Emotional Healing for Chronic Pain with Dr William Kalatsky Manon on The Healers Caf

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger and Dr William Kalatsky continue their discussion on holistic healing, focusing on Manon's partner Tony's chronic pain and emotional stress. Tony has been suffering from neuralgia pain since a shingles outbreak two years ago, which has been exacerbated by family conflicts and societal pressures.

Highlights from today's episode include:

  • Dr. William explains Emotions create measurable physical effects, so clearing emotions can ease physical pain.
  • Dr William describes how changing your inner "frequency" (beliefs and default emotions) gives you more freedom and choice.
  • Manon shares that William helped clear her mind and had a peaceful impact on her. Manon and William discuss the importance of gratitude and how it can positively impact one's life.

ABOUT DR WILLIAM KALATSKY:

Dr. William Kalatsky is a pioneer in the field of consciousness and emotional healing. With decades of experience in chiropractic care, meditation, and energy work, he developed Field of Consciousness Healing, a method that helps people release trauma, dissolve limiting patterns, and step into new levels of clarity and freedom.

At the heart of his work is a simple yet profound truth: emotions are frequencies stored in the body and field of consciousness. When unresolved, they continue to shape our thoughts, relationships, and health. Dr. William's method guides people to identify these patterns, clear the frequency of trauma, and install new emotional codes of peace, gratitude, and empowerment.

He is the author of The Intuition Method, which offers practical tools to strengthen intuition, rewire subconscious patterns, and manifest aligned outcomes. His sessions and workshops have helped clients from all walks of life—professionals, entrepreneurs, and trauma survivors—experience rapid transformation. Many report that painful stories can be remembered without emotional charge after just one session.

Dr. William's work bridges science and spirituality. Collaborations with institutions such as the University of Miami explore how brainwaves, HRV, and biometrics validate what thousands have experienced firsthand: when the field of consciousness is cleared, the mind and body reorganize into health, resilience, and creativity.

Whether speaking on stage, leading group healings, or working one-on-one, Dr. William brings clarity, compassion, and a deep commitment to human potential. His mission is to show that freedom from trauma is possible—not in years of struggle, but often in moments of breakthrough.

Core purpose/passion: My purpose is to help people free themselves from trauma by clearing the specific frequencies that keep old pain alive. This work is always evolving. Years ago, I was clearing the frequencies of migraine headaches in hospitals in England. That led me to discover that unresolved emotions were behind the pain. Each realization has taken me deeper, and I don't know where the next evolution will lead. What I do know is that when people release trauma and move into peace, joy, or love, it shifts not only their life but the frequency of the entire planet.

00:00:00
Introduction: Welcome to the Healers Cafe, the number one

00:00:03
show for medical practitioners and holistic healers to have

00:00:08
heart to heart conversations about their day to day lives

00:00:12
while sharing their expertise for improving your health and

00:00:17
wellness.

00:00:17
Manon Bolliger: Welcome to the Healers Cafe, and today I have

00:00:24
with me, William. Now, did I say this? Right? Kalatsky. Kalatsky,

00:00:29
yes, perfect. Okay, and this is actually part two, because we

00:00:33
had such an exciting part one, and William generously offered

00:00:41
to see if he could clear some of the stuff in my mind. And it had

00:00:46
such a stilling, peaceful impact. And I also talked about

00:00:52
Tony, my partner, who's suffering from enormous pain. So

00:00:56
he said, Well, let's try it, and let's just do this. So we are

00:01:01
going to be filming the types of questions. So Tony, if you have

00:01:04
questions, please ask this is like a normal ish there's

00:01:09
nothing normal in my life, but normal ish interview, and we'll

00:01:14
see how, yeah, how this goes. I'm super excited and very

00:01:18
grateful that you're willing to share this excited to learn with

00:01:22
you.

00:01:22
Dr William Kalatsky: Also, fantastic. Great. Well, let's,

00:01:26
let's do it then. So Tony, why don't you tell me what is

00:01:29
happening for you and what you're willing to share there?

00:01:39
Tony: I'm not sure whether they said it began nearly two years

00:01:42
ago, in December I had shingles, and that Manon helped me help

00:01:49
that disappear with homeopathy. And that went very quickly, but

00:01:54
after that, I started having this neuralgia pain, and

00:01:59
basically it's all down my right hand side, and it goes down into

00:02:03
my neck and my shoulders. And it's, it's pretty consistent,

00:02:07
and it's, yes, it's really painful, okay?

00:02:12
Dr William Kalatsky: And what about the emotional side of it?

00:02:14
Because Manon mentioned that you had, you were overwhelmed on

00:02:19
some level, maybe due to the physical pain, maybe it created

00:02:23
more emotional stress.

00:02:26
Unknown: Well, it was things, no, it was New Year's Eve

00:02:29
dinner, where things kind of happened. And there I was

00:02:35
mentioning, there, you know, he felt very suppressed, not unable

00:02:39
to talk because we had, you know, we have a very close

00:02:44
family, but we, we don't all agree on what's happening in the

00:02:48
world.

00:02:50
Dr William Kalatsky: Yeah, sure,

00:02:52
Manon Bolliger: and not that one has to agree. But when it

00:02:55
concerns health,

00:02:57
Dr William Kalatsky: yes, it's important.

00:03:00
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, it's important, and it's a pet peeve

00:03:03
of mine. And of course, Tony, one of his children, is a nurse,

00:03:09
and, yeah

00:03:11
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, so it's a good debate, or no

00:03:14
debate,

00:03:14
Tony: or no debate.

00:03:16
Unknown: I think that's what you know. There's a lot of anger. I

00:03:20
don't want to speak for you, but I know when he's in pain like

00:03:23
this, very hard for him to speak. So I'm

00:03:26
Tony: brilliant, yeah, that's pretty close, yeah. I mean,

00:03:29
during that whole period when Manon lost a license, and we

00:03:35
really delved into what was happening, and it was very

00:03:38
clear, you know, the information was there, how this whole

00:03:42
pandemic began, and what was in place before it even began, with

00:03:47
the injections. And, you know, like, so clear, but it was like,

00:03:52
boom, yeah, you don't talk about it. You're a conspiracy

00:03:55
theorist. And, yeah, I find that hard to be. And then,

00:04:00
particularly around family and stuff being shut down and being

00:04:04
called a democracy, there is just as you know, that's bad,

00:04:07
you know,

00:04:08
Manon Bolliger: and for for the health and the grandkids and you

00:04:12
know, are they, you know? Because in British Columbia, you

00:04:16
can do this to to young infants, and we still don't know if it

00:04:23
was done or not done, right, right? So we don't know got it

00:04:28
what we're dealing with, right? Yeah, yeah.

00:04:31
Tony: And also, I think one big part was also with the family,

00:04:36
the fact that Manon lost a license due to her ethics. And

00:04:41
so many people have said, Oh my God, you know, like, how

00:04:45
wonderful of you. And there's been like, Nils with the family.

00:04:48
It's almost like, whatever. That's mum. She's just, she's

00:04:52
doing her thing. But it's a huge thing to lose your life after 30

00:04:57
years. And yeah, of course. And then just not been. Able to talk

00:05:00
about it really,

00:05:01
Dr William Kalatsky: right, right, right. Okay, got it so.

00:05:04
So then, would you say, Tony, that for you, let's call it like

00:05:09
this internalized anger, that's that's pretty present

00:05:13
Tony: I'd say this a fair amount.

