In this episode of The Healers Café, Dr. Keith Motes connected the practice to his physics background, spiritual work through yoga, and a profound experience involving plant medicine that included spontaneous shaking, sounds, pendulation, and perceived trauma release.

Highlights from today's episode include:
-
Keith: Spontaneous shaking can be approached through relaxation and grounding, allowing the body to move naturally.
-
Keith: He hopes to teach children to recognize and safely express this instinctive response.
-
Manon: She connected Keith's ideas to her own experience of wave-like movement and her Bowen therapy practice.
I am Dr Keith R. Motes, a quantum physicist Ph;, Yoga and Qi Gong teacher; Yoga Alliance & Zenthai Shiatsu therapist, and founder of the Shaking Medicine Foundation, a not-for-profit. I am not a psychologist and not a medical doctor.
I had a spontaneous therapeutic tremoring, a deep awakening that was like a rebirthing. That encounter seeded what became Shaking Medicine — an embodied practice of somatic neurogenic tremoring and pandiculation, and a Neurogenic style of Qi Gong.
I have taught workshops to several hundred people, and I hold 1:1 sessions, online courses, and teacher training through the Foundation. Dual Australian–US citizen; often in Ubud, Bali; Australian home at Heartland, Wilsons Creek, Mullumbimby, NSW.
Core purpose/passion: To share Shaking Medicine as an embodied practice so people can meet their own somatic neurogenic tremoring and pandiculation. I am passionate about Neurogenic Qi Gong — a spontaneous Qi Gong through the neurogenics of Shaking Medicine — and about holding a simple, honest space for the body's own movement through the Foundation.

intro: Welcome to the Healers Cafe: Conversations on Help and
00:00:08
Healing at Manon Bolliger, a retired and deregistered
00:00:12
naturopathic physician with 30 plus years of experience. Here
00:00:18
you will discover engaging and informative conversations
00:00:21

00:00:27
the personal journey, the journey of the practitioner, and
00:00:31
the amazing possibilities for our own body and spirit.
00:00:45
Manon Bolliger: So welcome to the Healers Cafe, and today I
00:00:48
have with me Keith Motes. He's a quantum physicist and yoga and
00:00:55
qigong teacher, Yoga Alliance member, Zantai Shiatsu
00:01:00
therapist, and founder of the Shaking Medicine Foundation, a
00:01:05
not-for-profit. He's also he's not a psychologist and not a
00:01:10
medical doctor, and I have a feeling you're saying that for a
00:01:13
clear reason. Anyway, you had a spontaneous therapeutic
00:01:21
tremoring, a deep awakening that was like rebirthing, and that
00:01:27
was sort of the seeds of the work that you do and that you
00:01:31
present to the world. So I want to welcome you, and we'll find
00:01:37
out more about it. So welcome.
00:01:41
Dr. Keith Motes: Thank you so much.
00:01:44
Manon Bolliger: So yeah,
00:01:45
Dr. Keith Motes: pleasure to be here. Thank you for having me,
00:01:47
and so excited to to share all about it. Yeah. Why don't we
00:01:57
start
00:01:57
Manon Bolliger: with that that experience? Because that's
00:02:00
probably a story in and of itself.
00:02:04
Dr. Keith Motes: Sure, yeah, I'd love to. It it goes back to
00:02:10
yeah, I was doing my academia journey, did my undergraduate in
00:02:19
physics, and then
00:02:20
Manon Bolliger: actually hang on. Did
00:02:21
Dr. Keith Motes: my PhD in Sydney did my PhD, and towards
00:02:28
the end of my undergraduate career, I got into. Keith,
00:02:32
Manon Bolliger: sorry to interrupt you. There's shaking
00:02:34
in the sound. Can you see if you can fix that? Because it's um
00:02:42
it's hard to hear you. Yeah, probably the one.
00:02:48
Let's
00:02:48
Dr. Keith Motes: see. Wonder. Hmm. Ah. 2222. Or is he?
