[00:00:00] We're creating in every moment whether we realize it or not. Your nervous system is what's running the show. We can have high level intentions and goals, but if you're frustrated that the goals aren't happening, what's your nervous system telling you? Randi Halaway is a self-leadership and personal power expert who works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to help them step into clarity, freedom, and authentic leadership.

[00:00:21] I understood personal development intellectually, but what I was missing was the integration. Doing that, I started to create this process that helped me with my healing. You knew what you were supposed to be doing, but you couldn't make yourself do it. We say yes to things based on how we feel about ourselves. I was learning to work through the fear of being abandoned. Have you changed how you're letting things relaunch in your world? Yeah. How are you doing that? It's not about making challenges go away, it's about how I choose to respond or react to it.

[00:00:50] So what I do differently now is I... Randi, it is so great first to see you, to have you in the house, to have you on the show. I've been looking forward to this. Oh my gosh, it's so good to be here and to see you. Thank you for having me.

[00:01:11] Well, you really have, when we first started talking, you know, it's almost like, hey, which one of these relaunches should I talk about first? And the thing that I like to do is really just point blank ask you, relaunches build on each other. Yeah. And so what has been your most significant relaunch that kind of started it all to where you are now? Yeah.

[00:01:38] Yeah, you're at Chilled as you're talking. It's a good question. I would say it starts probably, I, you know, as you said, I was a hairstylist for 17 years. So I had a whole lifetime doing that. And at some point I got the opportunity to open my own salon in downtown San Diego.

[00:01:55] And this was probably to that point, I always call it the most divine thing that's ever happened to me because I was at a salon that I didn't really feel like I was like welcomed. So I was like, you know, I'm just going to go find a spot where I can work. Maybe a few other people can come and just like create a culture that feels really like loving and welcoming and whatnot.

[00:02:14] Well, the universe had another plan for me. I found a spot. It was like six people and it was a little bigger than I wanted. And I have signing the lease. And then all of a sudden I get a message from this guy who was the landlord. And he's like, you know, we decided to go with a man. And I was like, oh, okay. And I had about 30 seconds of like, you know, that feeling where you're like, well, but then I was like, hi, just there's something else. And it turned out that there was a space about what an interesting way for him to be like, we decided to go with a man.

[00:02:44] I know. I was like, okay, you just, you just said that that happened. Okay. Yeah. You actually said that out loud. Okay. Yeah. All right. But I felt, I loved it. But I, but I love at that point, you're like, um, okay. And you were willing to be like, but there must be something next for me. There must be something that I need to be doing instead of this.

[00:03:05] And there was about three blocks away. There had been this beautiful salon, head to toe, like just so tall, huge brick wall, like this beautiful salon. It's about 4,500 square feet. And I used to always walk by and like, uh, you know, look at it and be like, oh my gosh, it's so beautiful. Well, they closed down. And I saw there was a sign on the door, but I knew it was too big for me. I was like, there's no way. So I called, this has always been my thing over my, throughout my life. It's like, why not ask? Who cares? Like whatever, you know? So I call and I was like, can you just like,

[00:03:33] give me like a little section in the front. And they're like, how do you come in? We'll talk. So we started talking out of this thing. They're like, we'll give you a thousand square feet in the front. I'm like, okay, well that's bigger than I thought, but sure. You know? And then they're like, listen, we can't make that work. We have to cut it in half. We have to give you this 2,500 square foot side. Like this is just what we have. And I was like, oh my gosh. I'm like, well, I don't think this is what I was signing up for, but this is being presented. And all of a sudden I got just like the website designer showed up. Cause at the time I had 10,000

[00:04:03] dollars to invest in this. It was wild. And everything I needed, just boom, boom, boom, down to like the, the establishment license that I needed from the cosmetology board. I called a few times. I just kept calling. I'm like, hey, it's me again. They're like, you know what? It normally takes 12 weeks. So we just, we just actually mailed yours out. It'll be there in like a week. And I wouldn't have been able to open without it. Okay. Randy, don't you love when things like that start happening? Yes. It was so beautiful.

