Welcome to the trailer episode of the Impact Makers podcast. I am Melissa Deely,

and I am Billy Adme, and this is where one spark can create infinite impact. We are so excited as we are rebranding our podcast from Clear the Screen. It was all about anxiety, where anxiety ends and abundance begins, and now we realize we're at the next level. Now you know we've we've managed all that. Now it's about sparking our own light, and now how do we impact others? And this is how the Impact Makers podcast came about. You know, and long story short, I mean it's 2026. So whenever you're listening to this, and it's been the fire horse year, and we know that this energy has been potent. I have been doing lots of opening up of the portals and just accessing all this beautiful wisdom that is really just at our fingertips. And during the summer solstice, this image this came through me that you know let's create something like a mothership where we can all come together to help amplify our impact in the world. As you guys know, our academy is called Amplify Impact, and this is that next level. Now, how do we amplify our impact in the world? And the Impact Maker Alliance was born, and what this alliance is all about is just that-an alliance. You know, the world is a very lonely place, as connected as we are right now with social media and and the internet and and all this beautiful technology. Unfortunately, it's left a lot of us feeling alone, and loneliness is like an epidemic on the planet right now, and I believe this is the answer to it. And what the alliance is all about is, you know, the people out there that are making an impact as people come through our school and they and they get trained in all these beautiful modalities, and they're out there. It's lonely. Entrepreneurship is lonely. It's difficult. There's so much to know when it comes to business and and algorithms and systems and all these things and and so many goodies to wear for one person. Exactly. And why can't we just create a mothership where we can all put

all our skills and all our gifts and everything that we are good at all in one place and share it, as opposed to me having to be good at every single thing, and then Melissa has to be good at every single thing. And you know, Melissa's good at what she's done. Does I'm good at what I do. And how about we come together and have this massive collaboration of light workers, of impact makers, of the people that are out there that are doing what we call the great work, right? That are out there sparking, you know, they're not first of all their own light, and then helping others find their light. And this is really how this this whole thing came about. And I know we're so excited because you know we're launching what we're calling the impact renaissance, right? It's this it's this reevolution of how do we do business

in the world, right, Melissa? Absolutely. And with that, we are building and creating the impact economy. And the impact economy is where we recognize that when we focus on being of service to others, that allows us to create impact. And when we are living our mission and creating impact, we can also live in abundance because we are using our innate skills and talents to do what we do best. And when all of that is in alignment, we can create both impact and abundance. And in the current economy, it's all very transactional, and it's all focused only on money and what's in it for me and how much do I get, etc. etc. And we people, you know, live in that economy, and they know they need to pay the rent, and they also know they want to have an impact. And the programming is that you can't do both unless you're super wealthy. And the reality is, is that each and every single one of us can do both, and through the Impact Maker Alliance, that is what we are creating. This beautiful impact economy, where it's this and that, as opposed to this or that. We all come together, as Billy said, in this collaboration, bringing all of our tools and resources together, and sharing it widely, and creating a massive ripple effect across the world. And then this podcast is where we will be having interviews with people that are doing just that-that they are creating impact across the world, and we'll also be having the stories of the authors in our empowered book from Victim Island to Solution City, our first book came out in 2025, and it's a fundraiser for Girls Matter and help helping keep girls in school in Africa. Our nonprofit and every chapter pays for a year of a girls' education. And we record those stories through this podcast. So each and every episode you listen to here will be full of inspiration, full of hope, full of stories of people overcoming difficult times in their life, and now how they are serving and helping others,

because you see, we we all have special gifts. We all have been given innate wisdom and gifts that we are meant to share with others during our lifetime. Here, you know, our soul is meant to evolve, and as soon as we're born, it's almost like we forget it all. We forget what our mission was. We forget what our purpose is, and then all these unfortunately limiting beliefs and negative emotions, and all these things that society and every family and school and everything puts on top of us, and it's almost like our light gets dimmed. And you've heard us say many times that we have to start with self first, and we have to identify what our own limiting beliefs are, our own blocks, because we have to uncover our own light first, and then can we shine our light for others? And you know, some of you know my story, and I'll touch on it really quick here. That you know, I went to school to be a teacher. I loved teaching, except when I I didn't know at the time that my core limiting belief was that I was powerless, and that need that my soul needed was not getting it from being a teacher, because I didn't feel it, and you know the universe will always send you in the direction that your soul is meant to go. And I got you know directed towards policing because again I needed the power, and even though consciously I wanted to you know give back and serve and protect and and do good in the world, underneath it all, I loved the power. I needed the power because I felt so powerless. I felt, you know, I needed to fight for justice because I felt so, you know, so that I didn't have life wasn't fair growing up. Right, I had a lot of double standard because being a girl, and so once I identified that, released it using timeline therapy, one of the modalities we teach, I didn't need it anymore, and now I'm back to my first love, my my teaching, and I'm using my teaching. And now we have our academy where we teach these beautiful mind body tools, and now I'm

I'm shining my light where now I can help others find their light, and that's what this ripple effect that we talk about that that one spark, you know, sometimes we've lost our spark, right? And everybody has it. Every single person on the planet. If you're here and you're like, "Oh, I don't know if I have any gifts, you do. The answer is you do. It's just a matter of where did you put them? What have they been? What's blocking them? What's put on top of them? And let's uncover that. Work with yourself. Spark your own flame first, and now use that spark to spark someone else's light, right? So the concept of you know when I when I light my candle, if I use my flame to light someone else's flame, it doesn't diminish my flame. In fact, it just amplifies it, and that's exactly what this work is about, and exactly what the Impact Maker Alliance is about. And those are the stories that you're going to be hearing here on the Impact Makers podcast, of these people that lost their light, didn't know you know where they were or how they got stuck on Victim Island. Sometimes we don't even know how we get there, and then how they use whether they use the tool through our academy or they used other doors, other modalities to come bring them over here on Solution City, where now their light is shining so bright, and now they're using it to shine the light on someone else's world, and that's what we're all about. And it's this ripple effect. It's stewardship. We're changing the language. It's not about selling. It's about serving. It's not about commissions. It's about collaboration. We don't believe in competition. Everybody here is meant to touch someone's life in their group, and it's a matter of finding your purpose, and then living that purpose, and then still making a living out of that. It's not a, as Melissa said, an either or. You know, you can find your purpose and then make a beautiful and successful earning around that, just like we are now, right?

We we pinch ourselves.

Oh my gosh, that we actually get to wake up and do this every day, and talk to people about their stories, and and see these beautiful transformations through our own academy. And it is-it's really a blessing. And you know that you have now found your gifts when you're good at it. And Melissa and I are really good at what we do. And we're relatively new to this. She came from corporate, I came from law enforcement, and here we are back in this lifetime doing this beautiful work together, and now just taking it to the next level. You know, we are literally taking this to the quantum level, and some of you have heard like we're we're starting. You know, there's a new Earth being born, and you know we're creating these new humans, and this is what this work is all about. And we're so excited to start this next iteration of our work in the world, and we're so excited for you all to be here. And if if anything in any of our podcasts just sparks a little bit of interest or resonate just a little bit with you, that's the universe saying follow that breadcrumb. Where if you know that I think so and so can hear from this, sharing is caring, right? I know we've all had that one person. In our life, that man, that one conversation or that one introduction completely turned and completely changed the trajectory of my life. That could be this for somebody. So please share.