00:03:13
Manon Bolliger: No.
00:03:14
Dr. Keith Motes: The the Wi-Fi.
00:03:17
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, I think it's the Wi-Fi.
00:03:25
Dr. Keith Motes: Um. Let me try. Okay, I jumped on my other
00:03:37
Wi-Fi. I wonder if that's
00:03:40
Manon Bolliger: that's way better, yeah. There's nothing
00:03:41
going on. Okay. Okay. So just we'll we'll just cut. I'll keep
00:03:48
what I said, and then just start with your journey started.
00:03:52
Whatever.
00:03:53
Dr. Keith Motes: Sure.
00:03:54
Manon Bolliger: Yeah.
00:03:58
Dr. Keith Motes: So my journey into all of this started in my
00:04:00
physics career, I was doing my undergraduate in the states, and
00:04:05
then I moved to Australia to do my PhD. And all the while, like
00:04:12
towards the end of my undergraduate, I got into my
00:04:15
spiritual journey through yoga, and then I was doing that all
00:04:22
through my PhD, getting all this beautiful growth spiritually
00:04:28
from that. But then eventually it plateaued. Like I was still
00:04:32
doing the yoga, but I wasn't really didn't really feel like I
00:04:35
was growing so much from it. And this is where one faithful day,
00:04:41
where this experience came in, that gave me so many
00:04:45
realizations. So it was, it was enhanced by some beautiful plant
00:04:53
medicine allies. I was deep on my deepest. Strongest journey I
00:05:01
had ever done up to that point, and it just took me to this
00:05:08
place of no return, so to speak. Like I was complete witness to
00:05:14
it all, but I had no control. My animal body took over the
00:05:20
intelligences of my instinct and intuition, the these animalistic
00:05:27
mechanisms that have evolved within us, just woke up in me
00:05:32
and did their thing. It was like it was shaking me. It was I was
00:05:37
spontaneously making all these sounds. I was what I what I now
00:05:43
know is called pendiculation. It was like pulling me and
00:05:47
stretching me and squeezing me all over the place. I I didn't
00:05:52
really have any reference or words for anything that was
00:05:55
going on at that time because I never learned about this from
00:05:59
anywhere. It just it just started happening to me, and I
00:06:05
felt these energies inside of me just leave me these old old
00:06:11
childhood traumas that I was not even aware that I had because I
00:06:19
yeah just they're just frozen and numb and deep inside of me,
00:06:24
and this this integrated them and moved them, and it was like
00:06:29
whoa! It was super super profound. My only reference at
00:06:33
the time were like exorcism movies I saw on the internet, or
00:06:38
saw on you know movies or whatever, And which make it out
00:06:44
to be scary, but I intuitively felt like this is not that. It
00:06:50
looks like that, but it's it was like ah such a beautiful
00:06:56
Manon Bolliger: release,
00:06:57
Dr. Keith Motes: release and rebirthing and yeah, it
00:07:03
transformed me in such a big way, and my spiritual journey
00:07:08
started doing that again, improving. And I realized it was
00:07:14
trauma; it was releasing that was holding me back. Something
00:07:18
that yoga was just not getting into for me, and so that
00:07:23
birthed, that was a seed of what has now become shaking medicine,
00:07:29
which which is done without any psychoactive medicines,
00:07:35
typically, but that that did seed it in me, and because it
00:07:39
was, it came from within, like it seeded this very unique
00:07:44
style. You know, it's not a copy from some other style before,
00:07:50
but other styles have since influenced me. You know, in my
00:07:55
studies and learning about anything that's complementary to
00:08:00
this, I like to bring in the wisdom and gold from whatever is
00:08:05
very complementary to this. This what I find to be just some of
00:08:12
the most beautiful, profound, natural, instinctive medicine
00:08:18
that most people still don't know about yet. It's so powerful
00:08:23
for the simple reason that it evolved within us over
00:08:28
millennia, probably even billions of years, to do what
00:08:33
it's supposed to do, which is bring us into balance and
00:08:37
homeostasis, move the stress and anxiety and trauma from our
00:08:42
day-to-day life that otherwise gets stored in our body. Right.