[00:04:29] You really know. I mean, we talk about like the universe has your back and yeah, I mean, it really did. Like I love when the proof points start coming out and you were noticing them. Yep. So good. So this is, I have chills still. Cause this was, like I said, it was the most divine thing because it just like, boom, like it was like, yes, this is scary, but here's what you need. And everyone was just like, oh, here, let me build a website for you. Here, let me help you with your logo. Here, let me come, all my friends, where I come help pay.

[00:04:54] And I'm like, okay. You know, so I just, I just felt, and it was just felt so heart centered, like pulling me to. So I did it. And everyone kind of thought I was crazy or at least a lot of people did. And I was just like, well, this is what my heart's telling me to do. So I'm doing it for about six months. I probably cried every day because I had no idea how I was going to feel. I had 15 spots and I had never done this before. I'm like, what am I supposed to do? So I just like really started to learn and to grow and to step into becoming a leader, to step into like connecting more with that heart.

[00:05:24] Centered version of me. And within six months I was, you know, profitable and then not continued on. Okay, wait, wait, wait, you just jumped so far because you have been super successful. That is what we haven't even discussed. But here's what I want to ask you. You said step into being a leader. Like you knew you had to do it, but how'd you do it?

[00:05:44] What if the next version of your life isn't missing? It's waiting for you to say yes. Relaunch to a Rich Life Live where inspiration turns into identity and clarity turns into momentum. [00:06:33] It was like a – it started with a choice, you know. It started – I think it was always kind of inside of me. I think we all have it inside if we want to access it. And it was a choice. Like the opportunity was like being delivered to me on a platter and I just – I can see it and I can feel it. And while I was scared, I was just like, this is what it's going to take to do this. I have to step up.

[00:06:55] I have to be the one willing to be uncomfortable, to ask for the things that I need, to learn something that I don't know, to navigate this really uncomfortable conversation. I mean, I remember the first time I fired someone, I was like shaking. The girl asked me, she's like, are you okay? And I was like, no, I'm not okay. Like, I'm not okay with this. Are you okay? Oh, that's good.

[00:07:45] I'm not okay with this. But you know what? That's one of the interesting ones. There's a book there too. Yeah. You know, what happens actually, you know, when somebody's in the chair and what they share with you and all that. Which, you know, that's an interesting one. Like, I've got to ask, what was the most interesting story that you have heard? You don't have to tell me the name, but just like, what was a crazy story that you remember from being in that world?

[00:08:12] I mean, gosh, it's behind the chair for 17 years. This is how I started to realize that I was like a born coach, that I was like a therapist at the time and I didn't even realize it, you know? Do you realize you said that to me when we first met? You're like, I, this is what I'm supposed to be doing because I've been standing behind people listening and then building them up. Each time you were brushing their hair and blowing their hair out and clipped it and you really were. You were literally transforming. We talked about this.

[00:08:38] Yeah. Future identity, stepping into that next level identity and what you were doing was you were reshaping them right, right in the moment. And I don't even know if I realized it until, and then when I started the salon, I like, I just naturally was like, I'm creating coaching programs for every employee. So every employee got a, got a meeting with me every week and I would coach them on building their business and all these types of things. And that's when I was like, Oh, okay. I'm good at this. Like, this is more of a natural thing. And I'll get to the transition in a minute.

[00:09:07] I would say it's interesting. So I've obviously heard hundreds of stories. The ones that come to mind more are actually what happened with the stylist, like different stylists coming in drunk and trying to do hair or on drugs and trying to do hair or in the back crying and can't come out and do the client. We got to find someone else to do the client or someone burning off someone's hair and me spending two hours on the phone with that client trying to like talk them into like, you know, like there was just a lot going on in that way.

