00:00:00
Manon Bolliger: Welcome to the Healers Cafe, the number one

00:00:03
show for medical practitioners and holistic healers to have

00:00:08
heart-to-heart conversations about their day-to-day lives,

00:00:12
while sharing their expertise for improving your health and

00:00:17
wellness.

00:00:20
Welcome to the Healers Cafe, and today I have with me Vita Oiler,

00:00:27
and we're going to talk about chronic pain. Basically, she is

00:00:32
a rehabilitation counselor who worked with clients that

00:00:36
suffered with either acute or chronic pain, and she's been

00:00:41
well recognized in all kinds of different venues. I'm not going

00:00:46
to go through them all. You have a book out. Maybe we'll just

00:00:51
start with well, welcome, and why don't you tell us a little

00:00:55
bit about your journey?

00:00:57
Vita Oyler: Oh gosh, thank you. Honestly, thank you for having

00:01:00
me on your show.

00:01:02
Manon Bolliger: It's a pleasure.

00:01:04
Vita Oyler: Yeah, but you know, I've I've had chronic pain after

00:01:11
I developed a condition known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy, or

00:01:17
CREPS, which is chronic regional pain syndrome, and it was after

00:01:24
a running accident, and I, you know, damaged my foot by

00:01:31
stepping on a rock. Had it casted while it was casted,

00:01:34
developed this this condition, and the doctors back then really

00:01:40
didn't know how to treat it, and I was I went through so many

00:01:49
medical treatments in order to get the pain under control. The

00:01:55
doctor at the time told me that this this pain condition that I

00:02:00
developed was diagnosed during the Civil War, and it was

00:02:06
probably under the umbrella of causality back then. But they

00:02:11
had no way of treating that pain, and it really kind of left

00:02:20
me dumbfounded because I, you know, I I was young, I was

00:02:24
active, and I had gotten married, and I had my whole life

00:02:31
ahead of me with doing other things besides just being in

00:02:36
this terrible pain. And not only was it painful, but it

00:02:41
developed, you know, circulatory problems. You know, I ended up

00:02:50
after years of trying to fix my foot. I ended up with an

00:02:55
amputation because it got gangrenous, and I went through

00:03:00
two amputations in my journey, and but prior to that, I wanted

00:03:10
to move on with my life. I mean, I was isolated, I was depressed,

00:03:20
and I do not want to live on pain medications. No way, no

00:03:26
way. And but I don't know. My journey took me to finding other

00:03:34
alternatives, and I, you know, being in rehab myself, rehab

00:03:41
counseling, I realized that you know you have to you have to

00:03:47
move on. You have to move. You have to move, and I developed

00:03:55
this attitude where I had a positive mind attitude where I

00:04:02
was going to move on, and how was I going to do that? Well, I

00:04:05
did it by focusing on things that I knew that I could do,

00:04:10
realistic goals. I looked at alternative foods. I looked at

00:04:18
supplementations. I had to find something, and I, you know, my

00:04:25
mind was made up. There was not going to be any pain medication.

00:04:29
I, you know, I didn't like feeling like a, I don't know

00:04:32
what a zombie feels like, but I didn't want to, I didn't want to

00:04:37
live like that, and so my journey took me into exploring

00:04:44
alternatives and finding being positive, finding laughter and

00:04:52
joy because, as being a doctor, you know that it does relieve

00:04:56
the good endorphins when you're

00:04:59
Manon Bolliger: actually.

00:05:00
Vita Oyler: Yeah, when you're happy

00:05:02
Manon Bolliger: and you have to believe it, right? You have to

00:05:04
believe it. Yeah. So, but what what made you so like against or

00:05:14
clear that you didn't want pain meds

00:05:17
Vita Oyler: when just feeling the way I was feeling made it

00:05:22
clear. All

00:05:23
Manon Bolliger: right, I

00:05:24
Vita Oyler: could not concentrate.

00:05:26
Manon Bolliger: Yeah,

00:05:27
Vita Oyler: I, you know, it affected my digestive system.

00:05:32
Yeah, that made the side effects for me. Yeah, side

00:05:38
Manon Bolliger: effects. And and did you actually get any pain

00:05:41
relief from them yourself? No. Okay. No. Yeah. Yeah. It was

00:05:46
just

00:05:46
Vita Oyler: it was just causing me to be goofy, if you want.

00:05:54
Right. And side effects. You know. No. I. I. I wasn't getting

00:05:58
any relief from the RSD, and that's why I've just said no.