00:08:48
Manon Bolliger: Yeah. So, how do you explain? I mean, when I hear
00:08:53
shaking, I think of a few things. You know how animals-if
00:08:58
you almost hit a deer-they will go to the side eventually, and
00:09:04
they'll start shaking, and then they seem to to be fine again.
00:09:10
You know, I I think I told you just before we started. I had a
00:09:15
an experience in in Italy doing a shaking work. I mean, there
00:09:20
was all kinds of workshops, but shaking was quite a release. And
00:09:26
watching all these people, there was quite profound shifts in
00:09:30
people. And then the third thing that I didn't tell you yet: when
00:09:33
I had cancer, I was laying on the bed, and you know, I was
00:09:41
there. Was other things I chose to do. Homeopathy. I did. You
00:09:45
know, I wasn't gonna do all the stuff they said. You know,
00:09:48
hysterectomy, this, that, and whatever. Chemo. I'm not doing
00:09:52
all that. But I, I was overcome by. A desire to like, well, it
00:10:03
was more undulate than shake, but there was like, like
00:10:08
wave-like actions going through me with a humming sound,
00:10:13
sometimes pleasant, sometimes quite scary and loud, and and I
00:10:20
was like, oh, I just, I just do me, whatever. I'll let this go.
00:10:24
And I was in that state for on and off for about two days, and
00:10:31
I think that had a huge impact on the pause. I mean, I'm still
00:10:35
here, right? So, so obviously I survived. But can you tell us a
00:10:41
little bit what what it is, and whether the quantum physics
00:10:46
explains any of this, or or wherever you to to help us know
00:10:50
what it is, and if you want to demonstrate or tell us more,
00:10:54
feel free.
00:10:56
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, I'd love to do all that. So there's two
00:11:01
kind of main types of shaking in a broad sense: voluntary shaking
00:11:07
and and this kind of neurogenic or spontaneous shaking. Both are
00:11:13
great for us. Voluntary is more surface level. Spontaneous
00:11:18
shaking is much deeper. It's it's voluntary shaking is the
00:11:23
kind of shaking most teachers will do in a practice as like a
00:11:27
five minute warm up or you know just to move a little energy.
00:11:32
It's like it's it's still done in a relaxed way mostly, but
00:11:37
it's a little more like you're making it happen. Whereas the
00:11:40
the spontaneous shaking is this deeper intelligence, this
00:11:47
mechanism that moves us for us, and it's accessed best by no
00:11:54
force, by letting go of control, and by relaxing deeply. And you
00:12:01
know we have different games we play. I like to think of it as a
00:12:06
game to come into the trimmering, because the game is
00:12:10
not the thing itself. It's it's getting to the tremor that's the
00:12:14
thing, at least in in shaking medicine. And different of these
00:12:18
games will resonate with different people to to in
00:12:22
different moments in their life, and when we get this deeper kind
00:12:26
of shaking, it it's like a feedback loop. It starts to
00:12:29
relax us even more, and then when we relax more, we can
00:12:34
access the shaking even more deeply. And then it and then
00:12:38
again, the cycle continues, and it moves us how we need to be
00:12:44
moved. So there's, it's related to other spontaneous movement
00:12:48
for sure. It's not just this. This intelligence isn't only
00:12:51
this shaking. It's also like those undulations. It can often
00:12:56
it it comes like wave spontaneous waves or undulations
00:13:02
might want to move through, or spontaneously moving and
00:13:08
twisting and squeezing. This is what I now know of as
00:13:12
pendulation, another instinctive mechanism. All these things
00:13:19
eventually dance through and between each other, and it's
00:13:24
basically the the body's intelligence. It's not the
00:13:29
analytical mind. You know that's our controlling thinking mind
00:13:34
that is often conditioned by you know culture or religion or