[00:09:37] That's interesting because we often, we often think it's like the clients that we're talking about, but you were actually talking about the people that were working for you. Yeah. The clients were wild stories with the people that I was working. Yeah. I mean, again, the salon industry is, it's pretty, it can be pretty wild. It's like a bunch of creatives. But Randy, it didn't stop there. Your relaunch journey continued. And what, what then happened?

[00:10:03] So at some point, uh, probably about four, four and a half years in, um, I started to ask myself, like, what am I the most passionate about? I loved doing hair. I loved building my business, building the salon, helping everybody. Like, what do I really want to do? And I realized across the board while I had done all these amazing things, what I was really the most passionate about was helping women learn how to love themselves, learn how to make themselves a priority, step into their power, connect more of their heart.

[00:10:30] And that was like a threat of a common threat. And I was like, this is my purpose. This is what all of this has been preparing me for. So I decided to sell the salon. Well, prior to that, I had started a relationship. So there was, um, and I was married in my early twenties. Um, but at this point I'm now mid thirties and I get into relationship. It feels like it's my soulmate. I'm realizing now that I probably want to sell. We get engaged in September of 2017.

[00:10:59] I put those salon on the market. I actually get told by the business coach that I have that I'm never going to sell it. And I'm never going to make money. I was like, That's your coach. Okay. That's your coach telling you. I was like, okay. And I was like, she just doesn't know me. She doesn't know what I've created here and how magical this space is. She shouldn't be coaching. No. That's the real thing. No. Okay. Uh, so within two months I, I manifested to young women who paid very close to asking, got that deal going.

[00:11:26] Also very, very divinely orchestrated. It was like, you know, the divine came in and was like, this is what you're doing. You're going to open it. You're going to grow from this. Oh, now it's time to step out. So I engaged in September of 2017, sold the salon in November of 17. Um, at that point I had been used to going, going, going. And all of a sudden I was like kind of in this like retired state. I knew I was going to start my coaching business, but like, and I had a, I had a couple.

[00:11:48] Clients, but I had a lot of space. So I was dealing with what was underneath that, the anxiety of like, you know, so I would put like, go to target, go watch a movie, go sit down, like clean out your closet, like on my list. Cause I was like, what am I supposed to do? So at the time there was definitely some things going on in my relationship, but I thought, well, I'm good at planning things. Let's plan a wedding. So I went right into wedding planning mode because my system needed that. It's very clear to me now.

[00:12:12] So March of 2018, we get married, but this beautiful, magical wedding in Tulum and, uh, a month and a half later, we're starting to talk about separation. So within four months we were separating. So by August of 2018, we were separating and starting the divorce process. So what was the problem? What happened? Ooh, that's a long one. Um... Ready to turn someday into now?

[00:12:42] Relaunch to a Rich Life Live is the in-person experience women called the best event they'd ever attended. Because clarity, confidence, and connection actually happened. Join us September 17th to the 19th in Scottsdale. Learn more at relaunchtoarichlife.com.

[00:13:05] I knew the whole time that there was multiple signs that something was up, something wasn't going well, something wasn't aligning. And I tried to actually postpone our wedding. And he basically gave me this speech of, absolutely not, you're the love of my life, and I'll never leave you. And I needed to go, it's clear to me now, I needed to go the whole, the whole mile. I needed to walk down the aisle, if you will.

[00:13:33] Because this relationship was such a, it felt like such a soulmate relationship. I now believe it has, had more to do with maybe some karma or like cleaning some things up versus like a life, you know, partnership. Um, but I had to do that. And then within like a month and a half is when it just all started crumbling. And basically he was- And four months. Four months is all it took. Yeah. So now you've been married twice, divorced. I'm 37. Yeah. Salon sold.

[00:14:02] Starting a coaching business all from scratch. I'm on the kitchen floor literally at 37 thinking it's the end of the world because I'm divorced twice. This is obviously the end of the world, right, at the time. Um, and I realized like, I'm thinking to myself, like, how did I get here? I was raised by a coach, an author, a speaker. I have been in personal development my whole life. And what I realized is a couple of things. One, I understood personal development intellectually at the time. I could have written a book about it back then.

