Melissa Deally:

Welcome back to the Impact Makers podcast. I am Melissa Deely,

Billie:

and I am Billy Adme, and this is where one spark can become infinite impact. And we have a very, very special guest today. This beautiful guest is my daughter, Amirin Admisawa. She is our first child that we have had on our podcast, and I am so proud of her. So welcome, welcome, welcome, Miss Amirin.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Hello.

Melissa Deally:

We are so excited to have you here, Amirin, and let me introduce you to the audience. Amirin Admisawa is a bright young voice with a genuine passion for learning about the unconscious mind and discovering how it shapes our thoughts, feelings, and everyday experiences. From a young age, she has enjoyed applying these principles in her own life and sharing them with her friends, inspiring confidence, kindness, and a positive outlook wherever she goes, an author, a dancer, and lifelong learner, Amiri loves expressing herself through creativity, movement, and meaningful conversations. Her natural curiosity, warm heart, and joyful spirit shine through in everything she does. Known for her compassionate and caring nature, Amiri leaves with love, empathy, and light. She believes every person has unique gifts to share with the world, and she enjoys encouraging others to believe in themselves and reach their full potential. Following in her mommy's footsteps, Amiri is dedicated to helping others grow, learn, and discover the incredible power within their own unconscious mind, through her words, her actions, and her example, she hopes to inspire children and families to live with confidence, purpose, love, and light. So, Amirin, you've accomplished a lot in your nine short years here, and I understand that you are currently writing a book, and I would love for you to share with us about that book and why you want to write it.

Billie:

And before you even start, Amirin, I have to say that we're also welcoming Bunny and Pillow to the show as well, so we can't forget Bunny and Pillow. All right, go ahead, Amirin.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I'm doing it because I want to share something called the Sun Strategy, like with the world. So we can get like all the hate and like the frustration out of here. So then you can change the world. Hope everybody reads my book.

Billie:

I think a lot of people are going to read your book, Mirin, and I love that you understand the concept of such a simple thing that you know we don't have to be in frustration or hate or anger, and that we can instantly pop out of it. So why don't you tell us some examples, or maybe about one time when you were-we call it stinky mood, right? When we're in stinky mood, when you were in stinky mood, that you used the sun strategy to help you get out of

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: it. I actually just didn't like bite before the podcast because I thought I was gonna miss it, so I was sad, and then my you, my mom helped me do it, and now I'm happy.

Melissa Deally:

And you are-that's a beautiful smile you have on your face. And while you were sad about missing the podcast, we're also very happy and proud of you for how much it meant to you to come on this podcast and share this information with the world and let other listeners know that this work isn't just for adults; it's also for children, and that children can use these tools each and every day. So, how long did it take you to do your sun strategy today, and for you to be able to get out of your sad mood about thinking you were missing the podcast to having that beautiful smile on your face again?

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Sun strategy took like five minutes, but like I was still a little bit sad, but it took like me like maybe like another 10 minutes, and then I like forgot all about it.

Billie:

Yeah, yeah, and sometimes it can be just a really quick, instant change, and sometimes it takes longer depending on how long we're in our emotions, right? And you know, I know. I'm going to share this with the audience too. That you made a frequency chart, and you know that when you know we're down here in our frequency and it's really low, that we don't feel good, right? And then when we're up here in our higher frequency, then it feels good, right? Can you explain? A little bit what you know about frequency and yearned.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: It's kind of like the growth mindset, I guess. And like the growth mindset is when like you have to be like like I can do this. I'll never give up. I'm capable. And then what's it called? A secondly

Billie:

closed mindset. Closed mindset

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: is like, I give up. I cannot do this. I'm so bad at this, like and stuff like that.

Billie:

So, in your mind, how does that relate to frequency then?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Like the growth mindset is like the top, and then the clothes mindset is like the bottom.

Billie:

So when you're in the higher frequencies, does that feel better or does that feel worse?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Better when I'm higher.