00:13:41
parents or school, whatever everything, and it it's actually
00:13:47
in a big way often what prevents us from accessing this because
00:13:50
it looks weird or you know people might think we're
00:13:54
possessed or so to access it there is to for the nervous
00:14:03
system to let go and and kind of move. So I'm coming into a
00:14:09
little bit of a demonstration. I can get it really easy because
00:14:13
I've been doing it for about a decade now. But basically, we
00:14:19
would like a process I'd come through with people would be to
00:14:23
like do a bit of a warm up, get the blood flowing, get out of
00:14:28
the head, get into the body. I love to do some like qigong with
00:14:34
with for the grounding aspect. I feel like it's super important
00:14:39
safety wise to stay to keep grounding, and as energies move,
00:14:43
it's like we need to keep grounding. So we warm up, we
00:14:47
ground, we we then play the game to our multiple games if we need
00:14:54
to to to find the place, like like moving as slowly and. Relax
00:15:00
as we can through a range of motion, where we start to feel
00:15:04
the sensations of the shake wanting to come on, like like a
00:15:07
little, like a little skipping of the range of motion, and then
00:15:12
we hone in on it, go even slower, more relaxed until it's
00:15:17
like we're hanging out in the shake, and then we go into the
00:15:23
next phase. We go from the game to the surrender phase, which is
00:15:30
just simply hanging out with the shake and and surrendering and
00:15:36
relaxing even more to access it deeper. And so that all just
00:15:46
soothes the nervous system, brings us into deep
00:15:50
parasympathetic states of relaxation, where our healing
00:15:55
functions operate maximally effectively. So likely you were
00:16:01
undulated, and it was deeply relaxing you. And then all of
00:16:05
your well, that plus the the natural immune system and
00:16:10
healing functions of your body, just digestion, all of that just
00:16:14
started working like it's supposed to. And then that
00:16:21
would, yeah.
00:16:22
And so many people say that this relaxes them more than anything,
00:16:30
and it it makes sense because it's designed by nature to do
00:16:34
that, and it's a true like lens, a true way of learning to deeply
00:16:42
let go of control, because if we're tremoring, it's it's we're
00:16:48
either tremoring or we're not, and it's fairly easy to tell
00:16:52
once you get into it. And if you are tremoring, you are like
00:16:56
truly letting go of control. You're not just thinking. You're
00:16:59
letting. You're relaxing, but you, your body on a
00:17:03
physiological nervous system level, is definitely relaxing
00:17:10
and letting go, and that's powerful.
00:17:15
Manon Bolliger: Okay, so I'll summarize it in the different
00:17:20
way, but it's by being completely or allowing the the
00:17:27
parasympathetic state to fully do what it's supposed to do,
00:17:31
which is heal, repair, make you rest, digest all of that stuff.
00:17:40
Your body then knows how to continue with what it needs to
00:17:45
do. It kind of resets all your other systems, whether it's your
00:17:50
hormone system, your nervous system, your whatever digestive
00:17:55
system. It's like you you go back to kind of a point of it's
00:18:01
like those systems are no longer kind of frozen. They're they're
00:18:06
they're released. Does that does that make sense to you that way
00:18:10
of looking at
00:18:10
Dr. Keith Motes: it? Yeah, that's a great way to look at
00:18:12
it. And it's like the it goes out of fight, flight, or freeze
00:18:18
mode. It's even in the name they freeze a lot of things. Systems
00:18:25
get frozen into like the energy doesn't go to them because it's
00:18:29
trying to run away from the tiger. And also, on that freeze
00:18:36
note, a lot of our old these old traumas, even physical Injuries,
00:18:43
trapped emotions-they get kind of numb after years and years.
