:30:52] Look at what's unique about you. Embracing sales with ease is one of the things that happens when you have clarity. Invitations come. The conversations are gentle. You say, this is who I work with. This is what they're struggling with. And this is how I can partner with you to help. If people say, yes, this is for me, or they say no or not now. Either way, you're out of the pressure because if you have those conversations consistently enough, guess what happens?

[00:31:18] Enough people say, yes, your revenue starts growing and you numbers that you're proud of. All right. So here's your invitation along those same lines. What I'm going to tell you is that there's a very simple audit that I encourage you to do. I want you to open your calendar. If you're like me and your calendar is on your phone, open up your calendar. I want you to look at what was going on in your life last week. You can put it on week. See what's going on, how many boxes are filled there.

[00:31:44] Looking back at your calendar last week, how many invitations did you make for someone to work with you? Okay. How much time did you spend each day last week inviting someone to work with you? Another way you would put that is how many conversations did you have? And our conversations, because we work very privately and personally with everyone, we believe that every woman matters and that every voice is important.

[00:32:12] Often there's stuff that comes up, it's intimate. It's, you know, vulnerable. And those are the sweet spots where people are healed. But those conversations don't happen if you don't invite someone to the conversation, right? So the practice I'm going to invite you to do is to look at your calendar, think about all the ways that you could invite someone to have a conversation with you this next week, right? Where can you get that on the calendar?

[00:32:40] When you start having the conversations, you start connecting. And this is one of the systems that we teach you is connection calls. It's very simple to rinse and repeat. And this is what we come up with kind of the idea that if you would just do the things that we're going to teach you to do 20, maybe 30 minutes a day within a very short period of time, usually less than 90 days, you start to see massive increase in your revenue, which is what you're seeing from the stories and the case studies of our ladies. Now, this for your own business is you have two options.

[00:33:09] You can either try to figure it out yourself. You can go on the windy road and keep trying to put out fires and do it kind of old school, or you can get a proven framework. And what we want to invite you to do is to stop trying to invent the wheel. Understand that there's a difference between being very unique and having your own way of doing things and working systems that are not working. When you have systems that are actually working, you want to start seeing results and you'll see them quickly and you'll know.

[00:33:38] You'll know whether it's working or not in a very short period of time. So I want to say that what we offer at Limitless Women, if I have your permission to share this with you, is that we have a system for a woman who is capable of more. If you know that you'd like to have more in your life, please type in the chat more. And this is really going to resonate for you if you are on what we call the financial roller coaster, right? You have a great month or you have a great event, and then all of a sudden it's crickets

[00:34:08] in between, right? If you've been on that place, right? You're like, oh, I did that one thing and it worked out really well, but then all of a sudden there's no revenue coming in. It's really hard to create impact when you're in survival mode. So if you want to get off that cycle, I'd love to share with you what we do.