Billie:

Why do you think it's better when it's higher?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Because like you're happy and it's good emotions settle like angry and disappointed and frustration and stuff.

Billie:

Yeah. So if we get into those lower emotions, the frequency lowers, which is why it doesn't feel good, right? And when we're happy and and joyful and loving and caring, then it's higher frequency that makes our body it makes our body feel better, right?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Yeah.

Billie:

Right. Good job. Good job, Amirin. Okay, so I know we've been talking a lot about the sun strategy, which sometimes people in our audience don't even know what that is. We know it because we teach it and we do it. Can you walk us through exactly what the sun strategy does and how it works?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: The first step is you take a couple breaths and get all like your stinky mood and all your bad stuff and your bad energy. Then you make it into a ball, and then you find the sun outside, and then you and then you throw it into the sun, and then. then you think of your superhero and you want it disintegrate, and then you take all your superhero's like thoughts and stuff, and you put it into yourself, and then like and yeah, he's now, and it's gone, and then he's happy.

Billie:

Right. Okay. So I love that you said that you watch you you gather it all up and you make it into like a little poo poo ball, right? All the the garbage movie, the stinky mood, and then you throw it out into the sun and watch it disintegrate and burn up, and then you think about your superhero. So, who's your superhero, Mirin?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: You.

Billie:

Oh, you're so sweet. So, what are the qualities that you see in your superhero that you want to bring into your body? Rave

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: will never upset. a spiritual, um, strong, sweet, kind, and pretty.

Billie:

Oh, thank you. And so you know, something like we always tell people that all the qualities that you see in me, or whoever your superhero is, the only reason you see those qualities is because they're already in you, right, Amirin? So you know all those qualities: you're brave, you're spiritual, you're kind, all those you're you're pretty, strong and sweet, strong and sweet, is because all those qualities are in you as well, right? And so you can bring those qualities in in you, and we snap it, just like lock it in, like sound Tupperware makes, and then we feel better. Awesome.

Melissa Deally:

And so, do you remember how old you were, Amir, and when you learned the sun strategy,

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I was five.

Melissa Deally:

Wow! And you're nine now, so you've been practicing that for four years, and you're so good at it that you actually taught it at one of our trainings last year. Do you remember that?

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Yeah.

Melissa Deally:

In fact, you were in the background listening to one of our students in the training during our morning check-in with our students, and this one lady was struggling with things that were coming up for her, which our trainings are designed to do because we want to help people release things. And you heard her, and you actually suggested to your mom, I think she might need a sun strategy, and so then Billy said to you, "You're right. Would you like to come and teach it? And you did, and we love that you taught it, and you taught it so beautifully, and you've shared it here so beautifully, and we love the fact that you're doing that because it shows our. Listeners and it shows our students that what we're teaching isn't just for adults; it is absolutely for children too, and that children can do this. None of what we teach is rocket science. Literally, we can teach this to kindergarteners. You were five when you learned this, and how do you? This may be a difficult question for you. However, I just want to ask it: How do you think your life would be different if you didn't have this tool to use to help you get out of your stinky mood?

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I'll probably be grumpy for like the whole day. Like if I was upset in the morning or like something, I'd probably be still upset till like the night.

Billie:

Yeah, I

Melissa Deally:

think

Billie:

you can get out of stinky mood quicker, right? Because stinky moods are going to happen, right? Mama gets into stinky mood. Melissa gets in stinky mood. You know, your brother gets in stinky mood. Everybody can get into stinky mood. Even Maddox, the dog, gets into stinky mood sometimes, right? And so stinking woods are going to happen. However, it's our choice of how long we stay in stinky mood, right? And for you, you know that too. That sometimes you'd like to stay in stinking mood longer, and it's okay. Sometimes mummy stays in stinky mood longer, but it's a choice, right? And so, if if someone were to ask you, Amirin, why should I use the sun strategy? What would you say to them?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: You get grumpy a lot because if you do, then you should definitely use it because you don't want to stay grumpy your whole life, and you're lost out on all the fun. No one would want to like play with you or see you. You're just gonna stay home bumpy all day.