00:05:16
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, okay, good. And would you say that's

00:05:18
the strongest emotion? Because what I do is I work with the

00:05:21
field into the emotions, which then can affect the body. If

00:05:25
what's happening, look everything, any emotional stress

00:05:28
we have is going to create a physical response, no matter

00:05:32
what right you know, whether it's a blood pressure goes up,

00:05:34
whether the heart rate changes, we breathe differently, and then

00:05:36
even more symptoms than that, sometimes. So if you're having,

00:05:40
you know, an emotional situation, it can affect

00:05:45
physical and when we take the edge off the emotions, it's kind

00:05:49
of like somebody who's over sensitive emotionally,

00:05:52
everything bothers them, right? And you touch them and they

00:05:54
overreact. So what we're going to do is clear the emotional

00:05:57
field, and then I'll expect that on some level, your physical

00:06:03
symptoms may be better because there's a relationship there. So

00:06:07
let's start with this. So just notice how you feel now, and why

00:06:09
don't you tell me from one

00:06:13
Tony: aspect to it, I think it's not just the anguish. It's being

00:06:17
misunderstood, you know, like being, yeah, like, really

00:06:22
misunderstood, and not being listened to, I think, you know,

00:06:25
or right, yeah, not being able to express myself. I think

00:06:29
that's certainly a part of it, yeah,

00:06:32
Manon Bolliger: well, misunderstood in that what you

00:06:34
want is people's good, you know, it's like, we're not trying to

00:06:38
do a political act here. We're trying to read about, yeah, so

00:06:44
you don't make a life altering

00:06:46
Tony: decision exactly, just, it's not, oh, I want you to get

00:06:49
my opinion. It's not like that. It's like, hey, you know this

00:06:52
information is worth listening to, or, yeah, at least to make a

00:06:58
choice.

00:06:59
Dr William Kalatsky: Yeah? Fascinating, right? Yeah. Well,

00:07:03
it is. I mean, just I was talking to somebody in the

00:07:06
entertainment industry yesterday, and they were talking

00:07:09
about commercials and things, you know, they're made to make

00:07:12
you buy or believe that you should have it and, and I said,

00:07:15
Well, every show on television is that, you know, James Bond

00:07:19
wears a specific watch. So we want to buy that watch. Yeah,

00:07:22
you know, it's and so, you know, the media is, is a delivery

00:07:26
system. Basically, it's, it's fascinating that, if we're

00:07:32
caught up on, you know, when I wrote my book intuition method,

00:07:35
it was because back in around 2018 I had patients in New York,

00:07:42
and I would watch them debating politics, and half, you know,

00:07:47
would say one thing, half would say the other. And these are all

00:07:49
holistic minded people. And it got to the point where I just

00:07:52
realized it just depended which TV channel they watched. They

00:07:55
watched they watched one, they felt this way. If they watched

00:07:58
another, they felt this way, and they would have these

00:08:01
conversations. And so I developed this method of

00:08:03
accessing inner knowing so they could then either say, Okay, I

00:08:09
know this method works. Now let me ask myself these questions

00:08:12
and find out. Wait, either I've been lied to or this method

00:08:15
doesn't work like so it was really depending on what they

00:08:18
wanted to allow themselves to believe at that point, so I

00:08:23
completely understand what you're talking about. So let's

00:08:26
get into it. Then let's, let's clear some of this for you. So

00:08:29
what we're going to have you do is, first, just close your eyes,

00:08:32
and what I'm going to do first something I call clearing the

00:08:35
field. It's very simple. I'm just going to connect to your

00:08:38
the field and the mind and just start to clear it, and it'll

00:08:41
take about 30 seconds. Just let your mind wander for a minute.

00:08:44
You can think about maybe what you had for breakfast.

00:09:00
You notice that think about the situation with the family again,

00:09:03
notice how the thoughts are running a little differently,

00:09:05
like they're not just like a train coming in. Got that?

00:09:11
Tony: Yeah.

00:09:13
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, good. So now I'm going to ask you one

00:09:15
to 10, right? It might be a little lower now than it would

00:09:18
have been a moment ago, but one to 10 tell me about the anger,

00:09:21
the not being understood, that where would you put that from

00:09:24
one to 10? If 10 was the worst,

00:09:27
Tony: maybe at five,

00:09:32
Dr William Kalatsky: five. Okay, would it have been higher a

00:09:34
minute ago before?

00:09:35
Tony: I think so. Yeah,

00:09:36
Dr William Kalatsky: because I feel like I forgot to ask you

00:09:38
before we started. That's yeah. Let's put it at a five out of

00:09:41
10. Okay, good. So close your eyes again, and now I'm going to

00:09:45
have you feel that emotion, that feeling of this anger, some

00:09:50
resentment, some anger at manipulation in the world that

00:09:55
doesn't allow you to get through to family members. And then it

00:09:59
may be. Even leaves you feeling locked out of of their minds.

00:10:06
Really, you don't have the ability to share information and

00:10:10
just feel that for a moment. What that's like, that

00:10:12
frustration, what I'm doing is I'm just distracting your mind

00:10:17
from the topic we're working on, because I want your mind to be

00:10:21
in a place where it's not holding on to a pattern of the

00:10:24
feelings that we're clearing because it makes it harder for

00:10:27
me to clear it. If, if you're holding it and feeling it while

00:10:30
I do this, there we go. Only tune into the feeling of the

00:10:38
anger, the frustration, feeling misunderstood again, and tell me

00:10:41
how that feels for you now.

00:10:43
Tony: Yeah, I gotta reiterate. I'm not going around like angry

00:10:46
all day thinking about this. It's just that it's a kind of

00:10:49
background thing. It's really only when I bring it up, when I

00:10:54
think about it, so yeah, but yeah, for me, it's like, with

00:11:01
what you've just done or experiencing at the moment, it's

00:11:04
a little bit like, there's more choice, you know, it's

00:11:07
Dr William Kalatsky: right, yeah? And you'll notice that

00:11:09
it's a little bit harder to feel it when you tune into it now

00:11:14
versus a minute ago. It's like, you know, it's there, but the

00:11:19
actual edge of those emotions are not as present, right?

00:11:23
Tony: Yeah, they use in Canada. I don't really like it, like

00:11:27
teenagers, yeah, on nerves, but it's called whatever, whatever I

00:11:33
got it.

00:11:35
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, okay, so let's, let's say this. Now we

00:11:39
had a, we're at a five out of 10. So where would you say it is

00:11:42
now, because we're going to do another round of that, and so

00:11:45
let's just get another baseline.

00:11:48
Tony: Sure. I'd give it a four,

00:11:49
Dr William Kalatsky: a four. Okay, good. Let's do it again.

00:11:53
So let's have you close your eyes again, and just if you can

00:11:57
make those feelings stronger, go back to the last time you all

00:11:59
had dinner together, the frustration involved, the anger

00:12:03
involved the not feeling understood or heard, and really

00:12:07
try to make it real for yourself, because the more you

00:12:10
can bring up the feeling, the more we can clear it.

00:12:16
Tony: I'm still kind of in pain, but I got like when I say about

00:12:20
choice. I mean, I'm the one with choice. Really, it's, it's how I

00:12:23
react. You know, it's not about it's not in there. I'm not

00:12:28
waiting for them in their ball court. So I got, like, a

00:12:32
scenario, say, I'm at dinner, and we're talking of with

00:12:35
somebody, and it's like, they're like, No, I don't want to talk

00:12:39
about it. Normally be like, well, I can swear on this. It's

00:12:44
like, well, fuck you. You deal with your shit, you know, and

00:12:47
but now it's, it feels like, yeah, you deal with your stuff,

00:12:52
you know. It's like, it doesn't really affect me. You know,

00:12:56
their choices don't really affect me. But I think what I've

00:13:00
been doing is, you know, I've been angry and, like, sorted

00:13:03
out. Have a look at this. This is clear, you

00:13:06
Tony: Yeah, especially family, yeah, and yeah. And then it's

00:13:12
like, okay, yeah, that's your choice. That's your stuff. It's

00:13:17
not my it's not my business to be upset about your choices.