00:18:47
They get numb and frozen in our body, in our organs, in our
00:18:51
tissues, in our subconscious. And this
00:18:56
Manon Bolliger: Manon Bolliger here, and I want to thank you
00:18:58
for taking actionable steps towards engaging your healing
00:19:02
journey and helping others discover their path by watching,
00:19:08

00:19:13
review and share helps spread the word on these different
00:19:17
perspectives and choices and options for healing. And to
00:19:22
thank you, I'd like to invite you to sign up to my free seven
00:19:25

00:19:30

00:19:36
much.
00:19:40
Dr. Keith Motes: Starts to this shaking starts to unfreeze them,
00:19:47
unstick them. So then, these old, all this old stuff that's
00:19:53
affecting us, even if we don't know it. Like my trauma was
00:19:56
affecting me subconsciously, even though I was. Even aware
00:20:00
that I had it, it it integrated out of me, and then the effect,
00:20:08
the positive effect it had on me was like I was like reborn, and
00:20:11
and I was getting, I was starting to grow again in my my
00:20:16
practices. I wasn't stagnating, and life just took it beautiful
00:20:22
360 transformation. So yeah, all these things unstick and
00:20:27
unfreeze, and it's like we don't need to necessarily rationally
00:20:33
know what it is. It's just on on that genetic subconscious level,
00:20:40
we're we're purifying ourself into freedom, yeah, and it has a
00:20:46
profound effect, and it helps with you know old pains and
00:20:52
injuries. It's really great for a lot of that stuff because it's
00:20:56
a lot of that stuff goes into contraction and it's frozen, and
00:21:00
then bit by bit it unravels and unsticks and and then those
00:21:08
contractions unravel and the pains free up.
00:21:13
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, yeah. Well, often too after an injury,
00:21:17
at least in in my practice when I was in practice, doing Bowen
00:21:23
therapy. I don't know. It's actually if you're in Australia,
00:21:25
you probably heard about it. Bowen therapy, and that was a
00:21:30
big part of my practice. And you know, people who came in from
00:21:35
let's say car accidents, they may have whiplash or this or
00:21:39
that, but if they went to see like a purely body functioning
00:21:45
person, like a physiotherapist, they would be there for a year,
00:21:50
two years. It's like the trauma wouldn't leave. When we did
00:21:54
Bowen therapy, it's like the body could go into
00:22:00
parasympathetic so quickly. If it was done, you know, soon
00:22:04
enough afterwards, the trauma left, and then the person could
00:22:11
heal in you know three to five weeks. So huge difference when
00:22:17
it when the trauma is freed, you know. And I think this is a lot
00:22:22
of the. I mean, Bowen is physical because you do touch,
00:22:27
but it's yeah, it's it's highly energetic as well, obviously.
00:22:34
But it's it's really it's like a a key into the body, into
00:22:38
allowing the unraveling. I have had some patients undulate, like
00:22:45
take it to another level. As in, like you know, if you do with a
00:22:49
psychedelic, you it can open up other avenues. It's a little
00:22:54
bit, or doors that might be closed or whatever, you know. So
00:23:01
I've seen that, but it's interesting that shaking is what
00:23:06
you're saying. If I get it, it's it's innate to us. It's already
00:23:11
within us. We were we were made to have that skill, and we just
00:23:18
haven't taken the time to To allow it, right?
00:23:23
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, it's we we all have it within us, so
00:23:26
it's it feels usually more like a remembering than a learning
00:23:31
something new. We're all born with it, and we even do it in
00:23:35
the womb and as babies. But at some point, it gets suppressed
00:23:42
and made to be weird, and we just bit by bit condition our
00:23:46
children to not do this, and we don't teach it in schools, and
00:23:50
you know we're taught to hold it together and not cry and don't
00:23:55
don't shake your leg under the table and
00:23:59
Manon Bolliger: and
00:23:59
Dr. Keith Motes: on and on and on, and so eventually, we all
00:24:01
just kind of like hold it all together all the time, and and
00:24:08
but if we were to teach this to kids, which I really want to get
00:24:12
it out into schools, that would be amazing.