Billie:

Yeah, I love that you said that. You're gonna miss out on life, right? Because if we stay on stinking mode, and you know that we call it Victim Island, if you stay on Victim Island, it's an island and it's lonely and it's not fun. And where do we want to be? You remember?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I am Solution City.

Billie:

Yeah, because why? Solution City so much more fun, right? It's got roller coasters, and it's got sushi restaurants, and it's got all the

Melissa Deally:

front properties.

Billie:

So tell us about what your Solution City looks like, Amirin. What do you do on Solution City,

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: it's like kind of like there's a bunch of buildings, and then there's like 50. I mean, it's named Punch.

Billie:

Wow! And let me guess, all the roller coasters let you go on them, right? You're not sure, yeah.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: But babies can't go on the ones that do loopy loops.

Billie:

Okay, yeah, that's that's not safe.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: And like everything, like the people that are in grumpy mood, they like they're not allowed to do any of the fun stuff. So then the police say you have one day to get into the good mood, or we're gonna send you back to make the mile in

Billie:

Oh, we have police on Solution City. Okay, I like that. And the and the police, I think, what you're insinuating there, Miran, is when you're in community, then other people can help you get back your frequency high up, right? Because nobody wants to stay get get sucked down into the negative energies, right? And I know we have a code word for that. What's our code word?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Love bird.

Billie:

Yeah, and I think people can create love birds or code words, whatever their word they want to choose, is to remind them that when we're on Victim Island, it's not fun, and that we don't want to take everybody with us on Solution City and take everybody to Victim Island with us. And so, having a code word that reminds us to increase our frequency and our emotions, then it's just going to be more fun and joyful for everybody. Yeah.

Melissa Deally:

So, Amirin, you were with us on a cruise earlier this year, and your mom and I were speaking on stage as the keynote speakers. And you came up at the end of our presentation, and you shared one of your favorite sayings with us and with the entire audience, and I would love for you to share that here. Do you remember what it was?

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Tell the negative committee inside your head to sit down and zip it.

Billie:

Yeah, love that. And I remember that was a TikTok that we did together. I think three years ago, and I think you started learning about the sun strategy when you were six, Samiran, because you're oh maybe you were five, but you know one of these TikToks came up, one of our posts, and I want to talk about it because it was so powerful. And this was like three years ago. Remember the the telescope? Do you remember I asked you a question that if you could. Invent something? What would that be? Can you remember? Can you remind our audience, or do you remember what that all is all about? And share that here.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Yeah. So you buy two telescopes, and then you get white powder, and you put it in one of the. You make like white powder, and you put it in one of the telescopes, and then it sucks like all the all the anger and stuff into the like in to the powder, and then the powder turns red, and then the green one, like I think it was green powder, and then it shoots out like happiness and stuff, and like joy,

Billie:

you know,

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: like all the emotions.

Billie:

And then what?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: And then everybody, and then you make one in each country,

Billie:

and then eventually,

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: the world will change. Yeah,

Billie:

kind of like our globe here, right? It lights up, and if you think about it, I just realized this, Samiran. It's kind of like the sun strategy, right? Those that analogy is kind of like the sun strategy. You take the white powder and you shoot it out, and you suck up all the negative energy, and you it turns red, and so it kind of takes it and buries it, and then you shoot out the green powder, and and I'm wearing green today. Look at that! And you shoot out the green powder, and that spreads the joy and happiness and the light in the world, and which is kind of like the sun strategy because you're bringing all that in into your heart. Yeah, how cool! You kind of had your own version of the sun strategy yourself. If you were to invent a machine that was called the sun strategy, well done.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: It's like a robot that does the sun strategy for you. Yeah, that's right. I love that, Amirian. You're such a big thinker, and as we said in your

Melissa Deally:

your bio, that you know you really care about not just yourself. You care about your friends and your family and the whole world, and you want to bring love and joy and happiness to the whole world. You have such a big heart. I don't know how it fits inside your little tiny body. So I would love for you to share too, because I know that you share this with your friends. Can you share a time where you helped one of your friends get out of stinky mood, or just feel better, or raise their frequency because of how you embody this in your own life.