00:13:23
Dr William Kalatsky: Yeah, yeah. It is amazing how they really

00:13:26
found a way to create a wedge in between families or friends

00:13:30
where there never would have been one

00:13:33
Tony: that was part of the agenda. It really was

00:13:35
psychologically, I think they, I mean,

00:13:37
Dr William Kalatsky: that's why the media is so good. They're so

00:13:39
good at what they do. I mean, it's brilliant,

00:13:43
Manon Bolliger: yeah, total propaganda machine.

00:13:45
Dr William Kalatsky: It is. I mean, the idea of, like, let's,

00:13:48
you know, on many levels, it's not just about, you know,

00:13:52
wellness in terms of illness and things like that, but it's also

00:13:57
social wellness in terms of, you know, the family structures

00:14:01
being damaged because of belief systems that would have never

00:14:04
been damaged many of the times, you know, it's just, it's really

00:14:09
something. It's really very, very, very well thought out.

00:14:15
Unknown: Well, I don't know if you know this, but I was shocked

00:14:19
to find out that it was one of the big Ivy Leagues. I think

00:14:22
Yale did a profile of 16 different types of ways of doing

00:14:31
their advertisements that thing, and they based in different

00:14:37
countries, different ones based on the profile of the people.

00:14:44
So, you know, Canada being, I'm sorry, you know, okay, children,

00:14:50
family, and you don't want to get your grandmother sick or

00:14:54
somebody, yeah, right. Like, so when that came up, it's like, I

00:14:58
am sorry. This grandmother doesn't. Have two hoots about

00:15:01
that.

00:15:02
Dr William Kalatsky: New York was like that too, but Right,

00:15:04
yeah, there's a lot of that in New York. It was really

00:15:08
something. And yeah, I mean this, so I have a lot to say

00:15:15
about it,

00:15:16
Unknown: but it's yeah, no, I think we're general only those

00:15:20
who know know.

00:15:25
Dr William Kalatsky: Yeah, okay, so let's go back to Tony for one

00:15:28
Tony before, before we get into the the physical again. Tell me

00:15:32
about if you can think about that situation with the family,

00:15:35
and the anger, the feeling unheard, and tell me how that

00:15:39
feels for you.

00:15:40
Tony: Yeah, I think a little bit like I said that there's a lot

00:15:43
more choice in it, you know. And I can be there in the present

00:15:47
and say, you know, do you want to go that way, or do you not?

00:15:50
And it's really seeing it correct.

00:15:54
Dr William Kalatsky: So, so this works as it clears the emotions,

00:15:57
it puts you into the state of observer, and you're able to

00:16:00
literally little bit off of your it's not the because you're not

00:16:03
the way this the way the frequencies for trauma and

00:16:05
emotional pain works, and even for good feelings, except with

00:16:09
good feelings, it's a different mechanism. Is when something

00:16:13
stressful or traumatic happens, we are affected as a vibration

00:16:17
of frequency. So Tony, if I was to shake you by the shoulders

00:16:20
all day long, for 24 hours, 48 hours, for a whole year. After a

00:16:24
while, it's going to affect your mood. You're going to say, Why

00:16:26
is everything always shaking and unstable and and you know,

00:16:29
you're going to be a different person after a while, until

00:16:31
somebody says, you know, William's been shaking you for

00:16:34
two years. And then somebody moves my hand away. And this,

00:16:38
you can imagine, is actually a vibration, right? I'm vibrating,

00:16:40
you, they'd move me away. And then you have stillness again,

00:16:44
and you're and you're saying, Wow, I thought it was me. And

00:16:47
that's, that's the frequency that creates these negative

00:16:50
emotions. We just don't know it because it's invisible. We don't

00:16:53
know it because, just like Wi Fi going through the air, you may

00:16:55
not know it's there, but maybe you're suddenly getting a

00:16:58
headache, right? And you just don't have a clue that why you

00:17:01
would have a headache, because it's it's not visible. And so

00:17:04
everything is scaled up or down in terms of the emotions same

00:17:08
way. So, so let's go back and are there any other things right

00:17:12
now that you can think of emotionally that affect you,

00:17:16
bother you, something that's on your mind? Because, if not, I'm

00:17:18
going to ask you more about the physical, not really. Okay,

00:17:22
good. So let's do this. I want you to for a moment. I'm going

00:17:25
to ask you to think about this physical condition that you

00:17:28
have, the pain, how it affects you, maybe there's other

00:17:31
symptoms and how it makes you feel, to know that you have to

00:17:36
deal with this, to know that it may never go away. And I'm not

00:17:39
saying it'll never go away, but I want you to just think about

00:17:42
that so we could bring up that, so we could bring up that

00:17:44
feeling. So how does that make you feel thinking that I'm stuck

00:17:48
with this I've got to put in all this work.

00:17:51
Tony: Unpleasant comes to mind.

00:17:54
Dr William Kalatsky: Unpleasant sounds very, very non specific.

00:18:01
So unpleasant. How about concerned? A little a little

00:18:06
more like focused, concerned would be fair?

00:18:10
Tony: Yeah, actually, there is one thing I want to share that

00:18:13
just happened yesterday, and it was so brief. It was like it was

00:18:19
less than a minute. It it was like, 30 seconds, I was lying in

00:18:22
bed, I was next Manon, and everything stopped. It was like,

00:18:30
Oh, my God, I forgot what it's like, you know, like, yeah,

00:18:41
like, really, it was like, because this is with me

00:18:43
constantly, you know, right? Yeah, it feels and it was, Oh, I

00:18:49
remember, you know, wow, yeah, so it's still there. So that was

00:18:55
a moment of peace or stillness, or, yeah, just pure, like,

00:18:58
normality, kind of, you know? And it's like, I'm living with

00:19:02
this, and I'm kind of almost getting used to it, you know,

00:19:07
right?

00:19:07
Manon Bolliger: So if you had to, oh, go ahead, yeah, one of

00:19:11
the things you verify that he often does is he says he thinks

00:19:18
about what it must be like for me, right? So there's, I don't

00:19:21
know whether that's what emotion that is, if it's guilt or

00:19:25
Tony: I'd rather call it compassion, but,

00:19:31
Dr William Kalatsky: well, it's not exactly, I mean, it's, on

00:19:34
some level, there's compassion there, but it's, it's really,

00:19:38
yeah, it's more along the lines of, you, if, if that's the case,

00:19:44
the guilt, my guilt, is not exactly the right word,

00:19:48
Unknown: like it has a it shouldn't be happening feeling

00:19:52
to it right, the feeling bad that is running with it. I do

00:19:55
run quite well, but, yeah, the. Courses a lot, you know, but,

00:20:02
but it's funny, it's often focused elsewhere than his own

00:20:08
thing. He's a compassionate person.

00:20:11
Dr William Kalatsky: Got it? Okay? So let's do this, Tony.

00:20:13
I'm gonna have you first, close your eyes again, and I want you

00:20:17
to think about the idea that, gosh, what if this? What if I

00:20:21
don't win? What if this sticks with me, and this is my life,

00:20:26
and so I want you to have that thought, because it should bring

00:20:29
up a worry, and I know even if you don't think that now, that's

00:20:34
underneath. So yeah, what if this doesn't get better, I can't

00:20:39
manage it's going to be really tough to manage life if this is

00:20:44
every day, all the time. So just consider that. Think about that

00:20:47
for a moment, how that would make you feel, and tell me how

00:20:51
you feel when you're thinking about the idea that this pain

00:20:56
may be with you for the rest of your life. This way,

00:20:59
Tony: this is my mind going a little bit here. I feel like

00:21:02
should be feeling depressed, but to be honest, I've never really

00:21:05
experienced depression on much of a level, so I don't really

00:21:10
know what that means. Kind of trying to because deep down, I'm

00:21:17
trying my best, but I don't believe it. You know, I just

00:21:21
believe this is something correct. It's impermanent. I

00:21:25
feel, and this is the same.