[00:14:30] But what I was missing was the integration, actually getting into my body, actually facing my fears, actually feeling my feelings. And so, um, that was the missing piece. And I'm looking at this going, gosh, I have a lot of content to be a victim here. I could really create a story. And I kept getting this message, like, that's not what this is about. This is something different. This is about literally taking him, moving him to the side, and looking in the mirror. Why did you choose this? Why did you attract this? Why did you walk down the aisle? Why did you stay?

[00:14:59] What was going on inside of you? And the more I started doing that. So now I do have some money in the bank from selling my business. I do have some space. So I finally have time to slow down. Journal every day. Meditate every day. Connect. And I started to create this process that helped me with my healing. So, so I have to ask you. Go ahead. So when we first talked, you said you, you came out of a family that was definitely in the space, self-development, all of that. Like, had you, were you finally aware?

[00:15:28] Like just you, you, you knew what you were supposed to be doing, but you couldn't make yourself do it. Because I think that there's a lot of people listening right now that were like, ah, I should do this. I should do that. But sometimes we have our limiting beliefs, the bugs that rule our world, the beliefs underground. We have the emotional blocks that keep us from like, I know I need to do this.

[00:15:56] What was going, what was going on with you that could really help kind of resonate, have people resonate with the idea that sometimes we know what we're supposed to do, but we just don't do it. Yeah. That's a really good question. I think a lot of times we know. But what I learned is it comes down to how healed are you with your patterning? And I also learned that we say yes to things based on how we feel about ourself. And while at that point, I had done a lot of work on myself. I really had.

[00:16:26] I was in the best place I had ever been, but I still didn't fully love myself because there's, you couldn't pay me to say yes to something like that today. This is eight, nine years ago, right? There's just no way. Right. This wouldn't happen. It wouldn't even come into my orbit at this point. But I was still working through that. I was working through learning how to choose me. I was learning to work through the fear I had of being abandoned, of being alone. So that's what was going on. Why did I stay with him? Because I was deathly afraid of being alone and feeling abandoned.

[00:16:53] And so basically I attracted an experience where someone actually like abandoned me twice. It's a longer story, but we actually dated prior, broke up. He came back and apologized, said he'd never do it again for like a year straight. And then basically did it the exact same thing again. And so again, that's partly why I say I had all this content to be a victim, but I was like, this isn't about him. Why did I choose it? Why did I want more? And that's when I was like, oh, I was still running from my fear of being alone and being abandoned, being rejected.

[00:17:22] And so as I started to integrate more of this, I realized my feelings actually don't have any meaning and they're actually not trying to hurt me. Talk about a relaunch. So all of that had happened and that was the moment that changed my life because now my feelings weren't going to control me or make my decisions for me anymore. Now it's still a journey. It's still like a lifestyle, as you know.

[00:17:45] Um, but that was the moment is like, and again, I'm now looking at this going, this happened for me. Yeah. Like sucked. Don't get me wrong. It sucked. It was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. And I had a very hard childhood as well. It was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. I still have to work through stuff around it, but the difference is I'm aware of it and I can work through it really fast because I'm aware of it. But that was the changing point for me. It changed everything inside because the way that I saw my fears.

[00:18:12] And so, and then now, so not only did it transform my life, but now this is what I teach other people. So to be able to help other people transform their fears, transform, you know, their patterning, their dynamics, their blocks, their limitations, as you said, that's the real freedom. Well, I love when you said, how did I get here? And now you fast forward in time and there's almost that like juxtaposition of you had the worst. Like, how did I get here to now?

[00:18:41] Like, how'd I get here? Like, this is so great. So amazing. But we have to go through these, these relaunches along the way. Right. And you were able to self-correct here. You were able to go deep. You mentioned something that I, um, that really struck a chord with me. There was a time where forget about like loving myself. I didn't even like myself. It was more like I had this, like this, this hate relationship.