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: One time, I singed it with my friend Isla, or might have been my friend Maisie. She was sad, and then I told her I think about the sun strategy, and she didn't want to do it, so I made a funny show for her, and then she started laughing, and she was happy. I

Billie:

love that. That reminds me of the the bucket filler book. Remember that? That you can go around and fill people's buckets, and when you're filling someone's bucket with joy, then it fills your bucket automatically. Do you remember that book? Yeah, yeah, it's contagious, right? We can be nice to people, right? And we can sometimes with people in stinky mood. I know you said this at the beginning that you know today you asked me to help you, but sometimes we're so deep into stinky mood, or we're so stuck in Victim Island that it we can't see the way out, and that's why community and having people, friends, family, your parents, your siblings is important to teach this to, so that you can say, "Hey, I'm I can't get stuck out of getting I'm stuck in in stinky mood right now. Can you help me? And I love that you come to me and help. And I'm going to let the audience know that you know there's been a time when Mama's been in stinky mood, and you have actually helped me get out of that. Remember? And I felt so good because you know life sometimes can be hard. It's not life is not rainbows and unicorns and and lollipops all the time because we know that anytime something challenging happens is because we're meant to grow and and evolve and grow over that, right? So I love that you can help people. So Amir, what's if someone's listening to this? Like, say there's a a child that's listening and is wondering, like, could this work for me? What would you say to them?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I would say totally, because it can work for anybody. Just if you're in a stinky mood, just ask someone for help if you don't know how to do it very good. What I do sometimes is I ask my guardian angel for help.

Billie:

Ooh, talk more about that. What do you ask for?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I say, did I get like like when I'm getting all the stinky mood out? I say, like, are you sure that's all the stinky mood? Won't you like when we get a little. Bit more because I think there's still some left.

Billie:

I love that. Now I want to have a second question to that, Amir, and I know we've talked about guardian angels, and sometimes we we forget about our guardian angels. So if there's someone that says, "I don't know if I have a guardian angel, how can you help that person?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: So, like you did for me, I think you said close your eyes and imagine that you're stranded on an island, and then imagine a like a person and they just come like on a boat and they save you. I think that's what you did.

Billie:

I think what you're talking about our hypnosis session, right? We did some hypnosis, then we went on a little boat ride to an island, right?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: And my guardian angel has

Unknown:

penguins.

Unknown:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I call them Poppy and the Penguins.

Billie:

Yeah. yeah. And so, what would you say to a child or even an adult? Because sometimes adults need reminders about their guardian angel and why it's important to connect with them.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Because, like in the book, the little soul in the sun, like God sends the guardian angel to protect you, and you don't remember because like you forget everything when you go into the world, and then where did I pick up the word?

Billie:

Yeah, and then the guardian angel is always with you, and sometimes you forget because life happens, and then we forget that our guardian angel is always there.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Yeah, but what I did, I made a drawing of my guardian angel and I shung it up in my bed.

Billie:

Yeah, that's a greater reminder because again, we sometimes forget all the the cool you know angels and guardians and and the guides that we have around us, and I love that you even know about all that kind of stuff, Amirin, because a lot of kids don't even know that they have these types of protective people that are around us, and it's not just the people in a body around you that there's always people around you to protect you, and as long as you stay open and believe, you know in them, then they will always be there to protect you. You know whether you see them or not, right? Yeah, I'm so proud of you, Miran. And what do you? I'm going to ask one more question. Well, Melissa, I know you might have another question, but I know you know in your bio you we talk about the unconscious mind a lot, so I want to ask you what do you think the unconscious mind is, and why is it so important?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: So your unconscious mind is like the spiritual mind, and it's important because without it you wouldn't like probably. I wouldn't like a. I would forget about my guardian angel a lot, and it's just really important because now, like how you do hypnosis with being conscious mind.