00:21:28
Dr William Kalatsky: Yes, so I'm from about a minute ago when I

00:21:32
asked you to tune into that feeling. Were you able to feel

00:21:34
it the negative? Like, gosh, what if I have to have this for

00:21:38
a long time or every day? Yeah.

00:21:46
Tony: But yes, it's almost like I've got to work at that, you

00:21:49
know, yes, exactly, just again, right? So, you know, I'd be

00:21:54
really honest here if I

00:21:55
Dr William Kalatsky: felt Yeah, no, no, of course. But the

00:21:58
difference is, if you think about the effort put in to feel

00:22:03
it, a few minutes ago, you were able to sort of grab onto it a

00:22:06
little bit and recognize that feeling,

00:22:08
Tony: oh yeah.

00:22:09
Dr William Kalatsky: And now you can't really easily feel that

00:22:13
feeling. The mind goes to work as the observer and says, Oh,

00:22:17
okay, and starts to see solutions and other viewpoints.

00:22:20
So that once that feeling that locks us in is no longer present

00:22:24
with us. No, right? It's, it's I, you know, I think I said to

00:22:28
Manon the other day that if, if somebody's ever been on a diving

00:22:32
board, a high board, and you look down at the water and

00:22:36
you're frozen in fear because of a fear of heights, that fear

00:22:39
literally freezes your body, and you can't think or do anything

00:22:43
else except be frozen in fear. And then if somebody comes along

00:22:46
and either lets you down slowly or helps you down, suddenly the

00:22:49
fear is gone, and you can be rational about it, but that

00:22:52
vibration of fear literally restricts your whole life from

00:22:54
moving. And as we clear this vibration of whatever the

00:22:58
feeling was that you held before, worry, concern, suddenly

00:23:02
the mind goes into this thoughtful place of, oh, okay,

00:23:05
there's solutions here and and how does the pain feel right

00:23:11
now? I know it comes and goes, but

00:23:17
Tony: you know, it's less. I mean, like I said, it's, I never

00:23:22
really, I get these really strong episodes, basically, nine

00:23:30
or 10 like that. Yeah, it's kind of round, a five or six, seven.

00:23:37
Dr William Kalatsky: That's a five or six when it makes you

00:23:40
seven. Yeah, wow. Okay, so 10 is high. Then, yeah,

00:23:47
Unknown: yeah, it goes from what was the thing is about between

00:23:51
eight and 12 out of 10 in episodes, and it has a resting

00:23:55
level of about six. Got it, okay? So he just lives with it.

00:24:01
But there's no ah and no sounds and no burping and no

00:24:08
Dr William Kalatsky: like, got it? Got it? Okay, so let's, let

00:24:11
me ask you again, when you tune into this feeling now you can

00:24:15
say, okay, I don't think it's going to be the rest of my life.

00:24:17
What is the worst part of this?

00:24:19
Tony: Mm, is the worst part of me thinking that or believing

00:24:26
that, well,

00:24:26
Dr William Kalatsky: not believing that, but just the

00:24:27
worst part of your life right now,

00:24:30
Tony: experiencing this, and it

00:24:38
Dr William Kalatsky: could be experiencing this, or it could

00:24:40
be any part of your life, but what is the worst part of what's

00:24:43
happening in your life right now? Pain, the pain, okay, good,

00:24:49
yeah, really, okay, and good, and this. So tell me again how

00:24:53
this pain makes you feel in your life, how it restricts you in

00:24:58
some way affects you.

00:24:59
Tony: Um, I mean, it should be obvious.

00:25:11
Dr William Kalatsky: No, well, I mean, it's, I mean, I think I

00:25:13
know the answer is that it redirects your life. You can't

00:25:16
enjoy your life because you have to address this. I mean, that's

00:25:19
probably part of it, right?

00:25:20
Tony: Yeah, it takes, it takes up a lot of time. Yeah, it's in

00:25:26
a certain aspect,

00:25:30
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, yeah, and it's work, right? It's not

00:25:33
just, it's time, and it's a lot of effort. I assume it's

00:25:35
Tony: restrictive, yeah, that's the restrictive, yeah, yeah,

00:25:40
yeah.

00:25:40
Unknown: It is a crazy thing how, you know, my brother once

00:25:45
said to me, we get sick in life because we're unconscious,

00:25:50
right? Meaning we make choices that aren't we each diet soda or

00:25:53
whatever, all the time, sugary things, and next thing you know,

00:25:56
there's whatever, diabetes or something else and and hopefully

00:26:01
often that takes a long time to get sick, but to get well, we

00:26:06
have to become very conscious to balance out right. And so, you

00:26:12
know, sometimes it's a fast moment where someone, God

00:26:14
forbid, gets into a car accident, and then they need to

00:26:17
work to heal right in that one moment where they blew the red

00:26:20
light or something. It could be many things, of course, an

00:26:23
accident, car accident. Car accident, example. But it's

00:26:26
interesting how conscious we have to become when we want to

00:26:28
get well, if we want to get well, right? Because now you're

00:26:30
doing it, you move to another country, you're going for

00:26:32
different types of holistic treatments. You're trying

00:26:35
alternative things just to get one. And it's amazing how much

00:26:39
effort it takes to stay conscious and choose to do the

00:26:42
right things for ourselves when we want to get well again. So I

00:26:46
mentioned that just to kind of like shake things up in your

00:26:49
mind a little bit.

00:26:50
Tony: And let's disappoint here. I think the word restrictive,

00:26:59
you can see it's in line with how I felt compromised. You know

00:27:05
that that, like the feeling is restrictive that I can't do,

00:27:10
yeah, as much as I want to do, and, like, going back earlier in

00:27:13
our conversation with obviously, you know what I'm saying, I do,

00:27:18
yeah.

00:27:19
Dr William Kalatsky: So, so if you were now that you have an

00:27:21
active feeling the restrictiveness, tell me one to

00:27:24
10. How strong would you say that is for you

00:27:27
Tony: in my condition, you mean

00:27:29
Dr William Kalatsky: condition, your life, it doesn't even

00:27:31
matter exactly why you why it's a high level of emotion to it.

00:27:37
But whichever one's going to bring you the highest amount of

00:27:40
restrictiveness. So is it my condition? Is it my family? But

00:27:43
I'm looking for strong emotion vibration, so that way we can

00:27:47
clear them.

00:27:48
Tony: Yeah, certainly a six or seven, good

00:27:51
Dr William Kalatsky: six or seven, excellent. So close your

00:27:55
eyes again, and now feel that, feeling the exact restriction,

00:28:01
and wait a moment for tune back in again to that feeling of the

00:28:05
restrictiveness. That's six to seven out of 10. And tell me how

00:28:10
that is for you, about

00:28:11
Tony: four, I would say, right.

00:28:11
Dr William Kalatsky: So you're getting the idea it's really a

00:28:13
vibration that makes you feel that, right? Because when we

00:28:15
start to clear the frequency of it, suddenly it's like, where

00:28:19
did that go? So we're gonna do one more time. Now, tell me what

00:28:24
number it would be out of 10, right? Now,

00:28:30
Tony: give it a three, okay.

00:28:33
Dr William Kalatsky: And when you give it a three, okay, so

00:28:37
you feel a little bit in the chest like solar plexus, but

00:28:42
breathing a little bit restricted. How does your head

00:28:49
feel while you're while you're letting go of this feeling while

00:28:56
the feeling is getting lower? How is that physical pain? I'm

00:29:00
just curious if it relates at all.