00:24:16
Manon Bolliger: Yeah,
00:24:17
Dr. Keith Motes: if they were to do this from a young age, they
00:24:19
would never build up all that chronic tension and trauma.
00:24:24
They'd be like the wild animal, where as soon as it happened,
00:24:28
they they could go and shake it off, and then they're back to
00:24:31
homeostasis. Like imagine a kid, a little kid. You know, you
00:24:37
would think the worst thing in the world just happened when
00:24:40
they start throwing that tantrum, like ah, you know,
00:24:44
crying and screaming and wailing and kicking. But then, you know,
00:24:49
a minute or five minutes later, they're like smiling and dancing
00:24:55
and playing again. That the tantrum was like kind of like
00:24:59
the shaking medicine. They move that energy cathartically,
00:25:03
spontaneously, and then it's almost as if nothing ever
00:25:08
happened. They just back to normal, just like that. And
00:25:15
Manon Bolliger: she called, of course, redefining tantrums.
00:25:19
You'll have a very young crowd, you know, and parents much more
00:25:25
relaxed about the tantrums, right?
00:25:28
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, well, oh, that's a two-year-old, of
00:25:30
course. That's what they do, and it's um, but when they get five,
00:25:36
610, whatever the age is, it's like, oh, that's not okay
00:25:39
anymore.
00:25:41
Manon Bolliger: Right, but but I think it can be explained to the
00:25:46
child, you know, like go ahead and do this. But you know, I
00:25:51
guess it's true that if it's in in public, unless the yeah
00:25:55
Dr. Keith Motes: yeah
00:25:55
Manon Bolliger: all comfortable, they would probably be you know
00:25:59
shunned or something, and you know we don't have a very
00:26:03
society. She's
00:26:04
Dr. Keith Motes: like, oh, okay, let's do that, but let's go home
00:26:06
first and and our safe place, and then and let's do it there.
00:26:09
But let's definitely do it, you know.
00:26:11
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:26:13
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah. At some point, you get mature to have
00:26:17
the choice of okay, I am gonna hold it, but just until I get
00:26:21
home and I feel safe, and I'm not going to disturb everyone in
00:26:27
public, kind of thing. There is a point definitely where we want
00:26:31
that maturity within, yeah.
00:26:36
Manon Bolliger: Right. So, what with your background in quantum
00:26:41
physics, and that is there a relationship that you can talk
00:26:47
about with this?
00:26:50
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, so quantum physics is a very
00:26:55
hardcore science. There is, of course, big philosophy branch of
00:27:03
it. I studied quantum computing technologies and how to develop
00:27:09
quantum computers using light, basically, and many aspects of
00:27:17
the quantum computer, from quantum error correction to to
00:27:23
like building the actual device with lenses and mirrors and beam
00:27:29
splitters and photons. Doing I built theoretically I was a am a
00:27:38
theoretical physicist. I built models of how to, you know, do
00:27:44
certain applications and quantum measurements, quantum
00:27:51
algorithms, different things like this, and the connection I
00:27:58
made. Well, quantum physics is one of the most successful
00:28:01
theories of all of physics. It studies the nature of the
00:28:07
universe more accurately than pretty much any other physical
00:28:14
physics theory, and it says down to the smallest particles of
00:28:21
nature. Everything is vibration. Everything's everything's
00:28:28
vibrating. It has a frequency, and in shaking medicine, we
00:28:35
vibrate the body in a macro a macro way, and you know, in
00:28:42
quantum, it's looking at the micro, the atoms and the
00:28:47
photons, and so yeah, the the main connection is that
00:28:54
everything is energy one, and everything is vibrating, or you
00:28:59
could say everything is Shaking literally, so the atoms are are
00:29:04
shaking, and we're we're shaking in a macro way, tuning into the
00:29:11
the natural frequencies of our human system, of how it wants to
00:29:17
move stuck energy, and and so many of our ish day to day
00:29:25
issues can be solved simply by moving some energy.