Billie:

Yeah, it's the doorway into so much more, right? And we want to stay connected to it because that's where our guardian angels live, and all that kind of stuff. So that's awesome,

Melissa Deally:

and it's also the home of our imagination, which you are so good at using. And that's why you can invent incredible telescopes to bring happiness to the whole world. And it's also why it's very easy for children to be able to learn these techniques that we teach. And one other thing that I want to say, Marin, is that I'm so proud of you because you're so aware of your emotions. And so often in society, we're taught to just ignore our emotions or push them down, etc. And instead, you've been taught to pay attention to your emotions because you know they're messengers and how to manage them. If you're in stinky mood, you can do your son's strategy. You've also done some other things too. I've heard stories like coming in and saying, "Mom, I just want to go and scream into my pillow. Do you remember that? And you don't scream into the pillow that you sleep on because you don't want to put all that negative energy there. You go get another pillow and you just scream and punch it or whatever you do as another way that you can release that emotion that's filling you up, so that it's not you know keeping you in stinky mood or keeping you stuck, right? Yeah.

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: One time, what I did with my dad in kindergarten, like before I knew the sun strategy, like I was taught, like you want to be in the green zone because like that's the good zone. So then my dad got me a bunch of. Foods and like and I ate them and I felt better.

Billie:

Yeah, I remember one time you asked me for a carrot, and I asked you why do you want a carrot? Yeah, because you know you needed something in your mouth and you were aware, and you knew I wouldn't give you a lollipop, so you asked for a carrot, which was very smart.

Melissa Deally:

And then you could bite down on it, and you could let that aggression or tension go. So congratulations to you, Amirin, because you have embraced this work and come so far in such a short time in your life, and the fact that you're now wanting to teach it to your friends, and you're writing a book to share this with the world. Do you have a title for your book yet, or not yet?

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Not yet.

Melissa Deally:

Not yet. And do you know yet when you think your book might be finished so you can get it published?

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I think maybe September.

Billie:

Yeah, we're gonna we're aiming to have it done the first week of September. She's she's actually typing it out on the computer herself.

Melissa Deally:

Oh, good for you! And that's September 2026 for those listeners who might be listening to this after that. And once the book is out, we will also include that in. We'll come back and put it in this podcast show notes so people can access the book.

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: The podcast again,

Billie:

you might come maybe podcast again. I know you want to take our training, and I think you said you want to wait till you're 13, right? I have a feeling you might do it earlier, because you're so advanced already with what you know at nine years old, and you've already been learning this for a few years, and you heard mommy teach it all the time. So I think you might actually take it earlier, and you know people can take these trainings earlier. You don't have to be an adult and have a business and do it, become a practitioner. We call these things life skills, and as you, for the audience, can hear, you know, not only has it allowed me to be a better mother, it's allowed my children to be happier. It's allowed me to be happier, and it just allows a lot more happiness because we know that there's so many pressures of life, there's so many pressures of parenting, and the more that we can arm our children with these tools that they can take control of their own life, and that we don't have to take responsibility for their emotions. That they are also responsible for their emotions because we teach empowerment, and the only person that has control. And I know Amir, and you've heard me say this because you know sometimes siblings fight, and and you know we think, oh, so and so did this and it made me sad and we also know that it's the thought of what the person did that makes you sad and the only person that has control of your thoughts is who Amir exactly nobody else has control of your thoughts not even me I can't tell you how to think right and so we know that we have so much control over ourselves because it's our own thought process, and as and if you have all these beautiful tools and techniques, it just makes it easier to communicate what our emotions are and what our things are. And I know you talked about the little soul of the sun, Amirin. I want to speak to that for a moment because I know we'll put that in the show notes for anybody