[00:19:11] Like, you know, how did I get here? Like, uh, this happened and oh my gosh, this happened. And now this is almost like the expectancy of like, uh, yep. Another shoe's going to drop. Yep. You know? And I remember calling my mom as I was driving home from work so often. And I would lead with mom, you're not going to believe this. And I would give her like drama, like, and it would almost be like, you know, the drum roll please.

[00:19:41] Cause this is so big. And what I realized that I was upping the ante every single time when I was saying, you're not going to believe this. I was creating the, you know, figment of my imagination in reality in this is what I'm bringing to my life by saying, you're not going to believe this. And then, Hey, wait till I tell you tomorrow, what's going to happen to me tonight.

[00:20:08] I mean, and so I want, I want to hear your perspective on when life, cause right now we've got individuals listening who are having life relaunches, personal, professional, global relaunches are like smacking. I mean, it's like literally the triple, you know, the trifecta going on the triple threat of all these things. How are you now?

[00:20:37] Have you modified your approach with life, with wisdom, with what you have learned along the way? As you, you know, you're here because of all the things that you've done, your awareness. Have you changed how you're now are letting things relaunch in your world? Yeah. Big time. How are you doing that? Well, I feel like this is what I believe is that we're creating in every moment, whether

[00:21:06] we realize it or not. Kind of to your point, right? We were emphasizing the drama and you were creating more drama, right? So we're very powerful while we realize it or not. We're creating in every moment. It's either from ego, lack, chaos, fear, victim, limitation, or love, truth, abundance, intuition, heart, power. And it's one or the other, right? And so we all have an ego. We all have fear. We're human. It's not necessarily about that, like the day that that goes away.

[00:21:36] When it does, sure, that'll be a really great day. I imagine. We'll probably be in a different dimension, but that's a separate conversation. It's not necessarily for me about making that go away or making challenge go away. It's about how I choose to respond or react to it. So what I do differently now is I have practices that I practice every day that are sacred to me, that I teach my clients as well. I practice every day. Can you give us one? I journal every single morning and meditate every single morning. There's a lot more I could say on that.

[00:22:05] But the thing is, your nervous system is what's running the show, right? So we can have high-level manifestations. We can have high-level intentions and goals. But if you're frustrated that the goals aren't happening, it's because your nervous system is actually running the show. What's your nervous system telling you? Is it going more to the, can you believe it? Can you believe it to the chaos or the drama? Oh my God, she did this. She said this. He rejected me, da-da-da-da-da, all that victim chaos. Or is it going more to victor and abundance and love and possibility?

[00:22:34] It's like, yeah, this might suck, but what else is possible? So because I do these practices that help regulate my system, I'm still human. I still have stuff. I still have trauma. I still have hard moments. But the difference is now this has become a lifestyle over the years. This is what I teach people is that this isn't about doing a three-month program or one-year program. This is a lifestyle. It's not going anywhere. Once you accept that and you integrate it just as you would get up and brush your teeth

[00:23:00] or have breakfast or stop at a stop sign, that's when your life will start to shift because, again, you're creating in every moment. So what I do differently is I regulate my nervous system as a number one priority. I practice self-care and making myself a priority as a number one priority. And then what that does is it helps me create more for my heart, my power, infinite possibilities, abundance in more moments, right? And I'm not saying I don't have any of these moments, but I get more of these moments, which means I get more of these results.

[00:23:29] And that's… But you're also very focused on… You're shifting yourself to… You understand where you're going down that, you know, the negative rabbit hole. And then you are looking. And it's amazing the way our brain is wired. Yeah. That when you tell it, like, you know, putting in an address in the GPS, it wants to take you there. That's the best part.

[00:23:54] So everyone has the ability to focus on what they really want to have happen. Yeah. Everyone. We all have this inside of us. No doubt. And you've had this opportunity to kind of change industries, step into what really feels aligned for you. And I, you know, I'm really curious. So you attended our big event in Scottsdale, September of this last year.