00:06:03
There's got to be other alternatives to this. I can't,

00:06:08
you know. I'm going to move on.

00:06:10
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, but I think it's it's if you have a

00:06:13
clear experience with it, you know, because I know my my

00:06:18
husband is in chronic pain, and people are constantly saying,

00:06:23
"Well, have you done painkillers? You know, like as

00:06:25
if they always work, or as if you can tolerate their side

00:06:30
effects. You know, and it's like not going down that path. You

00:06:34
know, so

00:06:35
Vita Oyler: exactly, you know, and

00:06:35
Manon Bolliger: then you're clear, and then then I think

00:06:38
it's more motivating to look for alternatives, but well, what did

00:06:43
you find that that worked? I mean, besides having the

00:06:49
attitude of like, okay, this door is not going to reopen. We

00:06:53
got to find another one. Besides the search, what what has helped

00:06:58
you

00:07:00
Vita Oyler: as far as me moving

00:07:03
Manon Bolliger: on, what

00:07:04
Vita Oyler: what's helped me to tell you the truth is my faith.

00:07:09
I have faith. The avoid for me avoiding anything that caused

00:07:17
inflammation in my body, because I found that if I ate certain

00:07:24
things, you know, it inflamed the pain more. So I looked at

00:07:30
alternatives. In fact, my family got so involved that my husband

00:07:36
decided to open up a natural food store. Wow! So I would eat

00:07:41
the good stuff, but but we you know but I got into that, and

00:07:49
then I also started focusing on things that I you know that I

00:07:54
knew that I could do because you know sometimes when you have the

00:07:58
pain, you give up on doing things, so I started going.

00:08:04
Well, no, start doing stuff like, and they work. Things that

00:08:10
I could do, like, okay, today I'm gonna make the bed. I'm not

00:08:15
gonna fly to the moon, but I'm gonna make the bed, and I'm

00:08:18
going to find things that I could do, and then pat myself on

00:08:24
the shoulder after I did that, which was an enforcement, and it

00:08:29
works for my clients too. You know, finding things that you

00:08:33
could could do and not giving up, but I, you know, but food

00:08:41
and and and laughter, laughter. I I really emphasize that

00:08:47
because when you just crack a little smile, you're releasing

00:08:51
that good hormone. You know, if you can't, if you do anything,

00:08:58
watch a segment of I Love Lucy or something that is just kind

00:09:02
of out there, and you know, just to get a little smile, or like I

00:09:08
tell people, look outside your window, and you might see a

00:09:11
beautiful butterfly, or or a beautiful bird, or something

00:09:18
that might trigger that little smile for you, which helps,

00:09:22
Manon Bolliger: right?

00:09:23
Vita Oyler: You know, but I'm so, you know, I and and to think

00:09:28
positively, you know, you got to be positive too, and when you're

00:09:33
doing this, but I don't know, you know, there there's a whole

00:09:41
regimen of things that you can do to make the pain. I I I call

00:09:49
it camouflage the pain. So I I, you know, does I still have RSD?

00:09:54
It doesn't change that, but I sure live the life that I want

00:09:58
to live, and I. Call it successful, and successful. I

00:10:02
don't mean by it's monetary. I mean successful in my life,

00:10:07
Manon Bolliger: right? So it hasn't stopped you from doing or

00:10:15
the things you want to do. I mean within a limit, but I mean

00:10:18
Vita Oyler: yeah, within my means

00:10:21
Manon Bolliger: exactly your life,

00:10:22
Vita Oyler: yeah, yeah, and it's not living just in the dark. I

00:10:28
mean, I I've seen it with so many clients that just live in

00:10:33
the dark, and and you know, just I can't do this, and with you

00:10:40
know the word I can't, I can't. Instead of use the word that I

00:10:45
can do that and be more positive. Okay, I can't go

00:10:49
running. I can't jog anymore or run, but you know that it that

00:10:55
doesn't bother me. I can do this, right? You have to have a

00:10:59
mindset.

00:11:02
Manon Bolliger: So how do you get that mindset if a person

00:11:06
doesn't have that mindset?