00:29:29
Manon Bolliger: Yeah,
00:29:30
Dr. Keith Motes: like we mostly we try to think our way out of
00:29:35
this. I mean, this is what I've noticed. Most people are trying
00:29:39
to ration rationalize and think their way out of most of their
00:29:43
problems, and I mean the mind is great. It's an amazing tool, and
00:29:48
when you know in balance, it's amazing, of course. But often we
00:29:56
just need to we need to circulate the energy.
00:30:00
Manon Bolliger: Yeah,
00:30:01
Dr. Keith Motes: and that allows for such freedom. And how do we
00:30:07
do that? Like the shaking is one of the most powerful ways. If
00:30:10
we're feeling like tight and emotionally or stressed out,
00:30:14
it's like let's even just like a minute sometimes or a few
00:30:19
minutes, and just like change our whole state, and and so this
00:30:30
is yeah profound for moving.
00:30:34
Manon Bolliger: So are you aware of or this this military
00:30:41
operation to bring out med beds.
00:30:46
Dr. Keith Motes: Med beds, no. What? What do you? What does
00:30:49
this say?
00:30:50
Manon Bolliger: Well, they're in Japan apparently, and they're
00:30:54
coming out soon around the world. But they're also based on
00:30:59
on Frequency healing is kind of the new medicine, you know. In a
00:31:06
sense, this is a post. Well, I guess for the public that
00:31:12
believed that pharmaceuticals and all this is all healthy,
00:31:20
it'll come to them as a surprise for the rest of us who kind of
00:31:25
saw the paradigm and its financial incentives and all
00:31:30
that. We're not going to be so surprised, but so these are
00:31:35
these are going to be available to people for free. So a very
00:31:42
interesting program. So it's starting to be talked about now
00:31:47
because it's that close. So
00:31:51
Dr. Keith Motes: amazing,
00:31:52
Manon Bolliger: very exciting. So it will be in Australia. I
00:31:54
know that for sure because there's several people in the
00:31:58
group I'm into talking about this, so yeah, keep your eyes
00:32:03
open. I
00:32:04
Dr. Keith Motes: will, I will. It
00:32:06
Manon Bolliger: should be like
00:32:08
Dr. Keith Motes: you like lay in the bed and it plays sound
00:32:13
frequency. Is it more subtle that you can't even hear?
00:32:16
Manon Bolliger: I don't actually know all of the the mechanisms
00:32:22
at play. Apparently, it's been around. It was one of the 600
00:32:28
sort of secrets that was kept from humanity for a long time.
00:32:33
So it was in play before, you know. As like Tesla, a lot of
00:32:37
his work was kept quiet. You know.
00:32:44
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, yeah. Suppressed. Suppressed.
00:32:47
Manon Bolliger: Yes, that's the right word. Yes. So a lot of
00:32:49
these suppressed technologies are, and the use of ether and
00:32:54
all that is coming back to surface. They all got, at least
00:33:00
in Trump's administration, it got released, so it's now public
00:33:04
information. So we're going to see quite a shift with all this
00:33:12
information.
00:33:14
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, there's a lot of shifts happening. Yeah,
00:33:18
Manon Bolliger: interesting.
00:33:18
Dr. Keith Motes: Beautiful, love it. I feel like a lot of these
00:33:23
ancient mega structures and and temples and such around the
00:33:30
world were at least part like these ancient technological
00:33:37
frequency sound
00:33:39
Manon Bolliger: yeah
00:33:40
Dr. Keith Motes: structures
00:33:42
Manon Bolliger: yeah. Structures and the
00:33:43
Dr. Keith Motes: old cathedrals are just like giant
00:33:46
antenna-looking things that
00:33:48
Manon Bolliger: are
00:33:49
Dr. Keith Motes: just. I feel like they they probably wear a
00:33:52
lot of these acted as a lot of these sort of frequency healing
00:33:57
devices or maybe energy devices. Like
00:34:00
Manon Bolliger: yeah, well that's what we're finding out
00:34:03
now, right? That all this is being slowly released, and that,
00:34:09
in fact, that's what it was, you know. So we're not the most
00:34:13
advanced society in the world. Go figure.
