I’ve come to see that support is not something we wait for. It’s something we intentionally open ourselves to. As I sat with Juliet Creary, we explored what it means to receive support, cultivate meaningful connections, and remember that none of us is meant to carry life alone. If you’ve been holding everything together, wondering where your own support might come from, I hope this conversation offers a gentle reminder that connection often begins with a simple hello, an honest conversation, or the willingness to let someone walk beside you. My invitation is to notice where you might be ready to reconnect, receive, and remember that your journey was never meant to be traveled in isolation.
What This Conversation Reveals:
- The quiet strength of allowing yourself to be supported
- Intentional connection in a world that often feels disconnected
- Friendship, community, and the courage to ask for help
- The stories women carry, celebrate, and heal through together
- Small acts of connection that create belonging and purpose