00:11:08
Vita Oyler: Mindset. You have to start. I I do it by starting off

00:11:12
with the I can's, the mindset, my goals. You have to start with

00:11:19
little goals, like I say, you know, because then you can see

00:11:26
it. You write it down, and then like today, I or or make it for

00:11:33
tomorrow or whatever. I'm going to make the bed, or I'm going to

00:11:38
get up and brush my teeth, and you know, feel better about

00:11:42
myself, and then you look at your little list in the morning,

00:11:47
and then if it works, check it off. And if you don't complete

00:11:53
it completely, that's okay. You attempted that and pat yourself

00:11:59
on the shoulder and move on again. It's through positive

00:12:03
reinforcement that you're giving yourself, really. You know, you

00:12:07
know. But it's important that you that a person with pain, you

00:12:14
know, you achieve these little goals because it makes you feel

00:12:18
better and it makes that pain Livable, because when my doctor

00:12:25
said, "Vita, you're just going to have to learn how to live

00:12:28
with pain. How do you do that? How do you live with pain? But

00:12:35
there are ways to do that, and I've got you know this you know

00:12:39
about RSD, and there's no cure for it, and it really hurts. And

00:12:45
but you know, I I'm doing fine. I and it's not. I had a doctor,

00:12:50
by the way, that called me Vita Scripts, and he said, Vita,

00:12:55
you're the best queen of denial I've ever

00:12:59
Manon Bolliger: known. Yeah, yeah. Well, what actually? What

00:13:01
do you think about denial? You know, because I mean, you know,

00:13:06
they say, for example, like with cancer, that if you're in

00:13:12
denial, the chances of survival are actually higher

00:13:18
positive thinkers. You know, and I'm thinking, okay, what is it?

00:13:21
Is it about not engaging, like, like in other words, with pain?

00:13:28
I mean, it. The more you focus on it, the more intense it

00:13:32
becomes because that's where your attention is, and that's

00:13:35
how we're that's how we're made,

00:13:37
Vita Oyler: right Right.

00:13:38
Manon Bolliger: But how how do you work with denial, or do you

00:13:44
and and it could be reframed another way. There's other

00:13:46
words. Denial has certain connotations.

00:13:49
Vita Oyler: Connotations, yeah. Oh no, no, no. Yeah, yeah. No,

00:13:55
yeah. I I think well, like like Dr. Sternbach at that time he

00:14:01
said you're the queen of denial, but he meant it in a good way,

00:14:06
Manon Bolliger: right?

00:14:07
Vita Oyler: You know, he knew I knew that I had a a condition

00:14:12
that wasn't going to go away. I knew that I had to live a you

00:14:17
know live a certain way because of it, but I found ways to move

00:14:27
on in spite of it. Is if that makes sense, and and so you're

00:14:32
not really in a denial state, and you've accepted that I have

00:14:39
pain, but I can overcome. I can overcome it. I could do this.

00:14:45
That's how I mean. It's kind of like together.

00:14:51
Manon Bolliger: But so what? What did like? And I know it's

00:14:54
purely subjective. But out of 10,

00:14:58
Vita Oyler: yeah,

00:14:58
Manon Bolliger: in the kind of low. Times of pain. What what is

00:15:02
it out of 10, and when it acts up, maybe when you're more

00:15:06
inflamed or whatever. What what are the numbers that you're

00:15:11
Vita Oyler: yeah

00:15:11
Manon Bolliger: you're dealing with? And I know it's

00:15:12
subjective, so oh

00:15:15
Vita Oyler: god, I get a 10 when I'm totally if I'm stressed on

00:15:19
something total on one. we're when I'm going through some

00:15:24
things and I get the pain, I could really feel it.

00:15:33
Manon Bolliger: Yeah. And

00:15:33
Vita Oyler: then I also, so you know, and when I'm when I relax

00:15:40
more because I I think that's really important to to you know

00:15:45
to meditate to let it go to to you know you have to do that too

00:15:52
and you could do that I tell everybody you know I have people

00:15:56
well how do you do that well you could do it through if you're a

00:16:02
person of prayer, you could do it through prayer. If you're a

00:16:04
person of yoga, you could do it through yoga. You could do it

00:16:08
through mindfulness, being here and now to bring down that

00:16:14
stress level, and I think that that helps me to bring down that

00:16:20
level.

00:16:21
Commercial Break: What would your life be like if you were

00:16:23
pain-free? If you were one of the millions who suffer from

00:16:27
chronic pain, the thought of just one day without it may seem

00:16:31
impossible. This is often because conventional medicine

00:16:35
tends to fall short in the treatment of pain. Opting to

00:16:39

the root cause of the problem. But if you are suffering with

00:16:45
emotional or physical pain, there is hope. Join the founder

00:17:31
Vita Oyler: And I we went through some medical issues not

00:17:35
too long ago, so that you know it wasn't mine,

00:17:39
Manon Bolliger: and

00:17:41
Vita Oyler: it really, you know, it did increase that pain. And

00:17:45
then I also realized, Vita, stay away from the sugars, you know,

00:17:51
and stay away from the things that are causing more of the

00:17:55
inflammation. I believe that when we're inflamed,

00:17:59
Manon Bolliger: to

00:18:00
Vita Oyler: try try and avoid the foods that cause that

00:18:04
inflammation.