Billie:

listening, that it's a book by Neale Donald Walsch called "The Little Soul in the Sun. It's a beautiful book, and it talks a lot about wanting to go down and experience emotions and experience life down here. So, if someone, for example, wants to experience forgiveness, then what happens? Amirin, do you remember?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Yeah, there's this other soul that like does something really bad, and she like says, "I will forget everything and stuff, and then she does something bad, so the other little soul can experience what it's like to forgive. Exactly,

Billie:

and then the little that little soul also reminded him that when I'm doing this really bad thing to you, you have to remind me that I'm also your friend because I might forget that I came down here to help you in this, but I had to lower. Remember this frequency, right? I had to lower my frequency so much to do this bad thing to you that I might forget that I'm also a beautiful little soul, and I don't know if you remember the last word, you know the line of the book Amirin, but it's my favorite line that God says that He sends you nothing but angels, and I know you are my my sweet sweet little angel, Amirin. I know I am definitely so blessed and grateful that God chose me to be your mom because you are a beautiful beautiful light in this world, and I'm so excited to see all that you're going to do in your life. I want to say thank you for being brave. I know this is a big deal being on a podcast and talking, and you know, especially at your age, and being open and courageous and wise enough to share what you know at such a young age with the world and everybody around you. So I love you so much, and I'm so proud of you, honey.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: I love you,

Melissa Deally:

and I I want to say thank you to Amirin, and this is the Impact Makers podcast. And the guests that we have on this show are people that are making an impact in the world. And whether you realize it or not, you are already making an impact in the world just by teaching this to your friends and talking about it at school. And I know that you will continue to do that and go on and have great impact in the world. So, thank you for being the amazing Amirin that you are, and to our audience as well. Thank you for tuning in and being inspired by the impact makers that we have come on the show. And I hope that you know you would like to come on this show at some point and share your impact story. And if so, reach out to us

Billie:

at the end. If and if you know of certain children that may want to hear this and that they may inspire, whether it's the parents or the children that will be inspired by hearing Amir and talk, then please share it. And Amir, I have one last question for you. What does making an impact mean to you?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Changing the world.

Billie:

Oh, I love that.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Can I tell you something?

Billie:

Yes.

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: One time in school, like this year, we did something in my class called. It's in French, but it's called Like gratitude circle, and um, like is something that you're grateful for, or like some something you're proud of. And I said, I'm proud of my mom and her business partner for making girls matter.

Melissa Deally:

Aww, thank you, thank you so much, Ameeran.

Billie:

Girls Matter is our nonprofit that helps girls in Africa stay in school and prevent teenage marriages. Which you know, this is going to be Amirin's chapter in our book called "Empowered: The Journey from Victim Island to Solution City, and we love that you know she is going to be not just helping people here, but helping girls halfway around the world stay in school and you know get basic education that we know here a lot of the kids take for granted and we take for granted because it's just something that's so readily available. So thank you for bringing that up.

Melissa Deally:

And every chapter pays for a year of a girl's education, and Amirin is using her own money to pay for her chapter in the book. So she is helping keep a girl in school somewhere around the world. So again, making beautiful impact in the world, Amirin. Thank you. And

Billie:

her brother is matching her donation, and the dog is also donating a little bit of money in it too. So it's a family chapter, and we're so I'm I'm just so honored and blessed to have you as my children. I'm I feel

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: very donating $1.

Billie:

Yeah, Maddox is donating $1. Yes. Well, thank you, Amirin. Any last words, or how did how does it feel to to be our first podcast guest as a child? And what it's your first podcast, so how do you feel?

Billie:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Feels like I'm getting a world record.

Billie:

Yes, yeah, beautiful, and you're gonna have a lot, many, many more to come, I'm sure.

Melissa Deally:

Thank you all for being here. Been wonderful to have you on the show, Amarin, as our first child podcast guest, and sharing all of the wisdom that you have shared with us today.

Melissa Deally:

Ameeran Aadmi Sawa: Thank you.

Billie:

Love you.