[00:24:23] When you decided to attend, because it's a commitment, three days, three days for, you know, any of us. What were you going for at that point? I remember you and I got on a call. We were connected by someone. And I knew that you had an event. I knew you were going to ask me to go. And I had already decided I had no time to go. I had things going on and there was no way I was going to go. I think the event was in like six days from our call. On our call, which was probably only like 20 minutes, I like started crying.

[00:24:51] And I felt such a resonance with you and your work. Obviously, what we teach is so like parallel and so connected. And I looked at you as a mentor so fast, which doesn't happen to me all the time, by the way. Like I don't have a lot of people that I'm like, oh, this person is up on a pedestal or any of those types of things. And the reason why I went to the event is because of me trusting my intuition after we got off the call. Like that's the only reason. I was just like, this is what I have to do. I can just feel it. I knew it. It was a knowing.

[00:25:20] So I trusted myself because I've also been around the block enough to know when I don't trust myself, it usually doesn't go well. When I go against my intuition, it usually doesn't end well. And so I went. Isn't that the truth? No. I'm raising my hand too. Yeah. I'm like, there you go again, doing that thing that never worked. Got it. I had no idea actually what to expect. I live in San Diego. I flew to, I flew to Scottsdale. I actually called a friend who we had only met on zoom. She was down. She met me. We shared a hotel like it.

[00:25:49] And then we are now super close. And I walk into the room and it was just like connection, connection, connection, connection, connection. And like after the first day and people were just like running up to me and I'm like, okay, well now I know why I'm here. You know, like I didn't really know. I knew you were going to be amazing. And I knew there would be good speakers. Like it's always great to have speakers and stuff, which it was so many like rich messages, but it's the community and the connection that is like so heart, you know, filling and enriching.

[00:26:19] And so that's how I was like, oh yeah. And it was a hundred percent worth it to go. I'm glad I trusted myself. So let me ask you, it's been just over six months. How do you think? It's interesting because I'm sitting here, you know what I'm going to ask you. I'm like, how did you change? Because I can see something and I'm curious to see what you're going to say about yourself. Have I changed since it? Yeah. So I'll be vulnerable and share after I went into, I was kind of sharing this with you

[00:26:49] a little bit. I went into like a stripping of sorts, like almost like a, some might call an ego death. It was this massive heart opening experience. I met all these people. I made all these connections. I got some clients. I had some people that I've like collabed with and that was all really beautiful. But then I went through my own like, oh, this is a time for shedding. And I had to really accept that because like probably the rest of the year, October, November, December was like that. But the thing is, it's not my first time.

[00:27:18] So once I realized it was happening and I just surrendered, I took some time off and really started nurturing myself, I ended up, you know, kind of releasing a lot that needed to be let go of and coming out stronger, clearer, more connected. I'm sure you've had these moments on your journey because I always say this is like, there's just always another level. That's why I always tell my clients, it's the lifestyle. This isn't about whatever. There's always another level. And I've come so far and I'm so good at what I do.

[00:27:48] And I tell my clients this too. I'm like, just so you know, I'm still doing stuff too. I'm on another level. So, um, you know, that moment when you're coming out of something heavier because you had to go through it and that's just a part of being a human doesn't mean you haven't come that you weren't growing before that anything's wrong. In fact, like those are really powerful times, but that moment where you just like feel the click inside and you're like, oh, I'm different. Like that started happening in January. Um, and I knew it was coming the whole time. That was what, that's, what's beautiful about this work.

[00:28:17] So the more connected you become to yourself through the work that I'm talking about, right? Journaling, meditating, trusting self, breathing, like spending time with you, becoming your own best friend. You start to actually trust yourself and your system. So even though I was going through a very hard time in the sense that I was just like processing a lot, like I knew the whole time I was safe. I knew the whole time it was passing. I knew the whole time that something really magical was on the other side of it because it's not my first time. And so that was a really beautiful thing to acknowledge.