00:18:06
Manon Bolliger: So, is part of your supplementation taking

00:18:11
natural anti-inflammatories, or is it just mostly you're

00:18:15
avoiding eating them in the first place?

00:18:19
Vita Oyler: I'm more would I take, I take for me for for the

00:18:25
RSD. I'll take like malic magnesium, malic acid magnesium,

00:18:33
you know, and then I do the the vitamin D, and then I take some

00:18:37
oils, because I think overall they're they're good for me,

00:18:45
Manon Bolliger: yeah.

00:18:47
Vita Oyler: But then a lot a lot of it too is is I I eat I try

00:18:55
and eat well. I mean I really do, and I don't mean going out

00:18:58
and smorgasbord type well. I mean, but

00:19:01
Manon Bolliger: try

00:19:02
Vita Oyler: and avoid that. You know, the foods that I know that

00:19:05
cause the the inflammation. I go, no, I don't need that. So,

00:19:11
so that to me that that helps, and that helps people that I

00:19:17
work with as well

00:19:18
Manon Bolliger: when

00:19:19
Vita Oyler: they're going through it, I had just I had an

00:19:25
incident where a doctor that I was seeing at a pain clinic, he

00:19:31
he actually came into our store because I was telling him he

00:19:36
didn't know that we had a store, and he came into our store and

00:19:40
said, "I'm looking for malic acid, magnesium, because it

00:19:43
helps one of my patients. I was afraid to go out. Yeah, that's

00:19:54
doctor.

00:19:55
Manon Bolliger: Do your own research. You know that just

00:19:58
shows how you know the. The current system is really not up

00:20:02
to date for either healing or they say they they're for

00:20:09
management, but it's very it's very pharmaceutical management.

00:20:13
It's not even health management. It's not you know no

00:20:17
Vita Oyler: through the pharmacies. Now

00:20:20
Manon Bolliger: have you have you heard of med beds? Med med

00:20:27
beds?

00:20:28
Vita Oyler: No, I have not.

00:20:29
Manon Bolliger: Okay, they're apparently part of the new

00:20:33
technology that is in the process of being unsuppressed

00:20:39
because it was kept, you know, for economic reasons by, you

00:20:45
know, the money trails you can follow. Oh

00:20:47
Vita Oyler: yeah, of course, but of course,

00:20:50
Manon Bolliger: like the pharmaceuticals, like all that

00:20:52
stuff, you know. But apparently, they have been in use by the

00:20:58
military and by the Alliance, and it looks like they can do

00:21:05
absolute wonders to all kinds of conditions. That's

00:21:11
Vita Oyler: wonderful. Yeah.

00:21:12
Manon Bolliger: So keep your eyes open for that,

00:21:14
Vita Oyler: boy. No kidding. We definitely will for that.

00:21:18
Manon Bolliger: Where do you live?

00:21:20
Vita Oyler: I live in Cal. I live in California.

00:21:23
Manon Bolliger: Okay, so you'll be one the last to hear. It's

00:21:28
like China.

00:21:31
Vita Oyler: You're up in Canada.

00:21:32
Manon Bolliger: Yeah,

00:21:34
Vita Oyler: yeah, that's where my relatives are.

00:21:36
Manon Bolliger: We know nothing unless you really search for

00:21:40
things, you know, because everything's banned and you're

00:21:42
not allowed to have opinions, and you know, we're we're we

00:21:46
live in interesting times, but do have a look for those because

00:21:50
they are, and don't go for any of the ones where you're charged

00:21:54
for a treatment.

00:21:55
Vita Oyler: Really,

00:21:56
Manon Bolliger: it's going to roll out as completely free, and

00:22:01
that should be very soon.

00:22:04
Vita Oyler: Wow! So it's coming out probably.

00:22:10
Manon Bolliger: I would say probably within a week to 10

00:22:13
days. That soon. That

00:22:16
Vita Oyler: is awesome. But I mean,

00:22:17
Manon Bolliger: by the time they're in all the hospitals and

00:22:21
you know, there's enough.