00:29:04
Tony: Yeah, I never really noticed it, but the pain is way

00:29:08
less at the moment.

00:29:10
Dr William Kalatsky: Good

00:29:12
Unknown: Is it less than your normal low, which is about a

00:29:15
six, just in case it's episodic, is it, yeah, is it down to four

00:29:23
to something like that?

00:29:24
Tony: I'd say it feels like actually, okay.

00:29:27
Manon Bolliger: It feels lower, yeah, yeah, a

00:29:30
Dr William Kalatsky: little like a five instead of normal six,

00:29:34
yeah. Okay, all right, good. So let's go back to this three out

00:29:37
of 10 restriction, feeling restrictive, and see if you can

00:29:41
make it a four. See if you can find how you could possibly

00:29:45
squeeze it out of the bottom of the tube of toothpaste and make

00:29:48
it a five, because the more you can find the attachment, the

00:29:54
base of it, the more we can clear it. So let's see what

00:29:57
happens. So just that restrictive, think about. Up,

00:30:00
maybe one of your favorite family members that maybe don't

00:30:04
talk to as much, maybe your life and what you might be doing with

00:30:07
your time differently if you didn't have to take time to get

00:30:13
better and just feel those, the restrictiveness of that and

00:30:18
anything else you might feel in there that's restrictive, yeah?

00:30:22
Tony: There just seems to be more space around it, exactly,

00:30:26
all of it, yeah,

00:30:27
Dr William Kalatsky: that's right, and that's what happens.

00:30:30
You become the observer. Your mind gets more space. If you

00:30:33
close your eyes, it starts to feel like there's room inside of

00:30:36
your head. And sometimes, to me, it feels like the blackness of

00:30:38
space. And I'm just like, where am I in here? This is a bigger

00:30:42
space than I remember. Yeah, you notice your thoughts are a

00:30:47
little quieter,

00:30:50
Tony: yeah, yeah, yeah, good.

00:30:53
Dr William Kalatsky: What's on your mind?

00:31:00
Tony: Oh, what is a couple of things. One is like, the word

00:31:03
freedom for me is, it's really Yeah, and also, yeah, almost

00:31:12
forgot. You know, I've spent years doing Vipassana meditation

00:31:16
in different places, and that's all about observing your your

00:31:21
thoughts in a way, and I do that quite naturally an extent. But

00:31:29
yeah, there's something like energetically about other

00:31:32
people's thoughts that maybe I've got mixed up in them, you

00:31:35
know, and I'm not I can observe my thoughts. But yeah, and I

00:31:43
think the word judgment comes out, yeah, I know I've got a bit

00:31:46
of a problem like that.

00:31:48
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, well, while we're here, why don't we

00:31:50
clear that too so, but one thing let's see, be aware of. Let's

00:31:56
see. Got it? Okay? So, yeah, close your eyes again. Think

00:32:02
about that judgment, okay, whoever you're judging, right?

00:32:18
And in a way, the judgments related to this almost like a

00:32:22
wall that's put up, because if you can't get through that wall,

00:32:26
all you can really do is say things to yourself, because it's

00:32:29
almost like the breeze gets blocked. The voice breathes the

00:32:32
words. So instead, it's we say things to ourselves because we

00:32:39
can't say things to others. Yeah.

00:32:51
There we go. So just let it go. Now come back to last time you

00:32:57
went for a massage that you enjoyed. There we go, good,

00:33:05
right? So now this tension, this like a sharpness building up a

00:33:10
little bit in your head. Let's see if we can open that with

00:33:14
this judgment releasing. So go back to the idea. Of getting a

00:33:23
manicure. I don't know if you're a manicure kind of guy, but

00:33:28
Tony: not into

00:33:31
Dr William Kalatsky: figure at some point in your life someone

00:33:33
said, let's get a manicure, and you're

00:33:35
Manon Bolliger: and somebody did,

00:33:36
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, okay, there you go. I actually was

00:33:40
thinking, I don't know, maybe you don't know, maybe you don't

00:33:42
want to breathe in the chemicals. Maybe there was a

00:33:43
maybe it was like a more organic place,

00:33:49
Manon Bolliger: and you enjoyed

00:33:53
Dr William Kalatsky: it, yeah, like those, the the smell of

00:33:56
those places i My face looks inflamed right after I walk in.

00:33:59
So, yeah, I don't do it, but, I mean, I've done it to pick

00:34:04
people up, but I haven't sat in a place like that in a long

00:34:08
time. There we go. So a little bit more here, expanding.

00:34:20
Okay, let's have you take a breath again and open your eyes.

00:34:22
You look like you're in a little bit of pain.

00:34:22
Tony.

00:34:31
Tony: Yeah, it's about four.

00:34:38
Unknown: Wow, you have four, but you, you act like it was a 8 in

00:34:45
your face. Are you? Is it truly a four?

00:34:52
Tony: Oh, I mean the pain,

00:34:56
Manon Bolliger: yeah, the pain, yeah.

00:34:59
Tony: It's funny. It's like. Got a gap between the pain and the

00:35:04
pain is, I would say, is an eight, is an

00:35:08
Dr William Kalatsky: eight, okay, so the judgment is a four

00:35:10
out of 10 and the pain is an eight out of 10.

00:35:13
Tony: Yeah. I mean, yeah, just a quick therapy session, but the

00:35:21
judgment is, you know, I grew up in a very Catholic environment,

00:35:28
so some, quite often, I feel like I've done something wrong

00:35:33
to deserve this. And I'm wondering what it is, you know,

00:35:37
it's almost Yes, nobody, yeah. Like I'm being punished

00:35:42
sometimes, right? I'm not going with that all the time. I'm

00:35:45
going, Oh, that's that bullshit. But there in the background a

00:35:50
bit, yeah,

00:35:51
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, yeah,

00:35:53
Tony: it's, um, I couldn't deny that.

00:35:56
Dr William Kalatsky: On some level, there's truth to that.

00:35:59
And I don't mean from a religious perspective. I mean,

00:36:01
just in life, like, I eat a bunch of bad food, I did

00:36:04
something, you know, and then I've got to turn it around. I

00:36:08
think that, um, there's a real but the great news is, we have

00:36:14
the opportunity to change it, and if we didn't hurt we

00:36:17
wouldn't take the time to change it either. So that's part of it.

00:36:22
Manon Bolliger: But I think here the issue for him, it's not so

00:36:26
obvious what he's done wrong. And when he went to Irish

00:36:31
Catholic, whatever, and he had to lie to the priest that he did

00:36:36
something wrong, because that's the only way you get forgiven.

00:36:39
That was the first wrong is to actually have to lie, because it

00:36:44
wouldn't be let out of the confessional box. So, yes, I

00:36:48
think it's the the tenants of that type of religion,

00:36:53
indoctrination, religion, yeah, that is so deeply embedded in

00:36:59
his psyche that what, whatever. Now he's looking for what he's

00:37:03
done wrong, though it's not evident what he's done wrong. In

00:37:07
fact, we still don't know

00:37:09
Dr William Kalatsky: Right, right? Well, I what I mean to

00:37:13
say is really our beliefs obviously create a lot of our

00:37:18
life. Our subconscious dictates our beliefs. So there's

00:37:22
something in the system that says, yeah, something needs to

00:37:25
be corrected, a frequency, a resonance, a something else. But

00:37:30
it doesn't mean wrong per se, like we have to have guilt over

00:37:34
it, but it does mean something's not right that needs to be fixed

00:37:38
when, if it's not right, it means wrong, but wrong doesn't

00:37:40
have to equate to guilt, right? No, it means it's like, if your

00:37:44
car is not running properly, something's wrong, but you don't

00:37:46
feel guilty about it. You just get it fixed, and then it's a

00:37:50
matter of, hopefully the right mechanic knows how to fix it

00:37:53
Tony: unless the oil and then it's your fault,

00:37:56
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, exactly, if you do it yourself,

00:37:58
if you change that's exactly. That's a different story. So

00:38:02
okay, so let's have you close your eyes again and go back to

00:38:05
judgment and feel this self judgment. I did something wrong.