00:34:17
Dr. Keith Motes: That's it's becoming pretty obvious with
00:34:20
with Colin's ancient. discoveries, like Graham
00:34:25
Hancock's work, the Younger Trias, and what everything that
00:34:30
was like before that-it's like wow,
00:34:33
Manon Bolliger: the
00:34:33
Dr. Keith Motes: pyramids. It's like we would struggle to build
00:34:37
that with today's technology. It's like how did they do
00:34:41
Manon Bolliger: it long
00:34:41
Dr. Keith Motes: time ago, unless they had, they were an
00:34:44
advanced technological civilization, much older than
00:34:48
the history books talk about Egypt.
00:34:50
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, building
00:34:51
Dr. Keith Motes: them like,
00:34:53
Manon Bolliger: and
00:34:54
Dr. Keith Motes: I love it. It's it's so fascinating to me, and
00:34:58
it makes sense, like. We didn't actually take so long to become
00:35:03
this advanced, like this technologically advanced. Like
00:35:08
you could say a few 100, maybe a few 1000 years or whatever. But
00:35:12
humans have been around for hundreds of 1000s of years, if
00:35:16
not millions. So how many times could we have done this Already,
00:35:21
Manon Bolliger: right in
00:35:22
Dr. Keith Motes: in unique ways.
00:35:25
Manon Bolliger: Yeah. All right. Well, Keith, I think our time's
00:35:29
actually up, but thanks for sharing your your experience,
00:35:33
your knowledge, and yeah, and demonstrating sort of how innate
00:35:39
and natural it can be if you just surrender a little bit, you
00:35:43
know. So, and I'm sure. Do you you give you give lessons as
00:35:47
well, or you have a way people can follow you or learn from
00:35:52
from you?
00:35:53
Dr. Keith Motes: Yeah, yeah. Well, it's it's been a pleasure
00:35:56
sharing, and yeah, I have offerings which can all be
00:36:02
found@shakingmedicine.com, and I have everything from online
00:36:10
courses to do it at your own pace to one on one offerings to
00:36:17
teacher trainings. Yeah, so there's a few different aspects
00:36:23
there. I do retreats and some sometimes you know either do
00:36:31
what I call personal transformation retreats where we
00:36:36
meet up somewhere. You come to me or I come to you, and we we
00:36:41
do deep dive because I do body work as well. And when I'm in
00:36:45
person, I'm often like channeling that shake shaking
00:36:50
intelligence, feeling where that is in others. It's like okay,
00:36:56
supporting that that shifting and transformation. So yeah, it
00:37:01
goes well with with the body work. Yeah,
00:37:04
Manon Bolliger: yeah, for sure. Well, Australia is a little bit
00:37:07
far from where we are. Otherwise, well, who knows? You
00:37:13
know, with a new technology, it might just be just get
00:37:16
transported there.
00:37:18
Dr. Keith Motes: I'm in Bali at the moment. Born Bali, okay. And
00:37:21
I travel a lot, some like around the world. Okay.
00:37:26
Manon Bolliger: Anyway, so if people want to get hold of you,
00:37:28
they can, and we'll put a, you know, we'll put your info
00:37:32
underneath your or video here. So thanks very much for your
00:37:38
time.
00:37:40
Dr. Keith Motes: Thank you so much for having me. I loved our
00:37:43
conversation, Manon, and yeah, have a beautiful day. And anyone
00:37:51
watching this, Namaste.
00:37:58