00:22:22
Vita Oyler: Awesome. It

00:22:23
Manon Bolliger: could be up to three months, depending where

00:22:25
you live. You know, but

00:22:27
Vita Oyler: yeah. Well, it's awesome because you can

00:22:31
Manon Bolliger: travel. Yeah, thank you for that. Because I,

00:22:35
you know, I've not really seen incurable diseases, you know, in

00:22:41
my practice, the names. Yes, I can recognize what you know,

00:22:48
modern or whatever you want to pharmaceutical medicine will

00:22:52
say, you know. And then I know that some, I mean, like they

00:22:55
say, MS is not curable. Well, that's not true, you know. They

00:22:59
say cancer is not curable. Well, that's not true, you know.

00:23:02
Vita Oyler: True.

00:23:03
Manon Bolliger: And you know, and I haven't had enough

00:23:05
experience, you know, with with your condition to say, oh, it's

00:23:09
curable, but I can't see why things are not.

00:23:14
Vita Oyler: I know, right?

00:23:16
Manon Bolliger: So I always have that sense that I may not know

00:23:20
the method yet, or there's something you know it's out

00:23:26
there, right? So, so that's how I've always felt, which keeps me

00:23:32
positive, you know. And I think that helped with my patients.

00:23:36
You could say, "Oh, that's like just wishful thinking, but no,

00:23:39
if you really believe it, then you're opening that field of

00:23:45
possibilities. I agree

00:23:47
with you.

00:23:48
Vita Oyler: Agree with you, 100% Yeah, it's it's it's when you

00:23:54
know because when you're out there and then people say it's

00:23:59
oh, there's no cure for it. You you you become it's negative. Of

00:24:04
Manon Bolliger: course, you

00:24:05
Vita Oyler: don't you don't have that hope anymore. No, I see

00:24:09
that, and it's like you know I I I believe that there's there's

00:24:15
hope. There's always hope. Don't give up on hope,

00:24:18
Manon Bolliger: right? And we don't know, you know all the

00:24:22
magic of how we're made. You know we don't, we really don't

00:24:26
understand. I mean, you know they're calling the part of DNA

00:24:29
they don't they don't understand as junk DNA. You know what a

00:24:33
funny name. Yeah, for a bigger part than the DNA. They do. They

00:24:42
Vita Oyler: yeah yeah do.

00:24:42
Manon Bolliger: do understand you know so it's like you know

00:24:47
fascia has just become a thing in the last what 20 years maybe

00:24:51
30 you know like so much is not known right so how and and in a

00:24:57
society not based on heal. And really suppressed healing. You

00:25:03
know, many. If you look at our history, much of the great

00:25:08
modalities of of healing suppressed

00:25:12
Vita Oyler: modalities. Yeah, I think sometimes a lot of the

00:25:17
they're kind of some of the treatments are kind of archaic.

00:25:21
I think sometimes it's just like you know. Look at there's bitter

00:25:26
things. I've heard of things going on in Europe that are, you

00:25:31
know, doing doing better than we are actually

00:25:35
in in that. And and I have some cousins that are doctors up in

00:25:42
in Europe, and they're saying, "Oh, Dita, why don't you come

00:25:45
out here and you know maybe we'll find a cure. Okay, but I'm

00:25:52
okay right now. Thank you.

00:25:55
Manon Bolliger: Yeah. No, it's quite a quite a journey. Yeah. I

00:26:01
Vita Oyler: no I. for me though, I'm you know I know I I I just

00:26:06
want to help others like you. You're you're doing fabulous

00:26:10
work, and and we need people like you, you know, to to help

00:26:17
us to help.

00:26:18
Manon Bolliger: It's the community. Yeah,

00:26:20
Commercial Break: huh?

00:26:23
Manon Bolliger: Yeah. No. I think it it it also helps to

00:26:26
talk about it, you know, which is why I'm doing the, you know,

00:26:31
the podcast and you know what are what are people's true

00:26:34
experiences, you know.

00:26:36
Vita Oyler: Yeah. Is

00:26:37
Manon Bolliger: you know what can be done or what's the next

00:26:39
step? Like you know, you you mentioned maybe three times, you

00:26:43
know, pat yourself on the shoulder or the back or whatever

00:26:46
the expression is in English, but the idea is acknowledge what

00:26:51
you can do, can do it, because we're not really brought up that

00:26:58
way, you know. So and then they say I don't know 90% of our

00:27:03
thoughts are negative. I don't know what what study that is,

00:27:07
but whatever. Like

00:27:09
Vita Oyler: yeah, you know, ignore them. Yeah, and I see it.