00:38:18
Not sure what I did wrong. I think, I think I have an idea,

00:38:21
but is it right? I don't even know.

00:38:24
Tony: Yeah, I feel like I've got more space around it. I've got a

00:38:27
choice, and that's my choice. It's not there's actually nobody

00:38:31
standing over me, really, right?

00:38:35
Dr William Kalatsky: Yeah. So now, from a four out of 10,

00:38:38
where are we now? Like a three,

00:38:40
Tony: a three would be right. Actually, yeah, three, okay.

00:38:44
Unknown: Can it get lower than that? Is there still more room

00:38:46
for it to go down from there? When you think about judgment

00:38:50
and feel what judgment is like, I can go forward like I have a

00:38:55
with the choice. It allows you to make choices, and it reminds

00:38:58
me of The Truman Show, actually a little bit. Did you ever see

00:39:05
that movie? That's my favorite movie. Okay, well, it reminds me

00:39:06
of The Truman Show when he suddenly becomes aware, and he

00:39:06
says, Oh. And then he goes, All right, what does he have to do?

00:39:10
Take him out through the water, swim, almost drown, and then he

00:39:14
gets the solution, which is the door that's waiting. Yeah,

00:39:17
that's that's funny, because I just saw that, that movie in my

00:39:20
hard drive just an hour ago when I was cleaning up some space.

00:39:24
Oh, I love it. Yeah, it's one of the greats. It's Truman Show the

00:39:28
matrix. I mean, they're both, like, yearly watches for me, at

00:39:31
least, you know the way the waking up of those

00:39:35
Manon Bolliger: we're definitely living it.

00:39:37
Dr William Kalatsky: Yeah, we were living it before we Yeah,

00:39:44
you know, that's the thing. So okay, Tony, tell me about that

00:39:48
feeling now again of judgment. That was a three out of 10.

00:39:52
Where is it now?

00:39:57
Tony: Yeah, I definitely dropped down a notch. Give it a 2,

00:40:01
Dr William Kalatsky: right, And when there's awareness, there

00:40:03
can't be judgment very much, because you realize like, oh, I,

00:40:09
I just have things to do. It's not a lot of time. And even if

00:40:15
you think of the family now, you realize like, okay, that exists.

00:40:15
And it's almost comical in a way, you realize I, you know,

00:40:20
it's nothing, nothing I can do to change except make my life

00:40:23
better, right? So let's do this, by the way. How's your head

00:40:29
feeling? How is, how is the the the pain that was at normal that

00:40:33
would kick into an eight? How's that feeling? Yeah.

00:40:36
Tony: I mean, it's still there, obviously, but it's a 4, oh, I

00:40:39
would say, yeah. Okay, good.

00:40:41
Commercial Break: What would your life be like if you were

00:40:43
pain free? If you were one of the millions who suffer from

00:40:47
chronic pain? The thought of just one day without it may seem

00:40:52
impossible. This is often because conventional medicine

00:40:55
tends to fall short in the treatment of pain, opting to

00:40:59
prescribe pills or recommend surgery rather than getting to

00:41:02
the root cause of the problem. But if you are suffering with

00:41:05
emotional or physical pain, there is hope. Join the founder

00:41:43
Dr William Kalatsky: So here's what we're going to do. I'm

00:41:51
going to do what I call an installation. I'm going to take

00:41:54
you on a short guided meditation, or because of times

00:41:57
getting close, so I'm going to have you close your eyes again

00:42:01
before you do though. I'm going to ask you a few questions. Few

00:42:07
questions, and one of them is, if you could have anything in

00:42:07
your life right now that would make you feel good, what would

00:42:08
that be?

00:42:09
Tony: Oh, yeah, less getting rid of the pain.

00:42:13
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, so pain pain free, and maybe even

00:42:16
feeling good or pain free means feeling good.

00:42:21
Tony: Yeah.

00:42:22
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, what else? And the reason I'm asking

00:42:28
is because when I do the installation now that we have

00:42:31
this, as you said, that you notice the space inside that

00:42:34
space needs to be filled with something good, otherwise it

00:42:36
gets filled with something not good. So, you know, meaning, you

00:42:40
know, the TV news, the whatever, so, so when I ask you, pain free

00:42:44
is one thing, right? And that's, you know, that's obviously the

00:42:47
downside. So that's why I say what's feeling good would be the

00:42:50
other side or feeling normal, let's say feeling the way you

00:42:55
used to. So what else besides feeling good and pain free. What

00:43:02
else will be a value to you? What would make life better

00:43:07
outside of being pain free? Maybe $20 million in the bank?

00:43:15
Yeah, sure.

00:43:18
Tony: No, you know that's really, really okay, but it

00:43:21
wouldn't okay. 22 million, that's a good number. Okay?

00:43:31
Freedom you want, yeah, freedom, just, freedom, just to be able

00:43:35
to express myself freely and, oh, okay, great.

00:43:39
Unknown: Free Body of like, svelte, moving, Strong Body. He

00:43:44
used to be a boxer, yes.

00:43:46
Tony: Oh, wow, yeah. Back to my Yeah.

00:43:50
Unknown: Gusto journal, everything, yeah.

00:43:56
Dr William Kalatsky: Oh, but Tony. Give me more words. What's

00:43:58
that

00:43:59
Tony: I used to do, stand up comedy as well. Oh, wow, I'm

00:44:03
just such a miserable side on the stage somewhere.

00:44:08
Dr William Kalatsky: That humor that British. I'm assuming

00:44:13
you're British originally

00:44:14
Tony: the Irish, but I was born most of my life in England, so

00:44:18
I've got

00:44:19
Dr William Kalatsky: you sound more English, yeah, so, yeah,

00:44:22
yeah, that was thinking about the comedians, the you know, the

00:44:25
that you know, what to call it, but that, you know, judgy humor,

00:44:32
basically, yeah,

00:44:34
Tony: I had to have changed that a bit in Canada when I first

00:44:37
came it was like, Hey, okay, a little bit,

00:44:42
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, I know Seinfeld years ago. I don't

00:44:44
know what he's up to now, but he made a he did a talk saying that

00:44:49
comedy's dead because we're not allowed to make fun of anything

00:44:51
anymore. That's right, yeah. Oh, except for what's his name,

00:44:56
Chappelle. He doesn't hold back food. David Chapelle.

00:45:02
Manon Bolliger: Is he the guy who does the

00:45:05
Dr William Kalatsky: No, no, oh. David Chappelle you could find,

00:45:08
you know, you could find him on Netflix, if you have Netflix, if

00:45:11
you don't, you could find at least clips of it on YouTube.

00:45:15
He's really funny, and when he did his first special, I don't

00:45:20
know if it was his first, but his first Netflix special. The

00:45:23
websites, the review sites, said it was like a zero out of 100 It

00:45:27
was so bad, don't watch it. And then everyone watched it because

00:45:30
he's, well, okay. And it got 100 out of 100 and everyone loved

00:45:35
it. And it was just really super interesting how the critics

00:45:38
said, do not watch this. Yeah, yeah. And it's because he, you

00:45:42
know, doesn't hold back on anything. Oh, you I think you

00:45:45
two might enjoy it a little. Yeah, that sounds great. Yeah,

00:45:48
yeah. So, okay, so we got stand up comedy. We tell me about

00:45:51
being strong in your body, because I want it in your words.