[00:28:46] And then as I came out, I'm feeling this click of like, oh, and what happened, which is wild, is I had this, um, I realized I had this like kind of financial, uh, limit, uh, that I was hitting and I, I didn't even know I was doing it because even when we were at the event, you know, people are up on stage talking about million here, a billion here, this there. And I'm like, oh, wow, that must be nice.

[00:29:11] You know, after this click, I just, all of a sudden started seeing visions of like, I mean, two times what that was. And it just, it all of a sudden just felt normal. So I have to, I have to share. So, um, there was a woman there, Jennifer Frye. And she, um, she's in the program. I thought you guys were connected. And she said the way she described it, she had been, uh, in the program for a few months and she said, you know what?

[00:29:35] I feel like my, my ceiling that was there, that financial ceiling is now my floor. I thought that when you just said, ah, you know, you get this, it's like, and it's tough to get past that ceiling, especially when you're trying to create what's next for you. If you have a ceiling that even feels like it's coming down on you, right? You're, you're having to shrink instead of like, you know, grow into it.

[00:30:05] So that's what I'm here. Remember I said, I felt something when you first came on. And when I first met you, it was almost like, um, you were, you were willing. And a lot of, a lot of coaches out there, a lot of executives, a lot of CEOs, a lot of people that have had their been around the block. We've done it. Life experiences. I have the wisdom are closed off on having, uh, and hearing. I, I've heard it all.

[00:30:33] I mean, how many times I've heard it all. I'm like, I get it. But what if there's one thing that I might say that could open up a completely different next chapter for you that you've not, that you haven't even, that's the rich life concept. And you know that. Yeah. And that's where, that's where I really am. Like I'm watching you and I'm feeling your energy and your, yeah, the, the messy middle,

[00:31:02] the, the identity shift phase where you're going from where you were to where you're supposed to be. And by the way, it never ends, right? As soon as you get to that next level, then there's another, why do we continue to have something we call the gold carpet at these events? Because you're going to come and you're going to be like, now it's this. Now I'm, I'm raising the bar. Right. And I'll never forget. I saw, I saw a video of the event.

[00:31:28] And for some reason, when I said, you know, we're, we're here and I kind of had like a, under the chin level, you know, you might be here and you're going to go here. And instead of me raising my arm completely, I kind of raised it halfway above my head. I'm like, what was I, that's not what I'm intending to do. I want to like blow this out that you are your only limitation. So I am so thrilled to have you on the show today. And thank you so much for being a part of it.

[00:31:58] We're going to have everything in the show notes, but where can people find you right now? Yeah. The easiest way is just really search my name. You can go to my website, randyhellaway.com. You can go to Instagram at randyhellaway, everything across the board. It's a perk of having a very unique name that nobody knows how to spell. I know you'll keep an I. Yes. R-A-N-D-I. That's not where I was going when I first, you know, spelled it out. Yeah.

[00:32:27] Most people want to do the Y. And then my last name was actually created by my parents. They put it together. So it's also not common. It's H-A-L-A-W-A-Y. So my whole life I've had to spell my first and my last name. But yeah, everything across the board is just randyhellaway.com, at randyhellaway on Instagram. If anyone wants to chat or connect or has questions, I'd love to connect. Well, again, so wonderful having you here, seeing your journey, being a part of your journey. And I look forward to seeing you again soon at the next big event.

[00:32:57] And also, the way I always like to end this is saying something called live now, love now. And I'm going to ask you, the last part is, and relaunch now into. What would you say? So live now, love now. And relaunch now into. What would you say? Next for me, you mean what I'm relaunching into now? Yeah. The first thing that just came in is like next version of self.

[00:33:23] It's this just more connected, grounded, self-loving, regulated self, empowered self. And from there, everything else reflects out. So yeah. Sure does. Randy, thank you. Thank you again for being a part of Relaunch to a Rich Life live and being a part of the community. It's amazing. Amazing where we're going. I know. Thank you for being you, Hillary. All right.