00:27:14
You know how we how we speak and and and not just with pain. It's

00:27:20
just I can't. I hear that, and I go, you know, people just they I

00:27:27
can't, I can't do that, or I won't. Right, you know, I can't

00:27:31
do that. I I don't want to do that, or why not? I mean, that's

00:27:37
not what makes you want to say that, or you know, I don't ask

00:27:41
why because of why you'll never get an answer.

00:27:45
Manon Bolliger: No, no, and I think too the other is sort of

00:27:48
the connection with their body. It's like you found what worked

00:27:54
for you through a series of testing this and that, and that

00:27:58
didn't work, and that didn't feel right, or you know, and

00:28:01
it's the same. At least how I see positivity, it's not

00:28:06
necessarily the thought, right? It's um, it it can just be the

00:28:12
hormone. Like I'm in the habit of of smiling as I as I see the

00:28:19
universe, and I can't help but everything feels really friendly

00:28:24
or beautiful. I'm just like you. That's why I was going. Oh, I

00:28:27
just I love her smile and everything. But but that

00:28:32
actually feels good, right? And and then you're not making it

00:28:37
up. You're just the way you're connecting.

00:28:41
Vita Oyler: That's right,

00:28:42
Manon Bolliger: right, and and so people have a hard time

00:28:45
thinking. Oh, I got to think positive. I don't think at all.

00:28:48
You know,

00:28:49
Vita Oyler: no. You know, it just comes naturally. You know,

00:28:53
you look at things, and people have asked. You know, they have

00:28:57
asked. Well, why are you so positive? Because that's the way

00:29:03
it is. No, but you know, you but you can you can work at some

00:29:09
things like in counseling. You know, look at things for people

00:29:14
people that I work with and even our support groups. You know, I

00:29:19
hear the can I can't do that, or it didn't work for me. Well, you

00:29:25
know, let's change that that vocabulary. Okay, find something

00:29:30
that you can do. Pat yourself on the shoulder, on your head. Do

00:29:37
something positive for yourself. Well, I don't have anything

00:29:40
positive? Okay, we're going to talk about this. Yeah,

00:29:47
Manon Bolliger: yeah,

00:29:47
Vita Oyler: yeah. I agree. But

00:29:48
Manon Bolliger: it does. It comes to like a lot of it to

00:29:51
appreciation, right?

00:29:52
Vita Oyler: Appreciation, being great,

00:29:55
Manon Bolliger: being grateful. Yeah,

00:29:56
Vita Oyler: that's what I always tell people. Yeah. Be grateful.

00:30:00
I mean, be grateful.

00:30:03
Manon Bolliger: I mean,

00:30:03
Vita Oyler: look at what you've done, or what you're doing, or

00:30:06
what you have.

00:30:08
Manon Bolliger: Right.

00:30:08
Vita Oyler: Be grateful for that.

00:30:10
Manon Bolliger: Yeah.

00:30:10
Vita Oyler: You know what? That's going to bring a smile to

00:30:13
you. That's going to make that positivity

00:30:18
Manon Bolliger: right

00:30:18
Vita Oyler: grow with you. But

00:30:19
Manon Bolliger: that-that's the physiological takeover, right?

00:30:22
That's when the that's when the hormones kick in.

00:30:25
Vita Oyler: That's right,

00:30:26
Manon Bolliger: and then you don't have to think about it.

00:30:28
You just have no.

00:30:29
Vita Oyler: You just do

00:30:31
Manon Bolliger: it exactly. Anyway, we're our time's up.

00:30:36
Just I'm going to leave you with the the last words, maybe the

00:30:39
title of your book or how people can reach you.

00:30:42
Vita Oyler: Oh yeah, gosh, thank you. The book is called "Got

00:30:46
Pain Now What, and it's a journey through living with

00:30:51
chronic pain, and it could get a hold of me at navigating through

00:30:56
pain. And I have Another website, actually, now it's just

00:31:03
being set up, and it's called gentlestepsforward.com. So you

00:31:09
know, they could always leave a little message, and or you know,

00:31:13
you could email me at the navigating through

00:31:16
pain@icloud.com.

00:31:21
Manon Bolliger: Okay.

00:31:21
Vita Oyler: Yeah.

00:31:22
Manon Bolliger: Great. Well, thank you very much for sharing

00:31:24
your. Oh my

00:31:25
Vita Oyler: gosh! Thank you so very much. I'm very grateful to

00:31:29