00:45:55
So you're a boxer. What was that like for you? Having, you know,

00:45:58
feeling good like that.

00:46:00
Tony: Oh yeah, that. I mean, I feel very confident, like,

00:46:05
physically, but I, yeah, I just want to get more muscle mass and

00:46:10
just feel more, yeah, more like I feel like, in my mind when I

00:46:17
go back a little bit, but, you know, there's just that.

00:46:20
Strength, just natural, yeah, strength.

00:46:23
Dr William Kalatsky: How long ago was that? What the natural

00:46:28
strength?

00:46:35
Tony: 25 years ago, maybe. Okay,

00:46:40
Dr William Kalatsky: okay, good. Let's do it. Have you close your

00:46:43
eyes again. Just take a breath. I'm just going to start to

00:46:48
expand the field a little bit. You'll feel more space in your

00:46:51
head again. This just allows me to when I take you through this

00:46:55
guided meditation, it will allow me to install the frequencies

00:47:00
more easily. So what happens is, with the good frequencies, the

00:47:03
good feelings, we generate them ourselves, the bad ones get

00:47:06
stuck to us. It's almost like we have a trauma, and there's a

00:47:10
frequency created. It's like putting your hand up in front of

00:47:12
the mirror. The second you do it, there's another hand in the

00:47:15
mirror, and that hand is a light frequency. You're seeing

00:47:19
different patterns of light, and when you move your hand, it goes

00:47:21
away. So that's sort of like manifestation, and that's how

00:47:24
trauma appears. I call it Mano path, because we're creating

00:47:28
pathos versus manifest, where you have to be festive and so.

00:47:34
So right now, what we're going to do is start to install these

00:47:38
good feelings so your system resonates with that again. So

00:47:42
just take a breath in good and Tony. I just want for a moment

00:47:50
for you to imagine this. It's going to be a nonsensical kind

00:47:53
of story, just to distract your mind. Just imagine for a moment

00:47:58
that there is a knock at your door and there's a box waiting

00:48:03
for you, a large Amazon box, but this box is a different color.

00:48:10
It's a color you've never seen before. For an Amazon box,

00:48:15
you bring it inside, and when you open it, there's just one

00:48:20
note inside, and it says, get in the box. And normally you would

00:48:29
never get in the box because you're an out of the box kind of

00:48:32
guy, but something feels right about it. Sometimes there are

00:48:39
signs and messages that are meant for us, and this one was

00:48:43
delivered right to you. So you step in the box, and when you do

00:48:49
this light energy, this feeling, moves up through you, something

00:48:53
transformational, and you begin to shrink down into this box

00:48:58
like it's another world, another dimension. Just imagine for a

00:49:03
moment when you look around brick roads in all directions,

00:49:09
curving straight, all different colors, red, yellow, blue,

00:49:15
green, orange. You see them all gold, Violet, silver, purple,

00:49:24
and all of these different roads, you see people walking on

00:49:27
them, and you don't know a lot of them well, some you know, but

00:49:33
you can see their faces, and they're smiling at you, waving

00:49:37
at you, like they are so happy to see you. And you don't know

00:49:43
exactly know where you are, but it feels good. And above you

00:49:49
there's a screen, a TV screen, with your very face on it, and

00:49:55
you're looking at yourself with a smile from the screen. and

00:50:02
you say to yourself, take a look to your left and choose. And to

00:50:08
your left, you see all these street signs, and they say

00:50:12
different things, inner strength, feeling normal,

00:50:20
feeling good, pain, free, freedom. And you on the screen,

00:50:30
nod to yourself, and you take a handful of those signs, the ones

00:50:36
that are most important to you, and you just plug them right

00:50:39
into the brick road, the little slots that are waiting for them,

00:50:45
and when you do, the road lights up, and you feel it through your

00:50:50
feet. And now you know why everybody was smiling at you,

00:50:57
because you've just chosen your path, and you've lit it up with

00:51:00
exactly what you want in your life, and the screen with your

00:51:08
face on it tells you to start to walk. And when you walk, you

00:51:13
can't help but smile, because you feel these feelings of

00:51:16
freedom, inner strength, like it was 25 years ago, the way it

00:51:22
felt, that vibrance, that effortless energy, pain free.

00:51:32
And as you walk forward, there's Manon. You may even notice in

00:51:40
the distant family members coming and smiling at you, and

00:51:45
it makes you smile, because something is different, and it's

00:51:51
the way it would have been, and it's like you've almost stepped

00:51:56
into another world, another timeline, where you get to feel

00:52:00
this way again. Feel how good that feels to know you chose

00:52:05
this for yourself, and here you are. You realized you had a

00:52:10
choice and you made it. Sometimes it feels really good

00:52:15
to know you made it, and as you walk and feel this love from

00:52:22
your family, there's that screen again, smiling at you, letting

00:52:29
you know that that smiling happy face is only two weeks in the

00:52:36
future, And he tells you, just keep doing what you're doing,

00:52:43
feeling these good feelings, letting go freedom is just a few

00:52:50
weeks away. Feel how good it feels to hear that from

00:52:54
yourself, who's already been exactly through what you've been

00:52:58
through, knowing that you found a solution, even if you're not

00:53:06
certain of it yet, there's no one better to trust than your

00:53:10
future self who's already done it. It's like the big brother

00:53:15
you and he only gets there because of the choices you make

00:53:19
right now. You feel that feeling of, oh, wow, I could just take a

00:53:25
breath and let it out good. As you walk forward, you notice

00:53:33
this gated garden, and there's a doorman. He's got to be seven

00:53:38
feet tall, massive, and he looks at you and says, Welcome to the

00:53:45
garden, Tony. And he hands you a card. And the card says, Nobody

00:53:54
gets invited to this garden. You make it here on your own merits,

00:53:59
the work you've done, compassion and kindness you've had to

00:54:03
yourself and others, what you've been through when it all is just

00:54:10
right. You find the garden, and he opens the gate for you. When

00:54:17
you go inside, all of these happy people, some you know,

00:54:24
some you don't. Some have passed on already, but they are just so

00:54:27
thrilled that you're there for the very same reason. They know

00:54:31
you're only here if you were ready to be here. And after this

00:54:38
amazing welcome, the hugs, the love you feel. You can't help

00:54:43
but notice this beautiful tree in the middle of the garden,

00:54:47
little stone ring around it. You realize this tree is attached to

00:54:54
the earth, the leaves attached to the sky, almost like a

00:54:59
mountain. Massive antenna and a hard drive. It's in the cloud.

00:55:03
It's in the Earth's field. Has all of the information that the

00:55:07
Earth has been through, like a memory, and it can transmit all

00:55:14
that information as well the good and even the not so good,

00:55:19
but it has the record. So just put your hands on that tree for

00:55:24
just a few moments. Exchanges can happen quickly. Can clean

00:55:32
the programming for you fast. It can know what you're going

00:55:38
through and to run its little tree anti virus program,

00:55:45
cleaning some of the software and hardware for you feel what

00:55:51
that feels like To know you're exchanging this information with

00:55:55
nature. Good. You and you notice that beautiful reclining chair

00:56:08
looks like the most comfortable recliner you've ever seen behind

00:56:13
you. You can go over to it and have a seat, and when you lay

00:56:19
back on it, it bumps into something that you realize is

00:56:24
the wall of the inside of the box, and the box walls all fall

00:56:29
open. As you lean back, you're back in your home, and this

00:56:36
endless energy from this garden starts to flow through your life

00:56:41
in your home, as you feel that just do something we rarely do,

00:56:49
and just say thank you to your conscious mind for sticking with

00:56:54
you and helping figure things out, debating with you, Solving

00:56:59
things with you, bouncing ideas back and forth, talking to you,

00:57:06
just say thank you for that, then say thank you to your

00:57:13
subconscious mind for building these boundaries to protect you,

00:57:19
feeling that it's been here for you, and even though it's doing

00:57:23
its best to protect you, it didn't know that it can also let

00:57:29
go and open up these restrictions. So just say thank

00:57:33
you, subconscious mind, for all this amazing protection. You did

00:57:36
your best, and thank you now for dissolving these boundaries and

00:57:41
gates so that way I can create the life I want for myself now,

00:57:50
and thank you higher self for keeping me young, spirited and

00:57:54
sparkly and inspired, and giving me these great ideas, making

00:57:59
smart choices, even choices that didn't seem smart at the time,

00:58:06
but boy, I get to learn some cool things. And Thank you

00:58:11
universe for the vibrations, the frequencies, the formulas, the

00:58:15
rules that we get to learn to use to navigate our lives. And

00:58:21
thank you, God for putting me right here, right now. Make this

00:58:25
the best life ever. Just feel all those gratitudes in your

00:58:30
heart, all those levels of thankfulness for consciousness.

00:58:33
Just feel how good it feels to even know that you can feel

00:58:36
thankful. What a gift you know, gratitude so nice, because while

00:58:44
you're feeling thankful, you're giving thanks, you're giving and

00:58:47
feeling at the same time. So it becomes like an engine, like a

00:58:51
vortex of gratitude. Feel how good that feels. Just really

00:58:57
feel it in your whole body. The more you feel it, the more you

00:59:03
generate gratitude, which attracts more reasons to have

00:59:06
gratitude. Just feeling that when you're ready, just take a

00:59:12
deep breath in bring that back here with you, and you can open

00:59:18
your eyes.

00:59:27
How are you doing Tony? Feel a little more here, a little more

00:59:35
ease.

00:59:36
Tony: Yeah,

00:59:36
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah, right. We have to install a new

00:59:41
resonance like that. So how's your mind feel? How's your head

00:59:45
feel?

00:59:50
Tony: I feel pretty present with the world Yeah, present, good,

00:59:55
yeah, good.

00:59:57
Dr William Kalatsky: So here's your homework. It's very simple.

00:59:58
There's two homeworks. I'm going to give you one now. I call it

01:00:04
ringing the bell. You actually mentioned ringing a bell

01:00:06
earlier, which I thought was good. I call it ringing the bell

01:00:09
because when you ring a bell, you hit it once with a little

01:00:11
hammer, and then it rings. And you just listen to it as it

01:00:15
fades out of the room. And so what you're going to do is

01:00:18
choose something from this guided meditation that you

01:00:22
really felt good about. And in your mind, you're just going to

01:00:25
choose it. And then just in your mind for a moment, imagine

01:00:28
you're ringing a bell on that feeling. And then just let the

01:00:32
feeling go and close your eyes just for another 29 seconds, and

01:00:36
just let that feeling move through you like a vibration,

01:00:40
and then let it go right? And what we're doing is we're and

01:00:43
you're going to do that. To do that at least three times a day.

01:00:44
Is, let's call it as often as you eat or more. And what you're

01:00:47
going to do is you're going to start to change the default

01:00:50
emotions in your system to these emotions that you enjoy. And

01:00:56
when you do that, you don't go to the others. It becomes

01:01:00
something where your brain starts changing shape and

01:01:02
saying, oh, that's the place I want to be, right? It's just

01:01:06
reminder. It's just reminders, and it starts to change the

01:01:09
neurology for you. So that's going to be homework number one.

01:01:15
Homework number two is actually a chat GPT homework, if you use

01:01:18
that and if you do not yet, okay, or maybe never. I call it

01:01:23
my epic success story. And basically, you would talk in the

01:01:27
chat GPT about your life a little bit, tell it things

01:01:30
you've been through, things you've overcome, and what you

01:01:33
want to happen in your life. And then you press the voice button,

01:01:36
and it tells it to you in a past tense, as if it's already

01:01:39
happened. So that means you're recalling it, and you're easily

01:01:44
able to feel it, and it feels kind of epic, because you're

01:01:47
saying it in a way, as if it's an award ceremony, or you're

01:01:49
being written up in your favorite magazine for all your

01:01:52
accomplishments. And it's quite beautiful, because when you hear

01:01:55
the story being told about you and somebody else's voice, you

01:01:59
start to resonate with it and go, Wow, that's me. And so it's

01:02:03
a nice exercise. And then what you do is you have to copy the

01:02:06
text, because if you don't chat, GPT will invariably change it

01:02:10
when you ask it to do it again for you. So you always want to

01:02:15
be able to paste it in fresh make subtle changes. Oh, I

01:02:15
really like the fact that I'm one of the biggest

01:02:17
philanthropists in this space, and I give 1% of my income, over

01:02:21
$5 million a year to these charities that I support, you

01:02:25
know. And so when you and I give you the instructions, I'll send

01:02:27
it to you and and then next time, maybe you say, You know

01:02:31
what, I want to I want to be a part of this work effort. I want

01:02:36
to be a part of this and do this and grow in this way. And then

01:02:39
you add that to the story as if it's already happened, okay? And

01:02:43
it's a nice it's a nice way to change your inner feelings,

01:02:48
okay, and that you can play for yourself as often as you want.

01:02:51
To recommend it once a day, because the more you listen, you

01:02:54
say this part doesn't resonate with me anymore. Let me change

01:02:56
that part, and then you change that part, and it starts to kind

01:03:00
of get clearer and clearer, and you align with it in a beautiful

01:03:03
way.

01:03:05
Tony: Yeah,

01:03:06
Dr William Kalatsky: yeah. We find good uses for chat. GPT,

01:03:13
okay, do you have any questions for me?

01:03:15
Tony: No, I don't actually, no.

01:03:16
Dr William Kalatsky: Okay, good. So what I'm going to do is, I'm

01:03:19
going to, I'll send my Manon message later, just to check in

01:03:21
see how you're doing, and that'll be tonight. I'll check

01:03:25
in, and then I'll send you another message tomorrow. I'll

01:03:27
send you the chat GPT homework, either late tonight or tomorrow,

01:03:32
right?

01:03:32
Tony: Okay, sounds good.

01:03:34
Manon Bolliger: And then, just for our audience, the name of

01:03:36
your book, again,

01:03:37
Dr William Kalatsky: because, my book, my book is called the

01:03:41
intuition method, and this book has a lot of the a lot of the

01:03:47
exercises in it to get you to become more sensitive to energy,

01:03:51
seeing auras, feeling things, just an understanding of how the

01:03:55
mind and consciousness work on different levels. So we can have

01:03:56
more fun while we're here, do more things.

01:03:59
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, that was a fantastic meditation.

01:04:03
Dr William Kalatsky: Oh, thank you.

01:04:03
Manon Bolliger: Yeah, I joined it. I couldn't help Oh, good,

01:04:06
good, good. A little bit of what my

01:04:08
Dr William Kalatsky: yes I was gonna say. When I do large

01:04:11
groups, I leave out much more that I let people's minds fill

01:04:15
in a lot more blanks, because otherwise I end up saying the

01:04:18
word he and, of course, there are women in the room, so I have

01:04:21
to kind of make it they or, you know, leaving it more broad,

01:04:24
Manon Bolliger: but it worked.

01:04:25
Dr William Kalatsky: Oh, good. All right,

01:04:27
so I'll check in with the two of you later. It's great to see

01:04:29
you.

01:04:29
Manon Bolliger: Thank you.

01:04:30
Tony: Thank you so much,

01:04:31
Dr William Kalatsky: You're welcome. My pleasure. Okay,

01:04:33
okay, bye. Bye.
